Wonderful Dinner Cruise

We had the best time with the Star of Honolulu. The captain was very welcoming, and the staff was first rate. Our restaurant wait person Tina, was very prompt in meeting our needs. She was friendly and efficient. The entertainment was excellent, and the food was tasty and plentiful. We sat next to a couple of other travelers and thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. I would recommend this cruise to everyone!

A really fun trip that is great for groups of friends and families. I went with both, including a child and we all had fun! Beautiful views all around and plenty of good photo ops. You won’t be wearing shoes and will be walking through water so make sure you are wearing clothes you don’t mind getting wet! If you get sea sick just stay shoreside until the party is over :).

Manoa Falls Guided Hiking Adventure [Open 2022]

This was a great morning! The hike was mostly very easy, a few slippery parts, and a few muddy parts. It was mostly shaded, and through some extremely beautiful parts of the forest. I strongly recommend this trip! You could do it on your own, the trail is well-marked, but the guide added a lot of great information to it. Wear a little bug spray, bring some old comfortable shoes, and enjoy.

Sky was an amazing guide! He was sooooo knowledgeable and made our hike memorable. It was a beautiful place to hike and Sky gave us the origins of many of the plants and trees and animals not only living in the rain forest but on the island. The hike itself was pretty easy in most places til getting closer to the falls. It was pretty slippery but every step was worth it. It was simply breathtaking. I definitely recommend Sky as a guide.

We enjoyed our circle island tour in Oct. this was a special occasion for us and our second trip to Oahu. We wanted to see more of the island this time and choose this tour because it had so many stops and was a full day trip. Our driver was very informative & very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our Luau dinner and Show! We were sat with other guests and started the night off with fresh pineapple and Mai Tais, which were delicious! The performers were very friendly and the food was great, including the vegan option for my wife, which was a Beyond patty and salad. The pork was great, but my favorite was the roast beef. The show was very impressive as well; their Elvis and Michael Jackson impressions were great! They also had a traditional fire-knife performer and this was very entertaining as well!

What I LOVED:
- Available bins to store your items once on their boat [useful as a family member nearly dropped their phone overboard within seconds of sitting down]
- Included spam musubi and soft drinks
- PRESCRIPTION/Rx snorkeling gear [lifesaver as contacts are not an option while swimming and this is an amazing option that I never knew existed]
- Charismatic and protective crew [they keep the mood light and ensure you are well taken care of]
What I could change:
- Weather [though out of their control a lil extra sun wouldn't have hurt outside of a potentially bad sunburn]
Would I recommend this to others? Absolutely! I have already shared my positive experience with my extended family.

当日は時間通りに迎えが到着。日本やおそらくアメリカからであろう人たちと同乗し日本語も流暢に話せるガイドさんの説明を聞きながらいろいろなところに連れて行ってもらいました。どこまで続く綺麗な海、有名人が所有しているという別荘、砂浜近くまで来ている海亀やアザラシ、そしてなんといっても初めて口にする食べ物。９時間ほどのロングツアーでしたが疲れることなく楽しい時間を提供してもらいました。

５組のグループで乗船。水飛沫を受けながら沖の方まで行きました。上空では一瞬で体が上下左右に持って行かれるほどの風を受けました。沖から眺めていると爽やかな風に乗ってとっても優雅な空中散歩のように見えていましたが、見るとするのとでは大違い、前もって酔い止めを服用していましたがそれでも高齢者夫婦にはかなりしんどかったです。ただ高いところが苦手な私でも全く恐怖は覚えませんでした。むしろ楽しかったと思えるほどの貴重な体験をさせてもらいました。

インストラクターのお二人とも親しみやすくて、すぐに打ち解けられました。海に入る前に観る映像の内容を事前に日本語で要約してくださって、またハナウマ湾の自然を心から愛していることが伝わってきました。受付や交通整理の人にも顔がきくようで、安心感もありました。
これまでハナウマ湾には2回アクティビティではなく個人で来たことがありましたが、初めての方はこちらのアクティビティを利用された方がいいと思いますし、2回目以降の方も楽しめると思います。
