Oahu to Big Island - Helicopter Tour & Volcano Sightseeing Adventure with Lunch
Outstanding Experience

One important thing to note when you arrive at Hilo Airport is to head to the Bus Loading Zone pickup area at the end of the Baggage Claim Terminal. Walk outside of the Baggage Claim area on the first floor, turn right, and proceed toward the restrooms at the west end of the terminal, where a Polynesian Adventure vehicle will pick you up.
Our tour guide, Dexter, was incredibly knowledgeable, as he was born and raised on the Big Island. He was a wonderful gentleman, showing great respect, kindness, and compassion for everyone. A lunch was provided, which included a turkey wrap, kettle-cooked chips, a chocolate chip cookie, and a refillable metal water container. We also made a stop at Big Island Candies for some sweet treats. While we didn't need to wear pants or jackets, wearing hiking boots for ankle support is highly recommended due to the rough and slippery terrain.
Our Blue Hawaiian Helicopters pilot, David (nicknamed "Chewy"), was also very knowledgeable. He videotaped our entire flight upon request, and we even had our photo taken, which was uploaded onto the USB thumb drive. Remember to bring your photo ID. You will also need to view a safety video.
Overall, it was an excellent experience and well worth the money.

12月28日に参加しました。ハナウマ湾でシュノーケリングを是非したかったのと、現在、環境保護のために、人の出入りが厳しく制限されているということで、現地ツアーがスムーズで良いと聞いたからです。本当に湾に入るのは厳しく、順番待ちの車がズラーッと並んでいました。ガイドさんは現地の係員さんと顔馴染みのようで、こちらはとてもスムーズだったように思います。ウエットスーツは参加者全員借りていました。割と岩場があるので、水着だけでは怪我してしまうと思いました。お気をつけください。ガイドさんはご夫婦で私達を案内してくれて、基本的テクニックをしっかり教えてもらえました。水に恐怖感があった私も、すぐ慣れて楽しめました。
ウエットスーツは必ず借りたほうが良いです。

天使の海は最高でした
景色はもちろん、海の透明度も高くて裸眼でお魚が泳いでる姿が見れるくらい綺麗でした。
亀はサンドバーに向かう時に沢山見れて、シュノーケリングの時も岩場から出てきた亀に遭遇し近くを一緒に泳ぐことが出来て感動しました♪
船上で焼いてくれたハンバーグを挟んで食べるランチは最高に美味しくて子ども達も大喜びでした。
スタッフの方もフレンドリーでとても楽しくまた是非行きたいと思いました！！
船上で焼くハンバーグを挟んで食べるハンバーガーが最高との口コミを見てランチ付きにしましたが、本当に最高でした！

Our guide Dan was EXCELLENT!!!!!! There were only 4 of us in this group so Dan was very conscientious of how we were doing, making sure we saw a huge varied fish and even a turtle. Dan was an EXPERT and knew Hanauma Bay like the back of his hand. It was a once in a lifetime experience.

Hanauma Bay Snorkel Tour with Expert Guide & Waikiki Transportation
Great way to experience this spot for the first time

While we have been to Hawaii a few times this was our first time exploring Hanauma Bay. We didn’t know what to expect but our guide made the adventure far easier than trying to tour this spot on our own. Our guide had all the snorkeling gear, wet suits if needed, snacks available, and took photos for us. We had a young 7 year old child up to elderly and even though some stayed in the water for just a little while our guide helped us navigate the waters or assisted us walking back to our spot on the grass. It was very busy there, and we unfortunately didn’t get to see sea turtles so I wouldn’t go with very high expectations of that. However the bay is just beautiful itself and there are a good amount of fish we saw which was still fun. If you are new to snorkeling and want to see this area I would recommend taking the guided tour like this and then venturing on your own in the future if you are comfortable.
They had all the gear from wet suits to flippers and a way to lock up a few items.

とても綺麗でした。

今回5人家族での旅行。正直日本円に換算するとかなり高額になるので迷いましたが以前から気になっていたので思い切って申し込みました。
実際行ってみたら天気もよく、海が思った綺麗でビーチバレーや飛び込み、シュノーケルできて子供達も思い切り楽しめて、ランチのハンバーガーがとびきり美味しかったです。ビーチとは違った楽しみ方ができました。
行って良かったです。
2箇所でシュノーケリングできますが珊瑚がある方は深い場所なので慣れてない方は心算りを！

クアロアランチ 四輪バギー＆植樹体験 貸切バギーで映画ロケ地などを巡る！神聖なコアの木の植樹を通してSDGsを学ぶ＜1日／送迎付きプランあり＞に参加したんですが、コアの木植樹はできませんでした。コアの木植樹がなかったので、ツアーの最後に日本で印刷していったツアー内容を書いた紙を見せて、一生懸命日本語で訴えましたが相手はアメリカ人でうまく伝わらず。コアの木はない、植える場所もないといっているようであった、タロイモは植えれると言っていたのかな？ツアー後クアロアランチの日本人ガイドに訴えたら、VELTRAさんも問題解決に協力してくれて、コアの木植樹の費用は返金していただきました。
四輪バギーより電動自転車が早かった、馬でいくもよし、自転車でもよし。昼食注文して食べることができるが混んでいて時間がかかりそうであった。おにぎり持参して食べた。
クアロアランチによると「コアの木の植樹は、約1年ほど前にツアーの見直しがあり現在はコアに限定せず、Hawaiian Plantsを植えるツアーとして販売しております。」だそうです。

防寒！チップ！酔い止めを忘れずに！

ガイドの皆さんとても優しくて明るくてノリノリで、ツアー自体は楽しかったです！！
ただ、⭐︎4にした理由は、もう少しシュノーケリングを楽しめたらよかったなぁと思ったからです。
10年前くらいにハワイでシュノーケリングツアーに参加した時は、案内のもとたくさんのカラフルなお魚を間近に見られて感動したものです。
だけど今回はイルカもカメもお魚も遠目で…
色は判別できない距離感だったので残念に思ってしまいました。
注意点
・上は長袖ラッシュガード2枚重ねても寒かったです…！下も長いものを用意するとか、ウェットスーツおすすめ。
・持ち物のお金は少し食べ物が買えるくらいと書いてあったので手ぶらで行ったら、最後チップを払う流れになったのですごく気まずかったです。
チップ含めると、10年前よりかなり高くなりましたよね…！
・酔いやすい人は酔い止め必須です。ずっと気分悪そうに座ってる子達がいて可哀想でした。

一方で、シュノーケリングの際にイルカやカメを近くでご覧いただけなかったことは、私どもとしても残念です。野生の生き物との出会いは自然状況に大きく左右されるため、日によって距離や見え方に差が出てしまうことがございますが、より皆様に満足いただける体験をご提供できるよう、今後もスタッフ一同工夫と努力を重ねてまいります。
また、防寒対策やチップ、酔い止めなどのアドバイスもありがとうございます。今後のご案内にも活かしてまいります。

ホテルまで送迎してくれるので移動も楽だし、船のお姉さんも話が上手くて最高に楽しかったです。
サンドバーでは綺麗な写真も撮れたし、シュノーケルでは寝ているカメを見れたり、色とりどりの魚もたくさん見れました。とっても大きい珊瑚に感動でした。
子供達も良かった！と喜んでいてとてもいい思い出になりました。船上でのハンバーガーもとても美味しかったです。
1人、船酔いしてしまったので、酔いやすい子供は酔い止めおすすめします。
船から上がるとブルブル震える位寒いので、羽織るもの持っていくといいと思います。

I wish I had done this tour earlier into my trip. We got to see the entire island. It was clear that our guide, Kevin was passionate and knowledgeable on the island's history and culture. Our group made a few stops additional to the two main activities. It was well worth the cost. As a solo traveller I had an amazing time on this excursion!

天使の海とても綺麗でした
シュノーケルの丁寧な説明や練習時間のおかげで本番思う存分泳げました
ラッキーなことに珊瑚の洞穴で寝ていた海亀が出てきてくれて一緒に泳ぐこともできました
海亀は珊瑚の穴の中にいるようなので注意深く覗いて探すのがおすすめです

風は気持ち良かったですが、、

風は気持ち良かったし、海ももっても綺麗でしたが、メインのイルカウォッチングは遠くに小さく見えるだけ、別のツアーのカヌーの方達はとっても近くまで行っていました。
楽しみにして行ったので、少し残念でした。
イルカを見る時間も短く、ほとんどの時間がシュノーケリングでしたが、深いところで泳ぐので、魚もほとんどいなくて、わざわざツアーで泳ぐ必要はなかったなといった感じでした。
スタッフの皆さんはとっても明るくて素敵で、最後のハラショーも楽しかったです。
ただ、バスで日本人スタッフの方に商品を注文したのですが、船にのってから受け取るはずがもらっていないことに途中で気づいて伝えると、撮影時間だということもありちょっと待ってくださいといわれ、急いで撮りに行く気配がないとおもったら、ひと段落ついてからお支払いはどうしますか？と、
いやもう買ってますけど、、となりました。
日本人スタッフの方は、記念撮影を注文した方には親切だけど、、という印象でした

4歳6歳の子どもと一緒に参加させていただきました。
子どもたちが小さかったので楽しめるか心配でしたがたくさんのイルカがみれたり、普段乗ることのない船に乗ったりととても楽しかったようです！
特に最後に貼ってもらえるタトゥーシールは行く前から楽しみにしてたのもありすごく喜んでました！！
お風呂に入っても3日は余裕でもってたので剥がすとき少し大変でした（笑）
肝心のシュノーケリングはシュノーケルをつけて口呼吸するということが難しかったようで一瞬で海からあがりました。
これはまた大きくなったら再チャレンジしたいなと思います！
なのでスライダーは自分ひとりで滑ることになりましたがとっても楽しく3回も滑りました！笑
あと子どもたちが船で飲めるレモネードを気に入って帰国してからもレモネード飲むようになりました！
クルーのみなさんもとても優しく本当にいい体験をさせていただきました。

船出発後、ポイント的にシュノーケリングが先でその後沖に出てドルフィンウォッチングしました。シュノーケリング時間は長く感じたのですが、ドルフィンウォッチングはえ、これで終わり？もう帰るの？という感じ。野生のドルフィンは見れてちょうど寝てる時間でしたが、短すぎる(笑)10分もいたかな、、、って感じです。期待はずれ。スタッフの方達はとても良い人たちで安心感もあったので残念です。

イルカウォッチングの時間が短く、期待に沿えなかったとのこと、大変申し訳ございません。弊社はエコツアー会社として認定されており、野生のイルカを無理に追い回すことなく、自然の中での観察を大切にしております。そのため、イルカの行動や状況によって、観察できる時間に差が出てしまうことがございます。また、イルカがなかなか見つからない場合は、シュノーケリングの時間を調整したり、海の状況に応じてウォッチングとシュノーケリングの順番を変更することもございます。何卒ご理解いただけますと幸いです。
