This was an awesome experience! I saw so many turtles, which was my only goal in Hawaii. I also saw dolphins in a distance. The guys on the boat were awesome! One of the divers dove down with my camera and took pictures for me of the turtles up close with a respectful distance.
I, sadly, also got seasick on the boat. I had no idea I would get that sick. The hosts were so helpful without making me feel embarrassed. They kept checking on me, bringing me water and lavender oil which helped a lot for the sickness.
I also loved that they were respectful of the turtles as you will get fined if you touch a turtle in Hawaii. They made us keep our distance from the turtles which I really respect and love about Hawaiin culture. They actually care about the Earth and animals.

My boyfriend and I and our two friends had the best time! Snorkeling was amazing and we had a blast on the catamaran ride! The whole crew was so friendly and helpful and made us feel so comfortable! Would 100% come back again!

The crew were friendly, but the photographer was no good. Don’t purchase the pictures. They are not worth it. She basically only took pictures of u on the boat, which u can also do with your own camera. When it’s time to go under water, the photographer was too busy snorkeling herself. We had to chase her down for some pictures, but it came out super blurry. At the end when the pictures package were emailed to us, it consists many Google under water sea life images. I’d recommend u bring ur own phone with waterproof pouch, the pictures will be so much better.

Great day on the water!

Saw lots of turtles and fish! Boat was clean, safe and well staffed. Bring a hat and lots of sunscreen. Crew of 5 and it was easy to get equipment on and ready. Our group had about 33 which was a lot - made for close quarters at times and a line at the stairs. Crew was quiet and all business … they were likely sick of tourists at this point. Beautiful pictures and scenery. Really nice catamaran.

Terri was well informed and answered any questions we had about Hawaii with enthusiasm and expertise. We had an excellent group with us! This was an awesome experience Michael and Myah made our time so unforgettable! They were fun, encouraging and engaging. They really knew how to make sure everyone was having a good time. The equipment was light weight and very secure. I felt safe the whole time, even as a first time zip-liner. I would suggest bringing sun screen and cash. They have bottled water for sale so it’s a good idea to bring your own, if possible. Also, invest in the transportation if not utilizing rental car services during your vacation. The amount of an Uber or Lyft will cost the same if not more than the transportation that Crater Coral offers. Overall it was awesome and I will definitely be returning and recommending to all our friends!

The kayaking to the sand bar was one of the best experiences we've ever had. This is mainly because the sand bar itself was just an amazing experience. Then the coral reefs.... wow! Just wow! If you get the chance and the water is deep enough, kayak over them (but be careful NOT to touch them, even with the paddles) and you'll be treated to some beautiful and colorful eye-candy.
While the people checking us in and giving us instructions were friendly, the one thing that bothered us was the "nickel and diming". I mean, you'd think renting the kayaks would get you the usual... water proof bag, etc. BUT, you had to pay for the bag ($5) on top of the kayaks. Then want an anchor? Well, that'll cost you another $5. So that part sort of left a sour taste in our mouths.
Aloha Drew! Thank you so much for joining us for a kayak and snorkel adventure! Glad you had an awesome time out there. I am sorry to hear that you felt "nickel and dimed" by our process. We do have an all inclusive package that includes an anchor, dry bag, and snorkel gear. However, many people do not require or want a dry bag or an anchor, which is why for a la carte rentals those items are optional, and it's less expensive to rent the kayak without them. All necessary equipment is provided, but anchors, dry bags, and snorkeling gear are optional, or included in that all inclusive package. Hopefully that makes sense. Thank you again for joining us. I took my wife and kids on this excursion and had a blast. Do not pass up this opportunity and book with confidence. Our boat captain and side kick were both totally laid back and very cool to chat with. You feel like you can reach out and touch these sharks as they swim by the cage they are so close.

The crew really knew what they were doing. We sailed out toward diamond head and some dolphins swam along, then we sailed back into the sunset. They kept our drinks full and the mai tais were really good. Just be careful because the alcohol doesn't hit as hard when you're on the ocean, but will when you get off.

The ride was too short. the advertisement said it was one hour to one and a half hours but actually only lasted 45 minutes. The price was too expensive and should be a maximum of $5o dollars each for this zip line. The staff was very friendly and nice.

Don't worry if you cannot swim! The water is shallow and clear. The staff take time to prepare you with their instructions and tips on kayaking. It only took us 2 hours instead of the 4 even with switching passengers. Make sure you are wearing water shoes or flip flops at least.
Lovely place! The green scenery is breathtaking. I was looking for a coffee shop, maybe I missed it.

It is a good experience for novice individuals who has not had any climbing experience. I believe the description on the website should be more specific of the tower features, and exactly what the activity includes. My 12 year old son got so scared before they all even started that he did not want to continue so it was a loss only part ( I mean of what I paid for ). It was unexpected but I am sure it is inevitable that someone gets scared and cannot continue with the activity at all and I heard from the staff that it happens often where kids end up not continuing with the activity. It would b nice to have an alternative activity or form of refund or waived fee or transferrable to another ride or activity at Coral crate. We did other activities at Coral crate including Ziplining and ATVs so I really did hope we could have at least had some refund or waived fee/ transferred to another activity.
Also, there were a lot of bugs so be prepared. Part of the nature adventure )-)

The employees were very kind, funny and made the experience great overall! My friend didn’t know to keep his knees bent so he ended up sitting uncomfortably while parasailing. Sort of wish the guys warned us or made it more clear to keep the knees bent but overall it was fun
