Booked the wrong tour

We could have changed but it would have been the next day. Took the verbal portion away. we had headphones that would explain it in english but not so good with the main staff speaking to the group in Japanese. I have a 5 and 8 year old so it made it more difficult for them. Make sure you confirm what the booked you for !!

Larry got my wife and daughter-in-law underwater in a short time. Both were very hesitant at first and I had asked that they only try. The whole gig was GREAT!

Great Adventure!
Reviewed by: Rwillwin, 2012/07/19The sea was angry that day, but the crazy eight crew pulled through! I have always wanted to swim with sharks and am so glad we were able to fit this in during wedding week. Despite the windy rough weather, the crew felt comfortable going forward with the adventure after deeming the conditions safe enough. They were very professional and provided great customer service and were very open in providing information. The water and cage were the most comfortable place to be on our adventure and the sharks provided a great show. The view was spectacular and we all survived. I would definitely do this again and recommend this to anyone considering this activity. Thank you Hawaiiactivities and Jessica for helping us decide on this adventure. Great job by all!

Awesome!!!!!!
Reviewed by: LaToia Marks, 2012/07/19We got there really early and they were a little behind on check in but once tour started it was amazing!!! 5 min out from the marina we saw a pod of dolphins! This was too advanced to begin the tour swimming with them so we went to a snorkeling location so people could develop ocean legs. Good thing too cause some people didn't listen and were freaking out. Next we went looking for dolphin and got in the water twice to swim wiith them... It was incredible to see them swimming under you. We even saw a baby. The experience was so great the captain (Austin) found us another pod and we had another swim! In all we saw maybe 50+ dolphin! No turtle unfortunately but that many dolphin made it all worth it!!! Thanks John and Austin! Oh yeah the lady doing the lunch/snacks was very efficient and my Teriaki sandwich was really good!!! Would do this again in a heartbeat!!!

Reviewed by: Tok2me64, 2012/06/25Considering this is my 2nd submission I will repeat it because it was so fun! I talked my brother into doing this activity with me so when he agreed I was excited. First of all the capt and crew were super cool!! I am a straight out Claustrophobe and was nervous about the snorkel and mask having never used them but after I gained my bearings it was awesome to see we were surrounded by one of earth's most feared predators. There really was nothing to fear but I had been secretly hoping for a Great White drive by but accepted the sharks we were surrounded by. It was phenomonal to be in their domain as spectators. Overall it was a very cool activity that I would definitely recommend to all, minus the fact that after being the first cage down the remaining time was left with me hanging my head over the railing and counting the minutes until our return to shore. What good is dramamine I ask?

Captain Mark and First-Mate Tim were very knowledgeable and very entertaining. There was definitely never a dull moment. We ended seeing about 20 dolphins throughout the duration of the trip. This is definitely worth the money!

意外と面白かった

桟橋が真っ白で青い海に映えて、とてもきれいでした。ここから潜水艦に乗り込むために船で沖に出るのですが、これが結構楽しめました。風が強かったせいか、ゆれがものすごくて何かにつかまっていないと立っていられないほどでした。船からは潜水艦が浮き出る様子や沈んでいく様子も見ることができます！
潜水艦からの景色はそこそこですが、アトラクションとしては楽しかったです！高齢の祖母も喜んでくれました。

The only downfall was we paid $60 for a DVD of us swimming with the sharks, however when we went to watch it, it did not work!! : ( We tried to contact the crew but have had no reply.

Reviewed by: 匿名希望, 2012/06/06早朝5時40分ホテル出発で、帰国日に予約したのでハードでしたが、綺麗な海で沢山のイルカとウミガメを近くで見られて感激し、元気になりました。
酔い止めを飲んでたので、全然酔いませんでした。
気持ち悪くなり吐いてしまった人がいました。
バスの中で、たしか1本20ドルで酔わなくなるツボを刺激するブレスレットを販売してました。集合写真を2枚サービスでメールで送信してくれて、その他の写真はDVDで別料金で販売してました。
海水は冷たく、曇ってると風が冷たいので、ウェットスーツは借りた方が良いです。毛布も貸してくれますが数が少ないので、防寒用に大きめのタオル等も持っていくと良いですね。
スタッフさんは全員明るく陽気で親切でした。
男性フラのダンスと歌の他に自分でフラダンスも出来たし、満足です。
ランチは、チーズバーガーとパイナップル1切れとタロイモチップスで、お茶もくれました。タロイモチップスは珍しいので面白かったです。他社のように、ベジタリアン用のハンバーガーもあると良いな。
トイレは船についてるけど、シャワーも付いてれば尚良いですね。ホテルに着いたのが13時ちょっと前で、ホテルのチェックアウトが12時だったので、シャワーを浴びれないままホテルのトイレで着替えて体を拭いて、日本に帰国しました。。
日程の都合で、最終日のこのツアーしか申し込めなかったので、仕方ないんですけどね。
だけど、すぐにイルカの沢山の群れと遭遇して、近くで泳ぐことが出来て、大満足でした。
モルディブでイルカウォッチングクルーズは参加したことありますが、もう船の上から見るだけじゃ満足できなくなりました(笑)
またハワイに行って、イルカと泳ぎたいです＾＾

メインイベントとしてイルカと泳ぐツア−を予約！
当日お天気はあまり良くなかったのに、しっかりイルカと
泳げたし（手の届くほど近くといいうワケではなかったけ れど…）エイも近くで見れたし、何よりカメラマンさんが
一生縣命イルカの側に連れて行ってくれようとしてくれて
有難かったです。
おまけに、日本時間と現地時間を間違えて参加日を一日間違 えてたにも関わらず、快く参加させてもらえ
ほんと 良いツア−でした！

Great Tour
Reviewed by: Randy, 2012/06/02Captain Spencer and his First Mate Jesse were both great. The boat is great, the snorkel gear is great, the sights are awesome and everybody at Ko Olina was friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $10 to rent the wetsuit, especially if you take the morning tour. The water is fine, but once you get back out on the boat, the wind is very chilly until you get good and dry. Also MAKE SURE and observe the instructions about PASSIVE swimming around the dolphins!!! If ANYBODY kicks you will probably not get to see these amazing creatures up close under water! We had quite a few in our group who couldn't seem to follow these very simple instructions and only a couple of people got to see the dolphins up close. We all got to see them swimming very close to the boat while we were onboard though. Capt. Spencer went way out of his way to give us three good tries though, and this tour was a real highlight on our Hawaiian vacation.

潜ってしまうと全く揺れずめっちゃワクワク・ドキドキでした。運もよく、カメやサメも見ることが出来たので！
また景色がすごくいい！船が出港する桟橋も・・・移動中も・・・天気が良かったせいもあり最高でした。

ウミガメ見られました!!
Reviewed by: haduki, 2012/05/27潜水艦の窓から海を見た感じは水族館とあまり変わらない気もしますが、魚の泳ぐ方向が一定でなく自由な感じだったり、どんな生き物が見られるかわからないワクワク感があったり、十分楽しめると思います。
私が参加したときは、サメが見られたり、ウミガメが泳ぐ姿が見られたり（普段はじっとしていることが多いそうですが）しました。
あとはもう少し移動時間や潜水艦への乗降時間が短いといいな、と思いますが、こればっかりは仕方ないですね。クルージングも楽しむつもりでのんびり参加すればいいと思います。

Just be careful and try NOT to eat anything before coming to this activity as there are high chances of you puking after u are done and also u might feel like relaxing the rest of the day ...so donot plan something very important on the same day...
Though very exciting...I personally felt it is little dangerous too...
Staff did assure us the safety and told us they have been doin this since 11 years and not even a single person was hurt by a shark so far....which is gud

予想外に面白かったです。
Reviewed by: plazademontes, 2012/05/06今回の旅行では海に入る予定がなかったので、海の中が見れればいいとの思いでこのツアーに参加しました。
まずは船で沖に出て潜水艦に乗り換えるのですが、その船上からワイキキの美しい眺めを堪能できて良かったです。
潜水艦に乗り換えて海に潜ってしばらくは殆ど魚の影すら見えず、たまに遠くに魚影が見える程度でずっとこんな調子かなと思ったら、漁礁に近づくにつれて想像以上に大群の魚を見ることができて大満足でした！写真で見るより肉眼ではもっとはっきり見えました。ダイビングやシュノーケリングができない人にはもってこいのアクティビティだと思います。
潜水艦は64人乗りの窓が大きい方がおススメです。
午後の便で日本語はヘッドセットでの音声案内でしたが、それでも十分楽しめました。でも英語アナウンスを聞いていると、その場に合わせて臨機応変に色々な情報を提供していたので、やっぱり日本語ガイドの便の方がより楽しめると思います。

泳げない人や、船酔いする人、小さいお子さんで海の生物を見たい人にはお勧めです。
鮫やら熱帯魚やらをたくさん見ることができ、子供たちもご機嫌！
冷房が利いているので、一枚羽織るものを思って行くことをお勧めします。

Some of the sharks even sueface and you can see their fins cutting through the water like Jaws. They are very non-agressive...they know you are there but they could care less...they just want some crab. I was able to go mid-March during whale watching season and the whales gave us a great show...one actually came out of the water about 100 yards from the boat, it was absolutely breath taking. I would definitely go again and drag everyone I know! Thank you North Shore Shark Encounters for an unforgettable experience!!

小学生の子供がいてシュノーケリング出来るか不安でしたが、スタッフの方が丁寧にサポートしてくれたので、娘もイルカを間近に見る事が出来ました♪
またその日はラッキーな事に、クジラがジャンプしている姿を見る事も出来、スタッフの方も興奮気味☆☆☆
その後ポイントを変え、透明度の高い場所でのシュノーケリング。
たくさんの魚たちだけでなく海がめやサメとも出会え、本当にサイコーの時間を過ごせました！！
船上でのダンス、美味しいチーズバーガー、フラダンスのレッスン・・・とにかく大満足のツアーです！！
我が家のHAWAII旅行１番の思い出になりました！！

船酔い注意。

横揺れがかなりありましたので、
気分が悪くなっている方もいらっしゃいました。
→海にモドシマス。。。
檻の中に入りますので、安全ですが、
波が結構荒くて、大変っていえば大変です。
檻の中の場所によって、
写真がよく撮れたり、サメが近くに見れたり
多少は差があると思います。
私は必死で潜って写真とりましたが、
ゴーグルして、水中カメラ(インスタント)でしたので、
被写体がずれたり、
日陰がうまく写ってくれなくて、悲しかった。
でも、サメの鋭い目は記憶にはっきりとあります♪
3月はまだ寒いので、羽織るものは必須です。
水着のままでいる方もいらっしゃいましたが、
海になれてない方は、
トレーナー位の厚さの上着でも良いと思います。
終わっての感想ですが、
また参加したい(笑)♪
