2 Hour ATV Tour
Reviewed by: SDSH, 2007/11/28The 2 hour ATV tour is fabulous - the views are breathtaking, the guides are cool, and there is just enough time set aside for picture taking. The terrain is mildly challenging but all good fun none the less. This is not a free for all speed rally - it is a controlled ride that goes just fast enough to be fun yet still be safe. Even the cows are cool! We would highly recommend this tour if you are looking to have some off road fun and great views!

乗馬ツアー２時間コース
Reviewed by: ホーホー, 2007/11/25 今回乗馬が初めてで、貴重な体験をしました。インストラクターの方も少し日本語が話せて分かりやすかったです。
馬もおとなしく、特にコースに合わせて歩いてくれるので、初心者でも問題ありません。
天気が悪くて残念だったけど、高い山の中で広がる草原の風景はすばらしかったです。

Captain Bob's Kaneohe Sandbar Snorkel & BBQ Lunch with Free Transportation
Big Kudos to Captain Bob's Crew!
Reviewed by: Douglas & Carol Kidwell, 2007/11/21This was our 3rd trip to Oahu and the first time going out with Captain Bob. It was a well organized function with a superb crew! Having the first stop to the sandbar for volleyball was an excellent way for newbies to get used to snorkeling. It also allowed people to get acclimated to the water before getting into the snorkeling around the reef. Their choice in reef was nothing short of excellent! There was a large variety of fish to view to include several Moray Eels that swam about. The location also allowed a beautiful view of the Main Island and isolated islands off the coast. The only complaint is there was a young crew member who needed to pull up his bathing suit a little bit. He was a very nice young man & friendly with everyone but a bit more modesty would have been appreciated.
Overall, the event was great; everyone had an enjoyable time, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Oahu.

Kualoa Ranch Horseback Riding & Jurassic Valley Movie Sites Tour
Breathtaking views!
Reviewed by: Teresa, 2007/11/19The ride takes you through the valley of the Koolau Mountains. The views are grogeous! The horses are well trained so there is no problems for first timers. Our guides, Christine and Suzanna are wonderful and enthusiastic. They were a lot of fun and brought great energy to the group. The view of the mountains and ocean will definitely make you appreciate the beauty of Hawaii.

Reviewed by: Danielle, 2007/10/07Had an absolute BLAST!! The crew was great and very entertaining. They were really helpful to first time snorkelers and were very welcoming. We truly enjoyed every moment (except for the brief heavy rain).
Since we were not staying in Waikiki, we drove ourselves and had a little trouble finding the place, but called and got more detailed directions and still made it in plenty of time.

素敵でした。
Reviewed by: みゅう, 2007/09/30初めてハワイに行きました。サンドバーがすごく気になっていたので、このオプションに参加しました。
写真で見てた以上に綺麗で素敵でした。気持ち良くて参加してみてすごく良かったです。
ただ、魚がほとんどいなかったので、魚がたくさんいる所だともっと楽しかったかもしれないです。あと、海にいる時間が少し短かったので、もう少し長いと嬉しかったです。
スタッフも日本人の方が最初から最後まで丁寧に説明などしてくれたので、安心だと思います。
すごくお勧めです。

馬、最高！

たしかに日本語がまともに話せる人はいなかったのですが、たいして困らなかったです。
ただ、そのように覚悟をしておくと私のようにまったく英語がわからない人でもびっくりすることがないと思います。
私は初心者でしたが、荘大な自然の中を1人で馬に乗れるなんて最高の時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
私が乗った馬はけっこうやんちゃな子で寄り道して草ばっかり食べて最初は大変でしたが後半ではうまくコントロールできるようになりましたし、また心が通じた気がしてほんとにかわいかったです。
生き物ですから調教されてるといっても個性はあると思います。
4人の連れとも最初ばらばらに並んで歩いていましたがやさしい女性のスタッフがちゃんと前後に並ばせてくれました。ただ、お尻に自信が無い人は最初は短い時間をお勧めします。連れはそれが大変だったみたいです。
日本人は私達だけでしたが特に差別的なことも感じず楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

最高に楽しかったです

スタッフの対応等の体験談で私も友人も英語が堪能なわけではないので、不安な面もありましたが、私達が参加した時は最高に楽しい時間となりました。
まず、スタッフの説明から始まりました。こちらについては、日本語で十分に説明できるスタッフがいないらしく、日本語の説明は要点のみとなっていました。生き物を扱うので危険がともなうことや手綱の引き方です。
次に馬を選んで、スタッフの人が騎乗する人を指名します。これについては、ペアだからといってこちらの思うように順番に乗せてはもらえないようですが、馬の様子等をみながらで選んでくださっているようです。それに、後でペアだからと伝えれば、乗馬の時の並ぶ順番は前後にしてくれるので問題はないと思いました。
今回は女性スタッフ二人が参加者の前後についてくれました。このお二人がとてもかわいくて親切でした。日本語はほとんど通じませんし、参加者が指示を守れてなかったりした時の口調はきついものもありましたが、危険があるのでそれはしかたがないと思いました。
実際、思わず手綱を引っ張ってしまったのか、馬を後ずさりさせてしまった人がいて、馬の後ろ足が崖にかかってちょっとヒヤッとしたりもしましたが、その時はスタッフが駆けつけてました。
馬はしっかり調教されていて、ゆっくりと並んで歩きます（調教されていてたいていはとてもおとなしいのですが、それぞれの馬に個性があってそこもおもしろいです）。
スタッフの人は片言の日本語を交えながら、参加者に一生懸命ゴジラの足跡があることなどを伝えようとしてくださってたり、写真を撮ってくれたり、道端に自生しているギャバの実を採ってきて皆にひとつずつ配ってくれたり、楽しくしようとしてくださってました。
雄大な景色の中、かわいい馬に揺られてのんびり（時々小走り）と、たっぷり乗馬ができてとても良い時間を過ごすことができました。

Reviewed by: Donny, 2007/09/14It was an absolute pleasure spending the day w/these guys, they were extremely hospitable, made sure we had something to drink as soon as we borded, made sure everyone was entertained and that nobody had empty plates in there hands. There were 2 locations, the first was the sand bar where you could either play volley ball or you can have a practice run with your snorkle gear, we opted for snorkeling even tho there really werent any fish but we managed to keep ourselves occupied. The water is gorgeous! After re-bording the Barefoot I, they had a nice lunch spread out for us, and you can purchase beers for i think about 4 bux a pop. We then moved on to our next location which was a reef, it was the best snorkeling experience i've had, lots of fish, caves, a sea turtle & an octopus (which i didnt get to see), it seemed that we got to spend alot of time in the water which was really kewl! On the way back, the driver was pointing out movie locations and stuff, such as Gilligan's Island

Reviewed by: Donny, 2007/09/14My husband and I had the pleasure of experiencing this excursion on September 8, 2007. Our guides Karen and Hana were great, they were very thorough with the instruction and were masters of matching up the horses with the guests. Karen was up front with us so i had more experience with her, she was pointing out all the movie location spots and actually stopped to pick us all fruit, she went on to explain some natural horse behaviors, cuz i was kinda nervous and she put me completely at ease. She was even nice enuff to stop and collect our cameras so that we can have a picture on our horses. The experience was great, the views were nothing short of breathtaking, the history of the ranch is a story worth hearing as well. I would definately do this again! Although it is nose to tail riding, you can NOT run the horses but its more about the scenery anyway! GREAT TIME!

去年の１０月に参加しましたが、曇っている時は上着の長袖を持っていったほうがいいと思います。
波がけっこうあって、ボディーボードを楽しみました。
スタッフの方の説明もきちんとあったし、昼食もついていたので大満足です。

別世界でした！！
Reviewed by: ふうたん, 2007/08/23夫婦で参加しました。以前からサンドバーがずっと気になってましたが、今回キャンペーンで見つけ迷わず予約しました。かなり沢山の方が参加していて、カネオへ湾の港から２艘の船で出発しました。クアロアの山々やチャイナマンズハットが見える綺麗な海をぐるっと周りながら、途中野生のウミガメを船の上から見ました。サンドバーは、陸から近い所にあるのを想像してましたが、実際は陸からだいぶ離れた周りに何も無い海の真ん中に突如存在し、そこだけ別世界の様で思っていた以上に綺麗でした！！海も砂も美しくプライベートビーチの様で、時間は短めでしたが貴重な体験が出来ました。シュノーケリングをしましたが、魚はほとんどいませんでした。同じ船に乗ってきた年配の男女数名のグループの方たちが、海には入れないがサンドバーに降りて遊ぶのを楽しみにしてたみたいですが、船が停まった場所から砂浜までの距離が、近いけれど深さが洋服のまま行ける深さでは無く結局サンドバーに降りれずにみんなが遊んでる間船の上で待っていたのがとても可哀想でした。でもここでしか味わえない素晴らしさなので、ぜひ参加して欲しいです！海も浅いので子供さんにもオススメですよ！

really fun, views are amazing
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2007/08/07I really loved this. Our guide was fantastic. He was so funny & entertaining. They break you up into small groups, which is very nice. There were a couple of times I would have liked to stop & admire views instead of zipping by. But when we did stop, it was at all the best places. Our guide even went out of his way to get wild fruit for us to sample along the way.
We went on the two hour ride, which was perfect. Any less would have been too short, any more...well, you know.
Bring a water bottle (they don't tell you that) and a hat, because when you take the helmet off to take pictures, you have hat-head! Also, an i-pod would have been nice to have. The guides all used one.

Kailua & Lanikai are great for relaxing on the beach, snorkelling & kayaking and isn't overly crowded. After spending the day at the beach, come back and get sweets & shave ice at the next door eateries and enjoy the ride back to Waikiki.

My sister had never been snorkeling before and they had her swimming around and looking at fish in in no time. The area is also beautiful too and how cool was it to hang out on the sand bar in the middle of the bay?! Great time!

The view of the island was absolutely gorgeous, riding through the 4 or 5 streams was great, the challenges of the rugged landscape was great and the equipment was safe and fun to work with. We probably could have used bandanas over our mouths - we didn't expect to eat so much dirt but we didn't know we were going to kick up so much dirt. The guides were so cool too. It was the best adventure for us 18 year olds and glad we did the two-hour ride instead of one!

We biked from Kailua to Lanikai and did a little snorkeling and then back to Kailua for a little R&R on the beach.Kailua was one of the best beaches we went to, great water and sand.... wish we did the kayaks but I guess it's best to reserve something for next time!

Great Ride!
Reviewed by: Annalbs, 2007/06/21This was a great activity for myself and my husband. We have experience riding atv's so felt very comfortable with riding and looking around. If we hadn't we would have missed much of the views as there weren't but two stops where we could look and take pictures. The ride was not too advanced but challenging enough for beginners and experienced riders. Only complaint would be not being able to enjoy the scenery we were riding through more as it was spectacular.
