波が荒かったですが
Reviewed by: mac, 2011/05/07カヤック当日の海は、結構波があったのですが、なんとかフラット島までたどり着けました。距離にして500メートルぐらいでした。始めは波と風の強さにちょっとびびってましたが、インストラクターの丁寧な指導で、無事に全員島まで渡れました。もうちょっと海が静かだったら、もっと余裕を持って楽しめたかもしれませんが、必死でパドルして渡った思い出もいい物でした。
ホテルに戻ったら、腹筋と足が筋肉痛で朝起きるのがちょっとしんどかったです。まあ、それも良い思い出です。

カヤック初体験！！
Reviewed by: いちごみるく, 2011/05/05主人の強い希望で、夫婦でカヤックに挑戦しました。
絶対転覆する！！！怖い！！！と、正直最初は乗り気ではなかったのですが、実際にやってみるととても楽しかったです。
丁寧に教えてくれますし、幸い転覆もしませんでした(笑)
ビーチはとても綺麗で、運動不足の解消にもなってよかったです。
フラットアイランドでは巣穴の中にいる鳥も見られたし、不思議な味のする(オリーブに似ていて結構美味しかった)草をみんなで食べたりと、カヤック以外も楽しめました。
ちなみにセットのランチはピザを選択したのですが、大正解でした☆
ほうれん草のピザが人気なんだそうです♪

super windy
Reviewed by: michelle s., 2011/04/27The last time I went kayaking was at Catalina Island, we didn't even get wet. I was not prepared for this adventure at all. It was a lot of work I could not have done it without my husband. There was a single girl in our group it was her first time and she had a really tough time. It was soooo windy, they don't call it the windward side of the island for fun apparently. The guides were great. Helpful, friendly, and encouraging. But the wind was horrible. Maybe we were really just there on an unusual day but you may want to check and see about other kayaking adventures I hear the secret island one is awesome. The lunch was quite yummy, it was sandwich wraps, soda, chips, water, and granola bars too. The beach we stopped at was pretty and the snorkeling was fun but it was hard to see much. When we made it to the island and got out of our kayaks a huge gust of wind came and the sand hit our legs like a sandblaster! Not cool. When we walked around to the backside of the island

Reviewed by: noel, 2011/04/22初めてのハワイでサンドバー行くっきゃない！だけどぉ、独りは一人だったけどぉ。スタッフは若くて気さくな感じだし、海はとってもきれいなのだぁ。もちろんウミガメも見れたよぉ。写真に撮るのは難しそうだったけれどぉ。初種のーケリングも潜るの得意だから難なくクリアーでツアーの先頭を泳げば澄み切った海で魚たちを楽しめます。

The snorkeling was fantastic!
Reviewed by: Art, 2011/03/17My wife and I went on this snorkeling cruise in late February, and it was the funnest part of our vacation on Oahu. Allthough there are many choices for snorkeling you could take while in Hawaii, and on Oahu, I really think this was good for the price. The crew, the lunch, and especially the place where we snorkled - Kaneohe Bay. Fantastic! The sandbar was fun, I think they should spend more time there, or incorporate another tour that would be just for those wanting to lounge around on the sandbar and have some drinks and food. We are glad that we went on this activity, and would do it again!

２時間満喫♪
Reviewed by: 匿名希望, 2011/03/13いつもalan1にお世話になっております。２度目のクアロア牧場です。１度目は４種目選択する送迎付きのものに参加しましたが、前回乗馬１時間が物足りなかったので今回乗馬だけ２時間コースを申し込みました。やはり２時間だとコースも違ってバギーで行く奥の方まで行けるので十分満喫できました。ただ、送迎がないのでワイキキから自力で行かなければならないのが大変でした。アラモアナからBUSに乗ってかなり時間を要したし、本数も少ないので前後の移動時間にかなり時間を割くことになったのがもったいなかったです。特に帰りがバス停を通過する時間が定刻でないのと、ちょうど前のBUSが行った後だったのか次のBUSを１時間弱待つことになり、辺りは真っ暗になってきて無事ワイキキまでたどり着けるのか気疲れしてしまいました。オプションでレンタカーで行かない人用に割高でも送迎を頼めるようになっているといいのにと思いました。また機会があれば乗馬に行きたいのでその頃には送迎付きプランも設定されていれば嬉しいです。

Great Snorkeling

The snorkeling on the reef was awesome with lots of colorful corals and many different fish. We saw a turtle in the water while we were snorkeling and followed it for awhile. We played water volleyball on the sandbar and it was lots of fun. The boat stopped at a spot where there are green turtles and we saw lots of them. The guitar serenade during lunch was a nice touch. I would recommend this cruise to others.

A great way to spend the day!
Reviewed by: Living in Waikiki, 2011/02/23I have lived in Waikiki for the last 5 years and always wanted to Kayak but never tried. My son took me on this great Kayak outing and we really enjoyed ourselves! I'm 46 and was a little concerned about being in good enough shape to handle Kayaking in the ocean, but the Kailua beaches are protected by coral reefs and the waves were never a problem. The area is gorgeous and being able to paddle out to bird sanctuary was a real treat. The folks at Oahu Kayaking are very friendly and knowledgeable. Watching the video before we set out helped to put my fears at ease. This is a perfect activity for singles, couples, families or even a quiet solo outing. All in all, a great way to spend the day!

Best day on the island!
Reviewed by: Amy, 2011/02/16I went on Captain Bob's Snorkeling Adventure with 4 friends last week and we all agreed that it was the BEST day we spent in Hawaii. The crew was FANTASTIC; fun, entertaining, knowledgeable, laid back... perfect!
The ocean volleyball and snorkeling at our own reef was a welcome change from the crowds in Waikiki.
I highly recommend this trip to everyone visiting Oahu! We have all decided to bring our kids and do this trip again on our next visit to the island.
Thanks to Daniel-son, Jenner, Macho Taco, Kelly and the rest of the crew for a perfect day!

Kailua Beach Kayak Rentals & Guided Kayaking Tours with Snorkeling & Lunch
Self Guided tour, 4hr
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2011/02/04I took my wife on a self guided, 4hr, tour. The location was fairly easy to find with the help of GPS. About 45 min, with traffic, from Ewa Beach. Anyway, the staff was very helpful and welcoming upon arrival. After signing required paperwork ( hazard waiver and such) we were shown an 8 min video of the area where you may take your kayak. For first timers, doing a self guided tour, I suggest paying attention to the video as there are several key area's that will assist in your adventure, especially on how to approach one of the islands you may visit, as there are merging swells in the center of the landing area of the islands. The walk to the staging area is not far and so if you drove, I suggest leaving your vehicle at the venue parking lot as there is minimal parking where you pick up your kayak. I also suggest to either commit to going all the way to the bigger islands or going to the closer "Flat Island" and then proceding to snorkle at the next beach area, as the islands are quite

ウミガメも至近距離で見れたりして、最高でした。英語スタッフばかりかと思いきや、日本語を話せるスタッフさんがいたので安心でした。
シュノーケルは初めてでしたが、きれいな魚がたくさん見れて感動でした。あと、サンドバーの足がつく浅い場所で事前に練習する時間があったのでよかったです。海から上がったあと、結構寒いので大きめのバスタオルなど、体を覆えるものを持っていくといいと思います。

疲れるけど楽しい！
Reviewed by: いときち, 2010/11/24バスで送迎してもらえて、現地に着くと午前中はビーチで自由時間。
午後になるとカヤックについてのインストラクションを受けて出発！
ちなみに午前中はボディボードとか借りられます。
でもお隣の現地人女性は同じ波でスーッと乗るのに自分はなかなか乗れませんでした・・・
お昼はお弁当かピザか選べます。
ピザは美味しかったけどおっきかったです。
カヤックは往復ビーチまで自分たちで運ぶので大変です。
正直女性二人は厳しい。
力持ちの男性と行きましょう。
私は細い彼といったがために、帰り運ぶときに手伝ってぎっくり腰になりました。
でもカヤック自体は楽しいし、ウミガメも近くに来るし、天気が良ければ最高！！
とにかくよく焼けるので、気になる女性は長袖パーカーは帽子、日焼け止めなど万全にしていきましょう。

天気しだい♪

ただただキレイの一言でした。
早朝プランが人数足らず、おすすめになってしまったのですが良かったです。
理由は朝は寒さの覚悟が必要だから。
現地の人曰く、１０月過ぎは寒くなりあまりお勧めでないとのこと。
天気に恵まれたので幸いですが、
最近のハワイは雨続きなので、残念な天気の場合は覚悟が・・
青い空の下の澄んだ海は最高ですよ。

ビーチと海が美しい！

風が相当強かったのですが、それもまた楽しい、といった感じ。
午前中はビーチ付近で自由行動、午後にシーカヤック。
実際に漕いでいるのは2時間ほどで、当初の目的地は目の前のフラットアイランド。余裕があれば、お隣りのラニカイビーチまで。
ラニカイビーチがまた素晴らしい美しさでしたので、余裕がある方はオススメ。
シーカヤックで波乗りもさせてもらいました。
初体験でしたが、なんとか成功！
ハワイならではのアクティビティで、オススメです！

Reviewed by: Dawna, 2010/10/23My husband & I were coming to Oahu, Hawaii for the first time. He is a certified scuba diver, but hadn't done any snorkel or scuba for years. We wanted to do a snorkel trip, since he enjoys it. I had never snorkeled, & from the reviews I read, I thought this trip would be enjoyable for both of us.
We had a lot of fun - on the boat, in the water, talking with the crew & fellow "snorkelers." It is a great trip for beginners - you get good instruction & practice before you are taken to a coral reef.
Bonus: we got to see several Green Turtles on our way to the reef. We would do this trip again!

言葉になりません!!!

参加する前から｢行きたくない｣と思っていました。
しかし、船に乗り、先に進むにつれて、
見た事の無い景色がドンドン目に入って来ました。
カメラを構える余裕もなく・・・
サンドバーに着き、水の中へ。
水深は深い所で男性の腰辺り。浅い所で膝辺り。
水は底が目で確認できるほど。
こんなの見た事ない！怖くても水に入りたい！
泳げなくても、しっかりとガイドの方(日本人のお姉さん＆現地のお姉さん)が見ていてくれる。
その場でシュノーケルをするのですが、少し水深のある所で、サンゴ、魚などを見る事が出来ます。
泳げない私は深くなる手前でシュノーケルしました。
オワフ島へ行くのなら、ワイキキもいい所ですが、
一度はサンドバーに行く事をお勧めします。

Love it, done is twice!

お尻痛い
Reviewed by: ハワイ好き, 2010/10/042時間コースに参加してきました。確かに、映画のロケ地を馬に乗りながら、見学できるのはよかったですが、ちょっと2時間だとお尻が痛くなって、中盤からはきつかったです。。。
でも、満足できるアクティビティーでした。
後補足としては、アクティビティが終わる時間は、ドリンクなどを販売している売店はしまってしまうので、何か買いたい場合には、アクティビティの前に済ませることをお勧めします。

残念ながら、お昼だと潮の満ち引き加減で海の上にサンドバーが出ていることはありませんでしたが
それでも十分素晴らしいものでした！
バレーボールではスタッフの方が盛り上げてくれて
とても楽しい時間を過ごしました＾＾
ご飯も私的には美味しかったなぁ！
シュノーケルは以前失敗した苦い経験があったのですが
サンドバーで練習もできて、今回はスムーズに！
同じ経験を持つ友人も簡単に慣れていました！
日本人スタッフもいたし行って損はないと思いますよ＾＾

サンドバーでのビーチバレーが楽しい

サンドバーでのビーチバレーが白熱してとても
楽しかったです。たぶん総勢40名の参加だと思いましたが、
10人くらいがバレーに参加していました。
またスタッフの方たちの対応もとても気さくで丁寧で、
良かったです。

お目当ての海ガメは、あちらこちらからひょっこり顔を出してくれました。
シュノーケルは体調不良で残念ながらできませんでしたが、次回は絶対挑戦したいです。
素敵な景色と、かわいい海ガメ…きれいな空気を吸いながら食べるおいしい手作りサンド。

ただ潮の流れが早く海で泳ぐというより
木陰などもあるのでのんびり海辺で過ごすという時間でした。

Best activity on O'ahu!
Reviewed by: Rosie, 2010/09/10I have been to a Luau, Sunset Dinner Cruise, Dinner Show.. quite possibly all over O'ahu! This is by far, the best activity I have ever done. The crew was very friendly and informative..Most of them are interns so they actually do their job for free!
Once we board the Barefoot 1 which is actually a pretty small catamaran but don't let this discourage you because once your on your way to the submerged sandbar..everything is perfect! Imaginine drinking a nice cold refreshment and for you alcoholic drinkers, a nice beer, out in the middle of Kaneohe Bay. Sitting on the Sandbar with the nice breezy tradewinds while taking in all the beautiful views!! TALK ABOUT RELAXATION!!
Once we had our freshly grilled burger lunch at the sandbar, we head pass toward Turtle reef, where we saw at least 10 huge sea turtles! 天国の海サンドバーに行って

Alan1さんの中でもいくつものサンドバープランが複数の催行会社から企画されているのでこれは早めの予約をお勧めします。
サンドバーでは、写真撮影やシュノーケリングを楽しみましたが、私の選択したプランは、時間が短く（実感としては30分くらいかなあ）、子供たちは、もう少し長く遊びたかったようです。
ハナウマ湾でシュノーケリングなどのマリンスポーツを楽しんで、サンドバーはこの世界的にも珍しいポイントとして写真に残すなどの目的で参加するなど、使い分けて計画したらよいかと思いました。
スタッフの方は親切で、日本人もいましたので、言葉の面で不自由なことは一切なく安心して楽しめました。
ハワイでの限られた日数をどのように過ごすか、きれいな景色を楽しむのか、子供たちの楽しみを優先するのか、十分な検討が必要でした。ちょっと検討不足でした。
でも、たくさんよい写真が取れたと思います。思いますというのはデジカメではなく、フィルムカメラで撮影したためです。
サンドバーでは、デジカメよりも使い捨ての防水カメラの方が水没させる心配もないのでお勧めします。

Captain Bob's Kaneohe Sandbar Snorkel & BBQ Lunch with Free Transportation

Reviewed by: Melissa, 2010/08/13I attended this snorkeling activity with my boyfriend (he had done it before and wanted to go again). Our tour guide on the bus was hysterical. So much fun and information was provided by him. I liked that he remained part of the experience by coming on the boat with us. The staffing was incredible as well. Tons of fun and very helpful. I was glad that they provided lunch as well. Quick and easy burgers, some fruit, sodas, etc. And of course, the snorkeling was beautiful! I would recommend it to anyone, of any age. If you can't swim, or haven't snorkeled, don't worry! They provide easy instructions to learn how to snorkel quickly, and they have both noodles and lifevests if you can't swim! You may even luck out and sight some sea turtles on your way to the reef!!! If you're considering this activity, go for it! You'll love it!
