Once in a Lifetime Experience
Reviewed by: Jesszel, 2021/12/01This is our first time parasailing and I admit, we were all nervous, but the captain and her crew made us feel safe by telling us all the pre-cautions we need to do. The ride to the take-off site was fun. The actual take off was smooth and the view from the top was awing. This is once in a lifetime experience and I am glad we did this. My 8 year-old son had a great time as well and want to do it again. Highly recommending this activity. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and not to forget the staffs who checked us in that were very accommodating and patient in answering all our questions.

Pearl Harbor USS Arizona Memorial Tour with Expert Guide & Honolulu Sightseeing

We were happy he did this as we didn’t realize they closed out the theater to watch the documentary and move it outside so we weren’t able to watch it. Thank you again for such an excellent tour

Ko Olina Zipline Tour at Coral Crater Adventure Park [Six & Three -Line Courses]
Amazing!

英語が話せない二人連れでしたが、受付の方が良く対応して頂けました。パラセイリング最高！また何かあれば是非参画したいです。また、HGVCULBのメンバーですので、宿泊はHGVC、ツアーやアクティビティはVELTRAさんにお願いしようかと思っております。

Funny activity. Long time to get food

Thank you so much for your feedback, and I'm so sorry that it took so long for you to get your food. It's been a little challenging for us with all the safety guidelines in place during this pandemic. Even the dinner process takes a little longer because our Servers have to pre-plate the items on each plate, and set them up for guests to "grab and go", and so it takes a little longer to serve everyone. We don't do any audience participation type activity while guests are going through the dinner line, but I believe what you heard was our "People of Polynesia" presentation, where our dancers come out and present each of the costumes that represent, Hawaii, Tahiti, Samoa, and New Zealand with a little dance for each native island. Now that some of the restrictions have been lifted, things are slowly getting back to normal, so I hope you will be able to come back and visit us again some time in the future.!! Royal Star Pearl Harbor Experience with Tickets to Arizona Memorial & City Tour
The best way to visit Pearl Harbor
Reviewed by: Laura@HawaiianTravel, 2021/11/27This is the best way to get to & from Pearl Harbor when staying in Waikiki. They handle getting the Arizona Memorial tour tickets, plus you enjoy a drive through Punchbowl National Memorial Cemetery and a drive through downtown to see the Iolani Palace and the King Kamehameha statue. We were picked up around 8am in Waikiki and were back in Waikiki by 1pm, so had the afternoon free. If you also take in the Battleship Missouri, then you will return to Waikiki later. Our driver/tour guide, the bus and everything were great. A taxi alone would cost you this amount just to get to / from Pearl Harbor, but with this tour, you get to see more.

Star of Honolulu Waikiki Sunset Cruise - Steak and Lobster Dinner & Hula Show
What an entertaining evening

It was such fun with non-stop, great entertainment. You are well taken care of from start to finish. The entire crew and entertainers were top notch. The sunset and views of Waikiki from the ocean at night are so pretty - many fantastic photo ops. I would highly recommend this dinner cruise, you won't be disappointed.

Super bumpy and scary experience
Reviewed by: YYC, 2021/11/23Do not book sunset tour if you are sensitive to the feeling of weightlessness and sea sick. The driver makes the ship super super bumpy, which is unnecessary and they only care about the profit. I was feeling extremely unwell and asked if they could send me back and then continue the tour, but the driver kept ask me “do you want to cancel everyone” and kept saying I will have to pay for everyone’s tour. I will not do the parallel sailing so it should save them time to send me back but they just kept making fun of me with no empathy. After the trip I asked if I could get partially refund as a observer since I didn’t do the parallel sailing and saved them time and strength , which is reasonable , but they just denied my request.
I took other ship tours and all of them are fine, but this one is a immediately NO. Especially the driver said he could not understand my English made me feel kinda under a racist circumstances.

Kaneohe Bay Kayak & Snorkel Self-Guided Tour [Tour Not Available]
Best Activity in Oahu!
Reviewed by: Kimberly, 2021/11/22This was my favorite activity I did in Hawaii on this trip! It’s my third time to visit Oahu and this is by far the best thing I’ve done on the island. The views are incredible, the reefs are beautiful, and you feel like you’re swimming with the fishes when snorkeling. The kayak out to the sandbar is a little bit of a challenge, but not too bad if you take your time and do a tandem kayak. The view from the sandbar is definitely worth the challenge. The guides for this activity were very knowledgeable and helpful, they go over everything with you before you go out into the bay. I will definitely be doing this again! Highly recommend!

Waimea Valley Toa Luau & Free Admission Entry Ticket to Waimea Falls
Best Luau on the Island. Not just a show, a real family experience.

This was certainly the highlight of our week in Hawaii. We stayed at the Hilton Lagoon Resort in Waikiki. Our condo overlooked their Luau which we watched twice from our balcony. I can only describe their Luau as trip to McDonald's. It was big and all but was certainly nothing special and nothing personal. They seat about 400 people with most tables seated far away from the stage. Compare that to our experience at Toa Luau and it was like fine dining as compared to a trip to McDonalds. Toa opens up with hands on experiences for everyone. While the guests do not get to climb a coconut tree they do show how it has been for hundreds of years. Guests are given the opportunity to peel off the husks, crack a coconut, and shred the meat. The above ground cooking oven was quite interesting. From there we started with the stage show and took a tour of the Pacific Islands. This is the Luau you want to attend, you will not be disappointed.

Totally Worth the money

Staff was very friendly and made sure we enjoy every minute of our time in the ranch. Time flew sofast when you are enjoying what you are doing and we actually were sad to reach the end of the activity. This is a definite "Must do" when in Oahu!
