Exceptional Customer Service and Tons of Dolphins!

The crew ensured everyone stayed safe while in the water which helped us relax knowing they were there if any of us needed a little help. We also loved the Hawaiian traditions included. Highly recommend this tour!

Kaneohe Bay Kayak & Snorkel Self-Guided Tour [Tour Not Available]
Disappointed
Reviewed by: Disappointed , 2022/06/30The maps are not helpful. Once out of the cove, it was hard to find the landmarks to orient ourselves. Did not see any fish or turtles while snorkeling. The wind was so strong and guides did not give advice on how to navigate in high winds- were paddling hard on right side trying to go left but kayak continued to go right. Upon finally making it back to the cove the guides did not get up from their seats, didn’t assist us getting out of kayaks and just told us to put the paddles and life jackets back ourselves.
Would not recommend.

Germaine's Luau on the Beach - Polynesian Dinner Show with Fire-Knife Dance
It was an amazing experience!

I got the VIP package and it was definitely worth it because it gets you closer to the stage, two framed photos to take back home as well as 3 comp drinks and some additional swag. Overall it was a great experience, the show went on longer than expected but we were okay with it. Highly recommend!

Reviewed by: まりこ, 2022/06/26コロナ対策は、屋外では係の方々しかマスクはしていませんでしたがオンラインでの事前予約が必要で恐らく人数制限がある為園内はそれほど混んでおらず自然と三密は避けられていました。園内のいたる所にアルコール除菌ジェルが設置してあり気になった時には随時使えました。園内のフードコートはテーブル同士が離れており安心でしたし、naked dogにセルフサービスのケチャップ、マスタード、レリッシュ(刻みピクルス)をのせザ・アメリカンな美味しいランチをいただきました。
メインイベントのドルフィンエンカウンターは9歳の息子1人で参加し親は柵の外でビデオを撮っていました。息子は英語に不自由しなかった為不要でしたが日系人の親切な男性の係の方が必要ならば通訳をと申し出て下さいましたので、英語に不安のある方でも問題なく参加できると思います。イルカとの記念写真は2カット計4枚が購入可能で、1枚だけだと$35、$65払うとプリント大2小2枚+データが全て含まれたパッケージでした。今回購入したチケットには写真1枚($35相当)分が含まれていたので、差額分$30を払ってデータも全部含まれるパッケージを購入しました。その際どうやら入園時に入口で写真クーポンとやらをもらっていなければならなかったそうなのですがもらっておらず取りに行ってと言われましたが、前述の親切な日系係員の方が『Don't worry I'll go get it』と颯爽と園内を入口まで戻ってクーポンを取ってきて下さり大変助かりました。今後シーライフパークを訪れる日本人観光客の為にもあの親切な係の方が長く働き続けてくれる事を祈ります。
全然期待していないで入った、巨大な鳥籠内でカラフルな鳥に餌をあげたのが予想外に楽しかったです。手作りの餌棒を係の方がくれ、その棒を横にして持つと人に慣れた鳥が飛び乗って餌を食べに来ます。特に鳥好きではない私でもあんなに楽しかったので鳥好きの方は出られなくなるかもしれません。

Ultimate Oahu Circle Island Guided Nature Tour & Waimea Waterfall with Lunch
Awesome trip!
Reviewed by: Jen K, 2022/06/25This was an amazing trip and we had a wonderful guide Jo-jo who was super knowledgeable about all aspects of hawaii cultural, history, plants, food, birds etc...The bus was nice and air conditioned and the time stopping off at each location was just right. An 11 hour day is a long day but it didn't feel like it because we were so loving every step of the trip and jojo's stories and support was great!

We had so much fun and it's definitely something everyone should do if it's their first time visiting. The only thing is that they don't have towels, so bring your own! Otherwise it was such a fun experience for the family!

This boat is enormous. 4 floors of dining & entertainment. The views from the 4th floor walk around area can’t be beat. The food is good and the drinks are outstanding. If you get cold easily, bring a light jacket. The dining area is air conditioned. Supposedly, you can see the Hawaiian Village fireworks on Friday nights. A great way to get some fantastic photos and memories.

Hawaii Five-0 Tour with Lunch at McGarrett's House with Cast Member!

Reviewed by: Nigel , 2022/06/24Shaun our Tour Guide for The Hawaii 5 0 experience wad fantastic, pick up from our Waikiki Hotel was perfect and on time, the air conditioning vehicle was very clean and spacious. Straight away Shaun explained the day ahead and what to expect and this what was we were hoping for and more.
Within minutes we were at the first view point where Danno used to sit and contemplate live and Shaun wad mire than happy to take photos and to get the best shots. Driving around Shaun would also explain facts about Hawaii and not just 5 0 which was very interesting and helpful. Again the visit to the house was perfect and fantastic to be sat in the chairs having our photos taken just perfect. I would certainly recommend this tour outstandingly brilliant

They didn’t call you Chief for nothing
Reviewed by: Midweek , 2022/06/21This is not your regular Luau event that you go to. My husband and I were celebrating our 5th year wedding anniversary and it’s his first trip after 35 years. I was surprised to know that I was not only watching or going to a luau but also going to a comedy show. Chief was amazingly great! His delivery was superb and did not seem rehearsed but was very natural. The staff (i feel bad that I didn’t get his name :( but he was great) took care of a mishap that happened and was very professional. Everyone was so great and I will definitely go back and tell my friends to make sure to see Chiefs Luau.

丁寧な対応をしてもらいました。

集合時間を間違えて出港ギリギリの時間になってしまい、ウェルカムイベント等には参加できませんでした。
でもスタッフの方々は嫌な顔せずに丁寧に対応していただきました。船長との記念写真も時間を過ぎていましたが特別に撮影してもらえました。
料理の前にドリンク券を3枚×2人分もらいました。テーブルにはコースメニューや日没の時間(月毎に時間が違います)、生演奏のスケジュールが載ったものが置いてます。料理の途中で一旦離席して5スター専用デッキで日没を見ることもできます。なので、1番最初に日没の時間を確認することをお勧めします。料理の量は適量でとても美味しかったです。
ウェイターさんがこまめに気をつかって話しかけてくださいました。
夕日も綺麗でとても満足です。

We fully paid months before our Hawaii trip. Why a poor review? There were 18 of us. Families and friends. We were informed that they were not able to get a ticket for us to go to USS Arizona, right during the bus pickup! Our other friends who were on a different time slot, same day, were able to do so no problem. We feel that this company should have informed us ahead of time so we would have an opportunity to book with another company. So disappointed! Not good business! I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Was there any information missing from our map or anything that we could have added to the map to make it more helpful? Any feedback would be appreciated as we would love to improve if possible. Unfortunately we can never guarantee wildlife sightings. The animals are always there, you just have to be in the right place at the right time. I'm sorry that they weren't there for you that day. And although we are in the flattest bay on the island, we are still exposed to the wind and conditions, and there is almost always wind involved in ocean kayaking. But very sorry again that overall your experience was disappointing.
