Moana Swim with Turtles Tour - Kid's Friendly Waikiki Snorkeling Cruise

This trip was a great activity to get the opportunity to snorkel, see turtles, fish, and coral without taking up your whole day.
The location is a short ride back to the popular beaches and they provide options of food and drinks.

Great time and experience, did all 6 villiages and most of the activities and/or performcances. All very insightful and interesting in their own way with each of the 6. Would easily go back again and do it all over. Everyone there was helpful and always asking if you needed any help or to answer questions in general. Great for the family or take your date. Show in the evening was outstanding as well.

Best Christmas lights tour & Birthday fun!

My birthday was on December 19th and booked 8 tickets including 2 kids under 10. Before the ride they had the grinch and Santa’s elves passing out candy and provided picture taking with Santa, the grinch and elves which the kids loved. Because of covid there weren’t many lights on the buildings but our driver was awesome and sang a bunch of Christmas carols with us the whole ride. Then when we stopped at the honolulu hale the driver came up to the top of the bus and had the whole bus singing happy birthday to me.. Best surprise birthday ever and everyone in my family had a great time and will definitely book again. Mahalo to the driver!

We loved Captain Jesse, Aaron, and Seanna! They went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best experience possible. Thanks to them, we were able to see 2 males showing dominance over the other, and 1 baby calf fooling around. On the boat, it was very spacious and the service was phenomenal. Would recommend 10/10.

Star of Honolulu Waikiki Sunset Cruise - Steak and Lobster Dinner & Hula Show

Lasted way longer than we were told. People were lined up to get off an hour before we docked. The meal was tasty but not filling. The entertainment was great and the dancers were absolutely amazing. The staff of very friendly and Overall it was a good experience just not something I would do again. If you get motion sickness I would think twice about this I saw many people spend the entire cruise in the bathroom.

Aloha Becky, Thank you for your feedback, and sorry you felt there wasn't enough interaction with the crowd. With all the Covid guidelines in place, there are several interactive segments in the Luau format that we can't do right now due to social distancing. Those are the segments when we invite guests on stage to learn the Hula, and also the Tahitian segment but we couldn't do that when you attended. We are looking forward to getting back to our normal format, so I hope you can return one day to experience our luau once things get back to "normal"...We appreciate you choosing Germaine's Luau as a fun activity to do while you were on vacation here. We had an amazing time on this Double Decker Tour Bus ,relaxing, singing Christmas carols, and enjoying the beautiful sites.
We also enjoyed visiting Santa Claus and seeing the grinch before we boarded the double Dekker bus for our beautiful evening ride.

Moana Swim with Turtles Tour - Kid's Friendly Waikiki Snorkeling Cruise
Rude swimmers. Please describe how to snorkel with aloha before disembarking.

I get this on every tour, but newbies need instructions on how not to be rude. Don’t flip in my face. Stop swarming at me, and please… there is no reason to flail your appendages rampantly for no reason when there are 50 swimmer right next to you. Please explain this to swimmers before hand. In fact, in a small area, there is no reason for flippers. This would have been much more enjoyable if no one had them.
Turtles were neat. I would not tell anyone else if you see one because everyone swarms and hits you in the face/gut/you name it, as they flail to see it.

Germaine's Luau was very entertaining for my family and I. However, there was a lot of sitting around and waiting for things to happen. We were met with a mediocre box of lettuce and fruit to start with, there was some entertainment and then 1.5 hours later we were able to get other food; buffet style. The food was delicious but by the time my kiddos were fed, they were cranky and had enough. I am happy to say that I have been to a Luau and experienced the food and entertainment.
Aloha Family of Five, Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your family had to wait so long for your dinner. It has a lot to do with the strict guidelines in place from our State Government that we have to follow, from the Check process, to how we serve the food, and it all takes time. I hope you were able to enjoy the scenery by the ocean, perhaps the beautiful sunset! I'm happy that you enjoyed the food as a luau should also be relaxing and entertaining...away from the hustle and bustle of the resort area. Capt. Ige and crew was great. They treated us very good and showed us a great time. I am definitely going to do it again with other friend that comes up from abroad. Beach volleyball was fun and snorkeling near the reef was a blast as we were close to a sea turtle.

The best snorkeling tour!

I’ve been to around 6-7 different snorkel tours and the experience at Bob’s tour is by far the best. The tour is well planned, faculties are pretty new and the crew attend to a lot of details - like you’ll get a shower right after you get out of water which helps a lot if you don’t like the sea smell & want to get warm and dry quickly. The lunch is also really delicious. They even provide hot chocolate after the snorkeling, not to mention the beautiful white sand, dozens of turtles and tremendous view at the snorkeling point. Mahalo for the great experience!

Christmas City Lights Trolley Tour

The trolley tour made our winter feel the vibe of Christmas that was missing since Covid hit. It delivered us through a ride that brought the holiday spirits back! Our son enjoyed the ride very much and we enjoyed watching him having fun during the tour. We usually just visit city lights by using our own transportation but this tour is a big plus to add on to your city lights tour. While riding the trolley, you will get to listen to Christmas songs that will bring back memories of previous winter seasons that will never get old. Big thanks to Santa and his helpers for the great hospitality. Mahalo to the crew and Merry Christmas from my ohana and I.

Phenomenal experience knowing cultures of Polynesian islands.
Unable to experience all the activities being offered on the same day though.
If interested you guys can buy shows tickets after the cultural center activities ahead of time or at least look into it if you want to do it or not.
Must have this expletive while visiting Oahu!!!

An amazing experience! It’s so well organized and they give you all the information you need to have an amazing time! It’s a wonderful experience and the crew is fantastic!
