見て良かった！ 伝統ルアウ＆フラ・ハワイアンショー！
Reviewed by: terran, 2014/10/23娘との旅行でしたが、今回が私にとって初のハワイ旅行です。
これから機会があるかどうかはわかりませんので、せいぜい悔いのないようにしたいと見たい「ハワイのダンスショー」もいくつか案内と内容を調べ、このショーに決めました。
選択したシートはプレミアシートで一般よりは当然高いのですが、
ショーを観劇する場所といい、食事の案内といい常に優先されて、
価格以上の満足感を得ることができました。
ショーのダンスも楽しく、プロの踊りはきれいで美しく
そして鍛えられた技を見せてくれます。
司会者の巧みな話術や盛り上げ方など楽しく場面を盛り上げてくれます。
３時間近くのショーは楽しく決して見あきることはありませんでした。
帰りにはきれいなフラ姿のお嬢さんとツーショット撮影も記念になりました。
プレミアシートの席は一般席より４~５千円ぐらい高いのでしょうが、
席の場所、優遇されたサービスを考えればお勧めのプレミアムシートです。
これから、感激されるならプレミアムシートをぜひお勧めします。

Would Like to Have Met the Big Kahuna
Reviewed by: Marisa, 2014/10/18I had the impression that the Big Kahuna was going to be there, but I guess he took the night off. Still, I can say that the luau was in good hands. The driver was prompt and was really nice! I enjoyed the lei greeting by the dancers and how interactive they were the entire night with all of the attendees. The poi, lomi lomi salmon, and teriyaki chicken were tasty! The fish was a little under cooked, but they made up for it by giving me alcohol. Rum is nice when you are depressed over soggy fish. The show was amazing, the best Polynesian dance show that I have been to! The dancers were very professional and polished and I think that this factor alone deserves five stars. The Big Kahuna knows what he's doing. All in all, I had a lot of fun and would go again.

We went to the Polynesian Cultural Center a few years ago, and we wanted to make sure that we go to a luau again. We found this luau on VELTRA, and we are glad we did. It was very close to Waikiki, and the view was gorgeous! It was like a little hidden secret place in the busy Honolulu that no guidebook writes about. They welcomed us with some Mai Tai and pupus, and we had enough time to play Hawaiian games and learn how to hula. The show was pretty good, and the quality of entertainment was top notch. The food was ok, but the customer service was great. We'd go again next time.

楽しめたかな？？
Reviewed by: たけうち ひろたか, 2014/10/16一族総出で参加しました。終始英語で司会進行され、英語が分からない人には意味がよくわからないのではないかと思いました。それでもそれなりに楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。さまざまな場所で同じようなショーが行われているので、見比べてみるのも良いかと思います。次回ここに来るかと聞かれたら、私はまた違うところを探すと思います。タヒチアンダンス、フラダンスともにレベルは高いのでないかと思いました。シートについてはプレミアだと舞台近くであることと、ビュッフェを先に取に行ける点が良いですね。座席は指定席ではないので、良い位置でみたいのならば開始直前に行かれるのではなく、ちょっと早めに行って並ぶ方が良いと思います。
ショー開始前にボディーペイントを行っています。子供・女性に人気でした。

Amazing center and a great cause

If you go try to get cousin Main he was extremely knowledgeable and manage to get us in the front row for all the events. Also, learning about how the majority of the proceeds go to student tuition it is a nice to know. Lastly, the HA fire show definitely is one of, if not, the best fire show luau ever.

Arrived around 12.30 had a quick lunch it was go go go for 5+ hours.It was very entertaining and informative. I want to come back to see what I missed. The extra $25 for lunch and guided tour was well worth it. Loved the Luau and night show . Don't think about this one just go!

Late-Entry Ambassador Package - Average Experience
Reviewed by: Kristen, 2014/10/04After reading so many reviews, we expected this experience to be great; however, we found most of the evening to be okay at best. The prime rib and seafood, "prime" dining, is not good. Much of the hot food was luke-warm, the roast beef...I mean prime rib...although pretty sure it was roast beef, was way overcooked and just gross, and much of the food was slimy and just inedible. There was one hot seafood item which was somewhat hot/somewhat still frozen, and my husband said was disgusting. It was not prime dining. I would suggest skipping dining there altogether.
We had some time to walk around; however, most of the exhibits are just artifacts or movies/shows. The Samoa live show was interesting and entertaining, but the videos were boring and I can't imagine what you could spend an entire day there doing (we went late at 4 PM and had plenty of time). The "Ha, Breathe of Life" show was the best part for sure. The show was entertaining; however, it was very long. We went to another luau and show earlier in our trip, booked through the cruise line, and I would say that show was better. "Ha, Breathe of Life" was very long and had a lot of repetitive dancing. They do a part of the show for each Island, so after awhile the dancing gets repetitive. Some aspects were really neat: fire dancing, a few of the dances with props, etc, but it would have been better if it hadn't been so extremely long and repetitive.
Overall, I can't say that I would recommend this experience. If I did, I would recommend the show, without eating dinner. Additionally, be prepared to pay extra for everything and have things that cost money constantly offered to you (I understand, it is a vacation destination, but for the Polynesian Cultural Center, which doesn't allow tipping and is all about culture, it just seemed weird after awhile). Next time we go to Hawaii, we will try a luau closer to the resort area, and skip the Polynesian Cultural Center.

ホテルのショーに比べて拘束時間が長いですが、品格的なフラが見たいって方にはオススメです！
ただ、基本的に日本人参加は少なくEnglishオンリー。まぁ、そんなに喋れなくてもどうにかなりますよー。

ショー満足！！

スタンダードのプランでしたが、
十分にダンスを知覚で見れて料理もそれなりに美味しくいただきました。
ただ、ウェルカムドリンクがきてから、ビュッフェをとりにいくまでの時間が長過ぎてしんどかったです。
席の順番によってはやや早い方もいましたが、もっと早めにたいおうしてもらえると良かったです。
アルコールいりのウェルカムドリンクをいただいたので、料理をとりにいくまでに酔っ払いました。。
ショー自体はとても満足のいくものでした。

Reviewed by: Gretchen, 2014/09/29This was our first luau experience and it was fantastic. Transportation was included, the bus was on time and comfortable. When we arrived, they took a photo that had a beautiful back drop (amazing scenery with the mountain and the ocean), photo was $10 and quite decent quality. There were fun pre-show activities and drinks available. The buffet was good, we paid for the middle of the road package which was worth it. The emcee was funny and personable and the show was very entertaining, the woman sitting next to us said that they had been to several luaus and this was by far the best fire show they'd seen. We were called onto stage because it was our honeymoon and they gave me a nice flower bouquet. Overall it was really a great experience! The whole staff worked hard to make the night a good one. Worth every penny!

Amazing time! Best guide ever!

My husband and I were originally going to explore the center on our own, however, after spending an hour on the bus with Jermaine (hope I spelled that right) and learning that he was giving the tour, we decided to pay a little extra and join the tour group. Best investment we made on our vacation. Not only was Jermaine knowledgeable, friendly, and seriously hilarious, but he got us to all the shows and we saw more than if we had tried to navigate the center ourselves. Highly recommend this place to everyone, and pay the extra for a guide. Well worth it.

お手軽に見れるショーです
Reviewed by: ぺんぺん, 2014/09/24初ハワイだったので、一度は伝統舞踊のようなものを見てみたいと思い、色々探してお手軽そうなこれにしました。行ったのは9月中旬、夫と2人です。
・料理…★★★ ビュッフェ形式ですが、ショー開始前に一度取りに行けただけでお代わりはほぼ無理です（お皿が早々に片づけられてしまいました）。ただし、お皿が日本と比べて大きかったので結果問題なし。キッズ用ビュッフェが別に用意されていました。味はまずまずです。
・飲み物…★★ チケットにドリンク券が2枚ついていて、1枚はウェルカムドリンク（ジュースorカクテルの2種から選択）、もう1枚は食後（数種のカクテルかワイン、ビール、ソフトドリンクから選択）に使いました。ウェルカムドリンクはほぼ強制的に回ってきます。無料の水は、食事の時にはなくなっていたので、もう1枚ドリンク券つけてほしかったと思いました。
・ショーの内容…★★★★ 最後のファイヤーダンスが大迫力。ほかはハワイ以外にも様々な伝統舞踊が披露されました。それぞれ衣装も少しずつ異なり、なかなか興味深かったです。
豚丸焼きが出るような本格的なルアウではありませんが、伝統舞踊をお手軽に見たい方にはよいかと思います。ちなみに、日本人は意外に（？）全体の3割くらいで、欧米人が多かったです。

I would have liked if my bus had arrived earlier to give my family time to enjoy all the Luau had to offer. The food was mediocre. We loved the headbands and bracelets. 少々スタッフに外れた感が・・・
Reviewed by: JUNKO, 2014/09/16楽しみにしていたルアウ。日本人の利用者が少なく、英語ONLYとは聞いていましたが、対応してくれたスタッフがあからさまに嫌な顔をして他のスタッフに私たちの担当になって面倒くさい～と話しかけていたので残念でした。英語がパーフェクトに聞き取れなくともニュアンスでわかりました。
簡易タトゥーも施していただきましたが、こちらの対応はよかったです。
ショーはとっても迫力があり素晴らしく、食事もサーブしていただけるデラックス席でしたので良かったです。
入場の際にいただける２４ドル分のカード、お酒を飲まれる方にはお得かもしれませんが、お酒を飲まない人は、残りを売店で使えますがショー終了後は早めに閉まってしまうので、ショーが始まるまでに使うことをお勧めします。
近隣のアウラニから歩いたので、１０分かかりませんでした。
１６：３０前に行くと外で待つことになります。入口でもらえるレイ（男性はククイレイ、女性はフラワーレイ）日本にはお花を持ち帰れないので、ククイを希望するとよかったなと思いました。

Reviewed by: Chad Papa, 2014/09/16The luau was an overall great experience. It was my 2nd time i've been here so i decided to take my girlfriend here since it was her first time in Hawaii. Good entertainment and a few small activities where you can make flower headbands, bracelets, and temporary tattoo's that are complimentary. Drinks are reasonably priced but the price of the drinks listed on there menu are of the drinks smallest size. They don't really specify on their menu that they have a s,m,l,souvenir and prices differ from that shown on the screen but I had no complaints we had a balance on a card that allowed us to have two rounds of drinks for free. Definitely have to come on an empty stomach. They provide you with enough food and you can come for seconds. Definitely would recommend going.

This was a very entertaining Luau and the performers were outstanding and extremely talented. I was very impressed with the musicians who were multi-talented and did an amazing job with all the music. The food was really good and the drinks weren't bad either; however, the foo-foo drinks were pretty sweet. We paid for the "VIP" package and I'm still on the fence as to whether or not it was worth it. It was nice having your food brought to you and the extra drink coupons were a plus (we ended up having a little left on the card at the end of the night which we used for souvenirs). Also, you weren't with the big crowd, but you still have strangers at your table so don't expect to be alone. Also, you are in the back of the crowd (up higher than everyone else, but you are not up front like I expected). So, not sure if the extra money for the VIP was worth it, but overall the Luau was really fun and entertaining and we had a great night.

Reviewed by: HIRO, 2014/09/04新婚旅行でハワイを訪れ、初ハワイの旦那さんのため、以前参加したこちらのショーを申込みしました。
ワイキキで、そして屋外という開放的な場所でショーを見られ、旦那さんも楽しんでいたようです。
ショーは素敵なのですが、前回同様ブッフェ（食事）は美味しいというわけではありませんので、あまり期待はしない方がいいです。（お肉は美味しかったようです）。
3回目はないかもしれませんが、一度観るには良いと思います。
あと今はヒルトン前のバス停にバスが止まらないので要注意です！
