Great show, backstage tour is less appealing
Reviewed by: Mike, 2015/08/14A little background: party was my wife and I, both 30 y/o. We attended this show with the green room and dinner package. The green room and backstage tour portion of the package was underwhelming and really quite boring. One note is that we took a souvenir picture with "Michael Jackson" which was given to us as part of the package as compared to others at the show who had to pay $25 for it. The tour consisted of us, two other couples, and someone who runs the show guiding us around backstage and sharing different behind the scenes info as well as showing us other bits of the production. After that it went to the dinner portion which was held in front of the stage for the hour preceding the show. The food included lobster first course, steak and fish second with veggies and mashed potatoes, then dessert and coffee, all wrapping up before the show started. The food was quite good, especially the steak (tenderloin if I remember correctly). The show, though a little corny, was quite good overall and definitely entertaining. I did not really care for the Lady Gaga portion but the Elvis and Michael Jackson was good overall as well as the fire dancer. One plus of the package was the seating given was right by the stage which gave a small opportunity for the performers to come down and interact with us (not much but a quick appearance) which made it nice when "Elvis" gave my wife his scarf. Overall the night itself was entertaining and the food was good, making the package worth what we paid.

感動のラスト！
Reviewed by: Miki, 2015/08/11ハワイに着いた初日に参加させてもらいました。ゴールデンサークル席も、早く着いた人からどんどん席に招待してくれていたので、最前列がよければ早く行って並んでいたほうがいいかもしれません。料理は席の人から取りにいくことができたのですが、はじめにビュッフェに行った人と最後の人とでは、だいぶ時間差がありました。ショーの最後はファイヤーダンスで圧巻のダンスでした。

歌がうまい‼︎フラは予想以上にカッコ良い‼︎
Reviewed by: あまぐり, 2015/08/10みなさん歌が大変上手でした。とても楽しめました。新旧の洋楽の好きな中学生の娘のために行きました。知ってる曲ばかりです。ロックとフラのショーを両方楽しめるので得した気持ちです。場所も便利なのでお勧めです。マイケル好きの私はもちろん、そんなに乗り気でなかった主人もレディーガガさんや、マイケルジャクソンさんの歌とダンスの完成度のた高さに大満足して、後でガガさんとニコニコで写真を撮りました。小6の息子は今回無料の夏休み企画でしたが、本人はフラの激しいダンスや火を使うダンスがとてもカッコ良くて、すごく面白かったと言ってくれました。飲み物付きの一番前のシートを予約しましたので、プレスリーさんが握手にきてくれました。それをのぞけばそんなにおおきくないホールだから、どこの席でも楽しめそうです。

早めに着いて、並んでいると外国人の方がたくさん・・・
個人的にはハワイでもあまり日本人が集まるところじゃないところを探したいので、いいなと思っていました。
ショーが始まる前にタトウ―をマジックで書いてくれるサービスがあり、１７才の娘は超イケメンのダンサーに書いてもらいウキウキ。
また行きたいと思います。

Such an awesome day :)
Reviewed by: Laura, 2015/08/06So I bought the super ambassadors package which bode well for me, considering the 42 acre mass of land the PCC is situated on! As a wheelchair user, probably not the best thing to be doing that on my own! (However massive my biceps may become!)
Everything from the bus ride there with narration from Cousin Nox to the personalised friendly tour guide Jarom who was a fountain of knowledge and super nice guy - was an incredible experience. That's just the customer service! The site itself was beautiful, plentiful in scenic, educational and picturesque landscapes, with presentations that made you laugh, applaud stamp you feet and clap you hands!
Hands down a great tour and an incredible luau and show to end the night! I was fortunate to go backstage before the show and meet someone of the cast - what a lovely bunch! And to see them in action and knowing their complete and genuine appreciation for U.S. tourists being there, made the show even more spectular and the experience that much more worth while.
For sure, I didn't see everything, and I'd definitely go back, especially for another canoe ride! Was so amazed at the level of attention and willingness that was about when I wanted to row the canoe and participate in activities like that.#SuperAccommodating
Truly a wonderful and amazing experience I'll never forget xD

本物そっくり！！クオリティ高い！

日によって出演するスターが違うみたいなのですが、私が行った日はマイケルジャクソン、エルビスプレスリー、レディーガガの3人でした。まず、グリーンルームに案内され、ウェルカムシャンパンでグリーンルームにちなんでグリーンのシャンパンがでてきて、他にもフルーツ、ココナッツチップスやサーモンなどをふるまわれます。支配人の方衣装部屋や舞台裏の案内をしてくれ、そのあと座席へ☆
座席は、ステージの目の前ど真ん中でした！
まずショーの前にディナーを頂きます。ブルーハワイをまず頼みましたが、かなり美味しかった！！！伊勢海老も甘くて美味しくて、メインのステーキもやわらかくて絶品でしたし、サーモンも大きく、トリュフ入りのマッシュポテトもとても美味しかったです。デザートのチョコレートケーキとマカデミアナッツアイスも、温かいケーキの上で溶けるアイスクリームは甘さが増して、ほんとに大満足の味でした！
ショーはかなり完成度が高く、とくにマイケルジャクソンは本物と本当にわからないくらい姿も声もにていました。
一番前の席だったのでステージからおりてきたスターと握手したりすることもできてとても楽しかったです。
歌はみなさんすごく上手く、ショーとしてのクオリティもかなり高かったと思います。
座席は前の方が絶対見ていて楽しいので、グリーンルームを選ぶ価値はあると思いました！！！
この度、ロッカフラワイキキのショーをご覧頂き、誠に有難うございました。
ハワイ旅行をごゆっくりとお過ごし出来ましたでしょうか。

Hilton Waikiki Starlight Luau with Fire Dancers, Hula Show & Dinner Buffet
Fantastic way to begin our vacation!

It was, in fact, wheelchair accessible and all the folks we cam into contact with couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating.
I read other comments downplaying the fact that we were on top of a parking garage but that didn't detract from our enjoyment one bit!

My first luau
Reviewed by: Mahalo , 2015/08/02Paradise Cove Luau was a great cultural experience. There were many activities that got you involved with the Hawaii culture. Some of my favorites where the spear throwing, lei making, and the canoe rides in the cove. They also had special events that taught you a little bit about the Hawaiian history, like old fashion ways of fishing. The food at Paradise Cove could have had a better selection, but their fried chicken and mixed drinks were phenomenal. When it came time for the dinner show I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I definitely enjoyed the out come. The show was beautiful and told multiple stories of native legends. The costumes and stage props were extravagant and made me feel as if I was in paradise. I personally wished the show was a little bit longer but it was a great show. I would recommenced that families take their young children to watch this show because not only is it fun to watch, but its also very engaging, and can be educational.

Reviewed by: JodieB, 2015/07/30We had a fantastic time at Paradise Cove Luau. We almost were not going to book this Luau due to reading some bad reviews, but so glad we did! As soon as we boarded the bus to get there, the tour guide (Cousin Katie) made the trip so much fun. There were a variety of activities to participate in before the Luau commenced, such as canoe rides, flower lei and headpiece making, archery, bowling and temporary tattoos. The Luau itself was amazing! The dancers were great and the costumes very colorful. The food was very nice and the pork especially yummy! I would definitely recommend this, especially for families.

Reviewed by: さちえ★, 2015/07/26グリーンルームで頂いたシャンパンのおいしさにアラフォー女子二人は大満足（＾－＾）ピンチョスを頂きながら至福の時を過ごしていると、な・ん・と・プレスリーが訪問してくれ記念写真を撮り贅沢な時間はあっという間に終了!(^^)!
次は舞台裏を案内していただきました。説明は英語ですがゆっくり言ってくれるのでわかりやすかったです。舞台装置の説明や道具を説明してくれ、フラで使用する衣装の一部をつけて記念写真を撮ったり、いい体験でした！
食事はロブスター、ステーキ、サーモンなどボリュームは十分（＾ｕ＾）味は期待していなかったけど、すべておいしかったです☆事前に予約したワインも飲み干し出来上がったアラフォーは睡魔に襲われましたがすぐにショーが始まりました(*^_^*)最前列の真ん中でプレスリー、ガガ、マイケルのパフォーマンスにうっとり。フラやファイヤーダンスも素敵で見入ってました。ショーが終わるとスターやキャストとの写真撮影があり勿論列にならんでパチリ★
ハワイでの楽しい時間となりました！今年の夏休みはハワイ旅行をする同僚が数人いるのでこのツアーをおすすめしました。

Great show!
Reviewed by: Nathan & Kaila , 2015/07/25We really enjoyed this luau. Reading some reviews of other luaus, we thought that this one would have a more authentic feel. It was outside in a beautiful spot to view the sunset. There were a few activities and dancing before the meal, which preceded the show. They actually had the traditional pig cooked in a pit to sample. The food was really good, but the highlight was the show. Dancers were great in all the routines. Pickup was right at the hotel. We stopped going & returning for pictures of a great city view. I would highly recommend this luau!

なので、正直普通の席で問題ありません。食事も同じ。
ショーはとっても素晴らしかったです。
集合時間17時と連絡ありますが、開場が17時でショーは18時、19時くらいから始まるので
ちょっとずらしてきたほうが入口の行列に並ばなくてすむとおもいます。

ほぼというより、私たち家族以外いないと言っても間違いないくらいでした。
ワイキキから大型のバス2台ほどでコオリナ地区にあるパラダイスコーブまで向かいました。
40〜45分ほどかかります。
バスの中で会場の説明がありますが、全て英語なので言っていることはわかりませんが、聞き取れなくても大丈夫でした。
帰りのバスの番号をしつこいほど教えてくれますのでそれだけ覚えられたらOKです。
会場に着いたらマイタイをもらって、案内される席へ向かいます。
そこからは2時間ほどはショーが始まるまでフリータイムです。
会場内の催しには積極的に参加した方が楽しいと思います！
シーカヤックのようなものに乗りましたがすごく楽しかったです☆
法螺貝が吹かれて向かった先で見たフラは、サンセットとあいまってとっても素敵でした。
これだけでも来た甲斐があったなと思いました。
私たちはスタンダードコースでしたが、お食事も座席の位置も満足でした。
お食事はサーモンロミロミとフライドチキンが美味しかったです。
アルコールは2杯までコースについていますが、2杯で充分でした。
味も見た目もトロピカルでとても美味しかったです。
ショーも本格的でたっぷり見られます。
途中ゲスト参加タイムもあります。
外国の方は恥ずかしがらずにノリノリで参加されるのでそれを見ているのも楽しかったです(^^)
帰りの車内も盛り上がった外国の方で賑やかでしたが、爆睡しました。笑
日本人がおらずアウェー感はありますが、ハワイではあまり感じることのなかった外国に来たー！という感じが良かったです。
またコオリナ地区のサンセットの美しさ、満天の星空はワイキキでは体験出来ないと思います。

最高のルアウショーでした。
Reviewed by: らん♪, 2015/07/07前回、ハワイに行った際に予約が取れず、泣く泣く断念したロイヤルハワイアンのルアウショーを見に出かけるのが、今回の旅の１番の目的でした。
今まで見てきたルアウショーの中で一番、自分自身が見たかった内容で踊りも素晴らしかったです。（自分自身がフラを習っており、ダンサーの踊る姿やステップを踏む姿が間近で見たかったのです！）
普通、ルアウショーだとフラとタヒチアンの割合を比較するとタヒチアンの方が多いのですが、こちらはフラの割合（カヒコ・アウアナ）が高く、フラダンサーには必見な内容だと思います。
屋外で、かつダイヤモンドヘッドと海を背景なんて、ロケーションも素晴らしかったです。
また見に行きたいと思います！
しかしながら…英語で会場のやり取りやストーリーが展開されるので、語学力が必須かと。。。

のんびり散歩しながら夜の街も満喫できました！

As a former resident and frequent visitor to HI....this has always been one of my favorite activities to visit and bring friends and family......sorry to say that the late entry does not allow you to do anything but attend the Luau and Show...there is NO time to do or visit the other activites....very disappointing.....not sure the Late Entry should be an option at all...unless....you just want to got to the Luau and Show, and it should be advertised that way.

Reviewed by: Julie/ pittsburgh pa, 2015/06/28After doing some research on the local luau's I made the decision to book the "Big Kahuna" luau. My only hesitation is that it wasn't on the beach. It had great reviews posted so I decided to book it. I was so glad I did!!! It was a great evening!! Our shuttle driver Cousin Eddie was entertaining and started the evening off to a fun start. Once we arrived we were surprised at the gorgeous view that over looked the city. They had different activities for us to attend until dinner and the show. The dinner was delicious and the show was very entertaining. The staff was very friendly and made sure everyone was having a great time!!! I would highly recommend this luau.

サービス満天。

日没まで、日が当たり暑かったので、星4つにしましたが、ドリンクを子供にサービスしてくれたり、レイを二つ掛けてくれたりと、とても感じの良い接客でした。
ビュッフェもおいしく、日本人好みの味だったので、ハワイで食べない海苔巻も頂きました。
また参加したいです。

Polynesian Cultural Center Tour Ticket - Full Day Admission, Dinner & Show
Eye opening
Reviewed by: Marcos A Bonilla, 2015/06/22Besides the great time at the Ali'i Luau, and the HA show, the Polynesian Cultural Center has a lot to offer, we start our adventure at 12 noon and at dinner time we were 75% done, every island has a lot of to see and do, from the kids games, to all family fun it was great, best Luau and best cultural experience!!

伝統ルアウ＆ハワイアンショー「パラダイス・コーブ 」開放的なオーシャンフロントで本場の雰囲気を味わえるショーやサンセット鑑賞＜現地集合可／コオリナ・リゾート内＞
とても楽しい気分になりました。

シェラトンのアロハランディングでバスを待っている時から、イヤ～な雰囲気でしたが、案の定、大型バスに日本人は私達夫婦のみ。
ガイドさんの話にみんなが盛り上がっても、ちんぷんかんぷん・・・
ただ、理解できたのが、乗っているバスが４番であること。
帰りも同じバスに乗るので、ここは重要です。（帰りのバスは、ショーが終わって全員が乗車したら出発します。）
到着後、座席のクラスに応じたシールを胸に貼り、レイを掛けてもらい、ウェルカムドリンクのマイタイを頂き、ダンサーとの記念撮影へ進みます。
会場内をブラブラしていると、ユウジさんという日本人スタッフさんが声を掛けてくれ、色々と説明してくれました。ここのスタッフで日本人は自分だけなので、何かあったらユウジを読んでくれって・・・ 天使のようなお言葉に気持ちがすぅーっと楽になりました。
ショーの内容は、迫力満点で最高！の一言に尽きます。
内容は、ここには書きませんので、行ってみてのお楽しみです。
オーキッドの席だと、一人当たり１６ドルのプリペイドカードが付いていますので、早めに使ってしまうことをお勧めします。飲み物は大体７～１１ドル位かな、お土産屋さんもあるので、簡単に使い切ることができます。
ショーが終わってからは、バスの前でダンサーさんたちが記念撮影に応じてくれます。
これも楽しめるかもしれませんね！
帰りのバスに乗る時、片言の英語で、結婚５周年であること、隣のクリスタルチャペルで挙式したことをガイドさんに話すと、「教えてよ～」って悲しそうな顔をしながら言ってくれました。
そうです、記念日などの場合は、先にガイドさんに伝えておくと、あとで楽しいことが待っているようです。
おそらく、行のバス内でその話をしていたんでしょうけど、私たちはちんぷんかんぷんだったので・・・
言葉が分からない点は残念でしたが、それ以外はパーフェクトですね！
５００人位いるであろうゲストの中で出会った日本人は私達以外に１組だけでしたが、それこそが異国を味わう醍醐味であると思います。
外国人の乗りの良さは最高なので、恥ずかしがらず弾けて楽しむことが大切です。
来年、また参加したいと思っています。
さて、英語の勉強しなきゃ！！！

Paradise Cove Luau on the Beach at Ko Olina Resort
Fantastic Evening!!!
Reviewed by: Kim, 2015/06/21Everything was wonderful!!!! From the bus ride with our awesome host, the activities, seating, food and show. It was a fantastic night out and great value for money. The food was incredible and the setting was just gorgeous. The performers were top quality and the whole show was executed with precision! I would recommend this Luau to anyone. Thanks to our driver & host for making even the drive back so enjoyable.
