My friend and I booked the VIP evening which included a 3 course meal. The food was beautifully presented and delivered by a friendly waitress, each course, although not necessarily to our taste, was very good, especially the dessert, the chef even came out afterwood to ask if everything had been satisfactory. The entertainment was excellent and had everyone singing along to the old favorites.
One criticism would be that having 2 Elvis performers was a little too much, the first Elvis (younger) was great, the second, although good was not as good.
Overall a great night which will not be forgotton.

I attended as a "ride along only" while my husband and daughter parasailed. We ALL had a great time! The ocean was quite rough and it was windy, but the staff was very watchful of the safetly of the guests both parasailing and in the boat. I chose this company because of their concern for safety and they were excellent in all respects. I took photos, but we also purchased those from the company and their photos were much better than mine! The crew was wonderful, the office staff was organized and fun to talk to and the whole experience was most enjoyable! I highly recommend this activity and company to everyone!

My first time parasailing and I was very nervous. When we got to the dock to where we were going to depart the crew and check in were very cool and assured me that I was going to have a good time. They were right! I had a blast. I was not that nervous going up and being up there for what amounted to be the perfect amount of time(do 600ft or more....it is worth it). Get the photo package....the guys on the boat will take a whole bunch of pictures of you for $30 and give you the SD card when done. It is something that is a must do when in Oahu. Just awesome!

The Polynesian Culture Center was a great experience. The representations of the countries were great. The canoe ride, the canoe parade, and the activities were very well done. Our guides, Hannah and Saydie were awesome. They really made our tour special, and were very informative. The HA fire show was amazing !
The only thing that was disappointing was the dinner. There wasn't much of a variety. I went back for seconds and there was barely any food left, and no fruit. It seemed that we were rushed throught dinner. I was very disappointed in what I thought would be an "authentic" luau.

I have been here before, so this was my second visit. Just as amazing as the first time I was there. The students who run the programs are so friendly and knowledgeable. The day is very busy, but so much fun. Definitely worth having the tour guide. The center is kept spotless and all of the shows are enjoyable. The best place to visit to learn about the culture you are visiting. Would visit here every time I am on the island. Great trip! Luau is fun and upbeat. The night show is the best!

I was a little anxious about picking out a luau because of how long they all are. However, the Paradise Cove luau has lots of activities so you don't have to worry about getting bored. We got the basic package with no frills and there was plenty to enjoy. The drinks were great, the buffet was just wonderful, the dancers were amazing--it was my favorite event of our trip! I even got on the stage for the hula dance lesson!

This was our first Luau and we are confident in saying that it is quite possibly the best Luau you could attend. It was very authentic and Chief Seilu put on a great show from the dancing to music to his corky comedy. The activities before the Luau and the show itself are a perfect experience for anyone visiting Oahu.

As an "ambassador package group" we were herded around by Elvis. We started out as the first group but somehow ended by late for all the demonstrations. Elvis was in such a rush to get us in place that he provided very little in the way of cultural information. Supposedly the Ambassador group see only the "highlights". The Canoe pageant costumes were first class but the boats looked "tired". Somoa action was well done and very funny. Drumming show in Tonga really energized the audience.
The Luau dinner food was nothing to write home about.

This was a full day. Prepare to be exhausted by the end of it. BUT it was well worth it. We paid the extra to use our guide for the day (cousin Cissy) which for sure was the best plan since we would not have seen half of the exhibits and demonstrations that he took us to had we gone it alone. Well worth the extra expense. Cousin Cissy was the best guide - he was totally passionate for his culture and very knowledgeable. He genuinely cared that we saw the best of his people. A perfect day out which ended with an amazing show - a must to see. Our only compaint was the food - it was disappointing and bland. But plenty of it so we did not go hungry.

Also our activity guy was cuzin Mo, and if you get him, he is sooo funny! He made our ride to the Luau(about 30mins or so)not boring at all. He was singing and making jokes and everything. If you are taking your own transportation to Oahu Parasailing, leave early in order to be on time. It is easy to get lost or stuck in traffic. The staff is very friendly! If you get motion sick then you should take some Bonine or Dramamine before. You will be on a boat with 3-5 other groups. You might get motion sick waiting for everyone to take their turn parasailing. The boat Captain and riggers are really nice. They will prepare you and give you all the rules and safety precautions before. They take safety very seriously here so don't be offended if they yell at you for not following the rules. It's their job to make everyone feel safe and get everyone back to shore in one piece. This is very fun for everyone! It is a nice boat ride and parasailing tour. Do not bring expensive cameras out, you will be splashed by the waves. You won't be soaked after the boat ride, but it’s not worth the risk of ruining your expensive camera. This is the second year in a row that we attended the Polynesian Cultural Center and the Alii Luau. The show is great and the food is probably the best we have had at a Luau. This is probably because the focus is on doing everything possible so that the guest is entertained with a wonderful show and feed all the delicious food you want to eat instead of trying to get you to spend your money on alcohol and then getting you to act foolish like they do at many of the other luaus on Oahu.

They gave us over an hour to wander off on our own and do activities. Ladies make sure you get a flower headband made!
Use your time wisely. Waiting in line to do an activity can take up to 15 minutes. We waited in line for another drink for about 20 minutes. Keep in mind while you're doing the activities they have you listen for the sound of the shell. You have to drop what youre doing and follow that person for a demonstration. Thats the only downfall i felt there was too much going on. It took away some time from taking pictures and soaking up the view.

Overall, the show and activities were really good. However, we feel that there could have been some improvements in other areas.
First, the people who paid extra to sit next to the stage had to climb a great many steps which had no hand rails, to reach the food, drinks and to use the restrooms. There should be an area for the food and drinks to be closer for those people seated near the stage who paid more money for their tickets.
Secondly, after the first time that the our server came to help me with our order, she returned to see if we needed more food, but did not return after that to see if we wanted any dessert or coffee. The dessert and coffee were on another section of the upper level.
Third, since I was in a wheelchair, when the show started, I was wheeled in through the back of the stage to my seat. My wife was told that she could not come with me or exit the way I came in, causing a big problem at the end of the show. She was told to go to the customer relations des
