Xmasイブに行きました

想像や評価よりはるかにサービスが良くなく
がっかりしました。
お料理もビュッフェという程の品数はありません。
乗ってからの誘導や、サービス、船内の清潔感など、せっかくのXmasイブなのにパートナーと共に気分が悪くなりました。
もう1個上のプランだったらまだ変わったかなと後悔しています。ありがとうございました。

Star of Honolulu Dinner Cruise - Amazing and delightful
Reviewed by: くまみ, 2017/12/26We attended this cruise on 2017/12/24 Christmas eve and it was a wonderful evening from start to finish.The star of Honolulu is an amazing evening from the coach "Royal Star" transferring us from the hotel to the ship and back with great care. Upon arrival, the 5 star guests were ushered to the boat and boarding was separate from others. A photo, drink and canapes were offered on the top deck. We were then shown our seats - private 2 person table along the window - and drinks were served. The menu was a 7 course meal with the Beef with Foie Gras being the highlight of the dinner! Tender and melts in your mouth. Overall the dinner is a 9/10. Wait service was amazing, very helpful, explained all courses and never stopped smiling. Drinks were well made and presented nicely.
The cruise it self takes you along Waikiki beach with some great views of Diamond Head and all of Waikiki. The ambiance the sunset creates is great for all couples and a very romantic backdrop to take photos and video.
Live entertainment was a nice touch, with a Jazz show. The singer had an amazing voice along with the pianist and sax player.
This is truly an amazing dinner evening with your spouse or partner.
My only disappointment with this cruise is the actual time to spend on the deck enjoying the ocean breeze. Dinner is served shortly after leaving the dock which having a course dinner is hard to get up and leave between each course. We did manage after the salad to leave for a few minutes. The waiter kindly waited to serve us the 4th course when we got back.
Overall this cruise is an amazing romantic and wonderful cruise for couples celebrating. Make sure to pay attention during dinner to get great photos of Waikiki, Diamond Head and sunsets.

サービスが行き届いたツアーです。
Reviewed by: いっとく, 2017/12/26船体はプリンスオブホノルル号より少し小さめ。ダイヤモンドヘッド近郊に近づくと波が激しい。乗り物酔いする子供は辛いと思います。出航時間がゆっくりなので、安心します。ピックアップ場所もホテルに近い。クジラの親子を、見ることができました。今回、子供がスマホを落としたがちゃんと調べてもらい、見つけることができました。安心して参加できるツアーです。

楽しかったです
Reviewed by: noli, 2017/12/26集合場所へ５分前にはついていましたが、すでに「マジェスティック号くじら」と書かれた看板を持った方が待っていました。時間になっても名前を呼ばれなかったので、「くじら」と書かれていることに気づいた時点で自分から声をかけました。行かれる方は看板を見たら声をかけてみてください。係の方のあとについて行くだけなので問題ありません。乗船するとブッフェのある階とオープンデッキの階がありましたが、オープンデッキの方が写真を撮りやすく風も気持ちよかったです。前日、地元の方が今年はまだクジラを見ていないと言っていたので不安でしたが、スタッフさんたちが全力で探してくれたおかげで、尾びれを２回と体を１回みることができました。クジラを探したり景色を楽しんだり、チップスやフルーツやバーガーも美味しかったです。船酔いをしてる方もいたので、酔い止めやシーバンドは役に立ったと思います。もっと大きくクジラを見たいのでまた参加したいです。

漁礁周辺には魚群、アオウミガメ、エイなどが観賞できた。
送迎、乗船までの段取り、海底の景観など総合的に、25年前に参加したマウイ島でのアトランテイスのほうが良かった。

バスを降りて、しばらく待っていると船へと案内されました。
アメリカ人？の親子と２組だけでした。
スタッフに、写真を撮ってもらうとSDカードをくれて30ドルとのことだったのでお願いしました。
正直高いけど、思い出に買ってよかったと思います。
持ち物に、バスタオル、着替えと書いてありましたが、足しか濡れないので、いりませんでした。
景色もよく、はじめての体験でやってよかったと思いました。

キラめく波間に

残念ながら、私はクジラを見つけられませんでしたが、スタッフの方が声掛けしてくださったり、ゆったりした時間を過ごしました。
主人が車いすを使ってますが、申し込みの時から親切にしてくださいました。デッキには行きせんでしたが、二人で海上からのハワイの景色、楽しみました。

良かったです！

金曜なので花火を見るために1時間ほど帰りが遅くなるのでちょっと長いなと思いましたが花火も良かったです。
ただ私達の席を担当してくれたウェイターさんに良くして頂いたのにチップを払ってなかった事を後悔しています。
到着日に利用してもう料金は予約時に支払い済みだと思って油断してしまいました。
出来ればチップのこともいくらぐらい払うと良いのかなど注意に載せておいてくれると助かるなと思いました。

新婚旅行の思い出に。

ﾋﾟｯｸｱｯﾌﾟホテルまでバスで迎えに来てくれ、船乗り場まで向かいました。
船に乗ると、最上階⁉にエレベーターで案内されて、まず、船長さんと記念写真。
この写真は、あとで販売されていて、約3000円くらいでした。
オプションの違いなのか、無料で貰ってる方もいました。
窓際の席に案内されて、まずはシャンパンをいただきました。
そのあと、１人3枚のドリンク券で好きなドリンクを注文。カクテルはドリンク表記だけみてもどんな味かわからず悩んでいると、スタッフのかたが声をかけてくれ、色々と教えてくれました。
テレビや雑誌て見るようなキレイな色合いや可愛いカクテルが多かったように思います。
すぐに料理も運ばれてきました。どれも美味しかったですが、やはりメインのロブスターとステーキは最高でした！
ピアノやサックス、歌の生演奏を聴きながらご飯を食べることができ、とても優雅で、新婚旅行の最終夜にピッタリのツアーでした！
デッキには自由に出ることができ、スタッフの方が写真も撮ってくれました。
最後にバラの花も一輪いただきました！
思い出に残る夜を、ありがとうございました！

最高の眺めでした
Reviewed by: kotori, 2017/12/23今回は、天候の関係で2度ほど現地で日程変更があったのですが、VELTRAの方がとても親切に対応してくださり、無事に飛べました。
現地で聞きたい事があり、電話した時にも日本人スタッフの方だったのか、全て日本語でやり取りができた事にも安心しました。
パラセーリングは、スタッフの方2名だったのですが、待ってる間は、常に場を盛り上げてくれて、とても楽しかったですし、150mからの眺めは、まさに絶景でした！
注意点としては、移動の船がものすごく揺れるので、乗り物弱い方は、酔い止め飲まれた方がいいです。
最後は、楽しませてもらったお礼にスタッフの方に皆さんチップを渡されてました(相場は分かりませんが、私達は2名の方に10＄ずつ渡しました)。
本当に最高に気持ちよく楽しい体験でした！

Waikiki Submarine Tour - Descend to 100ft, See Shipwrecks & Sunken Airplanes
By far the best Waikiki experience ever
Reviewed by: The Carpenters, 2017/12/23We came to Hawaii to bring our young daughter, age 7, for her first trip, hoping it would be a memorable one, and she was over the moon with this experience. She got a bit queasy for just a few minutes with the short ferry ride to the sub, but after that, she was perfectly fine. The sub itself was roomy enough to not feel like you were sitting on someone else, and everyone gets window seats, so there is no need to worry about not seeing something. They do 180s so that both sides of the sub get to see everything. Amazing. They have sunken plane and ship wreckage that have allowed artificial reefs to be created, and they are teeming with fish. I've personally been to Hawaii over 20 times in my life and this has by far got to be the best experience I've ever had. Bring a light sweater for the breezy trip to and from the sub, if you're prone to getting chilly in ocean breeze. Don't forget to look in the water when you're on the pier waiting for the ferry - there are reef fish there, too!

曇りでサンセット見えず

ご飯はまあまあといった感じです。
でも、船に乗るのは気持ちいいですし、いろいろなダンスを観れたので楽しめました！！！
船酔いしないように薬は必ず飲んでおいた方がいいです。

サンセットをお楽しみ頂けなかった事、大変残念に思います。

空高く豪快に‼️

贅沢なひととき

2.5-Hour Waikiki Whale Watching Cruise aboard Majestic Luxury Yacht [Dec - Mar]
It was nice. Server was excellent and very friendly.

Waikiki Sunset Cocktail Sail with Open Bar Included - Holokai Catamaran
Cruise of a lifetime!
Reviewed by: Ryan, 2017/12/22Had an amazing time with Phillipe and Zach! They kept it relaxed, fun, and super funny! Such a fun cruise! Funny pictures with costumes, constant jokes, great music, and Zach the bartender was running around grabbing people drinks left and right! I hardly had to ever go back to the actual bar to grab a drink. Incredible time! Would do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks guys!
