Kim was exceptionally nice. I was surprised when I received a call at baggage claim from her asking if I had arrived and picked up my luggage. She then instructed me to walk straight out the double doors in front of me and she would be right there to pick me up. She was very helpful in directing us to sights and shopping we should see and do. We took her advice and it was great!
