Fantastic customer service

I needed to arrange transportation for a friend from Honolulu to the North Shore. Mikiko, the agent I worked with did a fantastic job of helping me arrange this, following up with me as promised, and making sure my friend got his voucher in his hotel. Mikiko took all the worry out of making sure my elderly friend got to and from Haliewa. I would recommend Veltra and the Holo North Shore bus to anyone wanting to spend a fund day.
