The staff are all very friendly, helpful and excellent energy. Very convenient with free pickup from hotel. Most staffs are fluent with Japanese. The singers have beautiful voices.There are lots of activities choices to enjoy with. And very safe with multiple staff stand by around to make sure you are doing okay. The sandbar itself is an awesome natural phenomenon, and having a top-notch crew that supports you during your visit is a great benefit! Awsome trip. I'm 66 and would never scuba dive or even snorkel. The sub let me see all the colorful fish, and even a shark underwater. They were all over the sunken ship. So much more wonderful than watching a movie.

Great communication and met our greeter and baggage claim. Easy and carefree.
