Happy about Hana!
Reviewed by: Linda K, 2022/08/28Overall, the tour was awesome! Eric our tour guide was knowledgeable and interacted with everyone. He definitely knew the history of the island ! Eric also gave us some great tips about the different areas in Maui. We saw such different vegetation on our trip. Our driver stopped at several photo ops.
For our breakfast I would have liked a pastry versus a bread. Maybe something that was made in Hawaii. The sandwich lunch we had was fresh, healthy and delicious. I really enjoyed the stop for coffee and banana bread!!!!
I was expecting a bumpy ride and some nausea but the ride was better than I thought. We stopped enough to get out and stretch. The only thing I was bummed about was not getting to see a turtle close up! My husband thought the tour was over priced Our tour was booked through our travel agent not by us.

Maui Surf Lessons for Beginners at Kalama Beach Park (Kihei)
So easy
Reviewed by: Andrea, 2022/08/28Our instructor Kioki was so cool. He says he’s a surfer not and instructor and we learned so quick. We felt comfortable and after we got the hang of it Kioki let us catch our own waves. Honestly so easy to learn how to surf with Kioki.

Cool but not that much sea life

Of course that is not controlled by the crew but it was a little disappointing. I think a shallower experience would a shown more beauty. My kids did enjoy the little adventure though.

Reviewed by: Joseph R Andeson, 2022/08/21Many things were satisfactory. Except the fumes of the boat were overwhelming. The staff was courteous, friendly and unassuming. The boarding process was slow and cumbersome. Waiting in the heat at the pier with no place to sit comfortably was a challenge. Paying over 300.00 for a ticket, one would think the details of waiting would be better thought out.
However, at the end of the evening, the experience was delightful the staff wonderful. If a person needed to use the latrine, they were in for a big surprise. The stench in the bathrooms could cause one to vomit. These facilities were not adequate. It is clearly understood, for the money spent, the business needs to purchase another vessel.

Kihei Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Lesson at Kalama Beach Park
Really great experience
Reviewed by: Mickeypeach , 2022/08/19We just did a paddle boarding lesson with Eps. He was awesome and we spent a great time learning how to stand up and use the paddles properly. Eps was patient and gave us loads of info about the island he obviously loves. We saw loads of turtles, a baby shark and loads of fish. We will definitely try paddle boarding again.

Pride of Maui Luau Sunset Dinner Cruise with Open Bar & Polynesian Show
Such an amazing night!
Reviewed by: Ralph, 2022/08/18The crew is exceptional! You might be turned off initially that the crew is also performing but don’t be. They’re so good and very much a steward of the culture. They’re extremely talented, entertaining and my wife and I loved every minute of it! The food was good, the atmosphere was obviously amazing (it’s Maui). The captain is a super chill guy, he does a brief education of the islands that was super interesting and informative. I can’t say enough good things about this dinner cruise. To top is off the crew involved some of the guests in the show and everyone was just having a great time.
I highly recommend this activity, you won’t regret it!

Maui Pineapple Plantation Farm Tour & Tasting with FREE Pineapple Gift Box

Reviewed by: Briana Z., 2022/08/13We did this pineapple tour on our first day in Maui, right after Haleakala sunrise, and it was the best tour!!!! At first you see the warehouse and production center and then they take you to the field to see all the pineapple— and to EAT all the pineapple!!! My husband still claims it was the best pineapple he has had in his entire life. Our tour guide was knowledgeable about the whole process, the history of not only the company but also of other iconic Maui businesses and agriculture. He also shared a lot of Maui recommendations— one which was to always order Loco Moco, and that is exactly what my husband proceeded to do the rest of the trip . We had the best time and would do it again!

Not much of a cruise, overpriced for what it was, probably won’t do it again

Wanted it to be more sightseeing. Thought it was overpriced for what it was. Didn’t like to be so tightly packed with people.

Wonderful evening.

The crew was fantastic, the trip was very smooth, and we all had a great time. The appetizers were nice and they did a great job of offering multiple passes at both the food and drinks. We have done a sunset cruise on each of our trips to Maui and this was amongst the best experiences for us.

Best luau!
Reviewed by: Chris G, 2022/07/30I’ve been to three different luaus as I visited Maui 3 separate vacations . This one by far was the best. The food was excellent and they were aware of our dietary allergies. We had 2 children in our party and they enjoyed it also. The service was wonderful. Our waiter was fun and knowledgeable. The show kept us wanting more. The setting was gorgeous and the stage was in the middle so everyone could see. I would definitely go again but book it early! We tried the first 2 times and couldn’t get in. As soon as we knew we were going to Maui we book this luau first thing because we heard so many good things about it.

The NO TOILET BOAT but 2 because we see the sunset

Avoid this cruise $300 a couple for dinner dancing cruise but no dancing ( see pictures). First, boarding was late then a person came out slovenly dress and said they were going to board.
Second problem all of the plates were out before we boarded with single file space you had to look for your “name” which means everybody’s face has been all over YOUR plate gross. Can we say Cova 19 boys and girls? AFTER, we left port was the announcement that the toilet DO NOT work and that we could NOT put toilet paper in the toilet that we had to put it in the garbage can beside it, bottle water provided for hand washing no soap! Wait no soap?! no running water??!! When my husband had to used the restroom they pour water in hands, NO paper towel, and was given hand sanitizer. REALLY??!!There was no dancing possible because we were crammed upstairs because the RUGS downstairs were pulled up.
I guess we’re to dance in my seats?!
THEN BLAME GAME: after cruise requested refund was told to call VIATOR ( which I did upon my return THEY REFUSED!!! Piss on!! Now I am pissed off!! someone needs must return ANY money and refund they should did us a favor and cancelled this tour. Viator offers get FREE CANCELLATION VIA ANYBODY for EVERYTHING USED. IF BOOKED THROUGH them get guarantee or pay extra for free cancellation or good faith agreement.
if there is a agency that handles this boating industry in Hawaii? I want you to email me all of the information that I need to forward all of my pictures as well as picture of four other couples shut down time!! I got nothing but time.

Awesome sub experience!
Reviewed by: Jennifer, 2022/07/17Upon arrival, the check in process was smooth. You can take a look at the Banyan Tree or take a quick stroll on Front Street after check in while you wait for the tour to start.
We found the crew to be incredibly friendly and professional. The submarine was clean and well air conditioned. There are no guarantees of what type of sea life will be around but we got lucky with a small shark and ray! Spent lots of time at the shipwreck site :) There are also some pretty amazing photo opportunities as you take the boat to/from the submarine.

Amazing tour!

Being a local the way in which he shared the history and the culture island makes the experience all the better. He didn't talk all the time, checked in on the group, and also didn't rush us at certain spots. I am grateful for who we got for the ride. Highly recommend booking this tour. It was a long day, but we were never bored. Wonderful experience!

Awful experience !!

We were seated at a table with another random couple, (not very romantic.) My husbands food was also gross and very fatty. The cheesecake was still frozen and drinks were watered down, including my Diet Coke. The bathrooms were the worst part-absolutely disgusting like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. They smelt like vomit. The boat was extremely old and dirty and the “live music” was too loud and below mediocre. Please save your money!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
