Great overall experience with Trilogy.
Reviewed by: SBMC, 2018/02/14The parking structure was a little hard to find. Once parked bring the ticket to meet at the beach and they would validate it. Everyone turned up on time and our group had 32 people. The catamaran was clean, spacious and well equipped with 2 restrooms, a shower, a bar and enough indoor and outdoor seating. All 4 crew members were nice and friendly. Coffee, cinnamon rolls & fresh fruit were SERVED for breakfast. We saw some whales on the way but they weren’t close enough. We stopped at Olowalu. Water was calm and snorkeling was good. Lunch was served at 10:30am. BBQ chicken was delicious and they grilled them on deck. People can do more snorkeling after lunch and we set off around 11:30. I was hoping we would see more whales on our way. Don’t expect to spend too much time whale watching on this tour. There are some cheaper tours out there, I’m not sure how those compare. We saw some boats with tons of passagers on board. We arrived back at Kaanapali Beach at 1pm.

Kaanapali Deluxe Snorkeling Cruise with Breakfast, Lunch & Drinks - Trilogy
Best experience ever!
Reviewed by: Jen S., 2018/02/05We just got back from a Maui vacation and our snorkel trip was the highlight of an amazing vacation.
We checked in with Snuba Willie by the beach. Willie gave us an outline of the day, company background, and basic safety instructions. He also mentioned an additional activity called Snuba. He said there was no pressure but if anyone was interested, to flag him down once we were on board and he’d tell us more. He then gave us instructions on how we were going to get on the catamaran.
We went down to the water and made our way on board. Our catamaran was Triology 111 and it is beautiful! It is spotless, in perfect condition, comfortable, and spacious. Once everyone was on board, we gathered below deck for an introduction and safety briefing. Captain Mike introduced our crew- Captain Carrie, Snuba Willie, Jamie, Gabriel, and David. He went over emergency information and all the details of our boat and what to expect. Then we got on our way.
The crew turned on music and we were allowed the run of the boat. Breakfast was served and the entire crew was incredibly attentive and thorough. While on our way to the site, we saw multiple whales- more than on the whale tour we took the day before. Captain Mike stopped the boat so we were able to watch them.
At the reef, we were given our gear. My family talked to Snuba Willie about the snuba option and decided to try it. We are so glad we did! It was spectacular!
The crew grilled our lunch while we enjoyed the water. We returned to the boat for lunch. After a fantastic lunch, we returned to the water.
The entire experience was beyond our expectations. We felt safe, informed, and very well taken care of. The entire crew was professional, warm, and engaging. If we are fortunate enough to return to Maui, we will absolutely take this trip again and if we can, we’ll do a full day snuba experience. It was well worth it!

Reviewed by: Wolfie1, 2017/04/28After a considerable delay getting cruise ship clearance from US customs and all passengers being able to leave ship to connect with relevant Shore tours - finally able to catch up with Gus our tour driver. VELTRA and Gus so understanding re the delays and adjusted our Tour accordingly to maximise our time on island. Really appreciated. In the end we had a great day and got to see most of Road to Hanna. Got to appreciate true beauty of the countryside with good and relevant commentary and time spent at relevant places of interest. Banana bread was good too!!

Extensively informative!

お勧めです
Reviewed by: たかちゃん, 2016/05/16ホテルから歩いて行けるカアナパリビーチから乗下船出来る事から、滞在時間が有効に使えて良かった。スタッフも気さくな方が多くて、英語が苦手な我々も楽しめました。
また、ランチのバーベキューチキンも美味、シナモンロール、フルーツ、アイスクリーム等も提供され、シュノーケリング後のワインやビールも楽しめて最高でした。
但し、お魚はあまりいませんでした。

It's ok...
Reviewed by: SkeeterNWife, 2016/04/24The display/aquarium was lovely and entertaining. The staff in the aquarium was knowledgeable and friendly. However, we went to the Seascape restaurant and it took about 5 minutes for the server to acknowledge us, with the acknowledgement being cold and mediocre. We then noticed that they quickly greeted and offered service to a caucasian family as soon as they walked in the door. After waiting another few minutes for the server to come back and take our order, we decided to eat elsewhere. Never been treated like that at a facility before. Terrible impression of the Seascape restaurant, which ultimately spilled into the mood of the aquarium trip. Shame on those servers for making anyone feel like that... Will never return when we visit Maui again.

Our driver Gus stopped at beautiful waterfall, fantastic road side eateries and bought us the most wonderful banana bread we have ever tasted. We highly recommend this tour.

楽しかった！
Reviewed by: モカちゃん, 2016/03/01レンタカーはホテル駐車場に止めてベルボーイに駐車券を見せると後で無料券をくれました。集合場所はホテルのプールを通り越し海側の芝生エリア。着いたら数人のお客さんがいたのですぐわかりました。私たち以外は皆欧米人。日本人スタッフはいなくすべて英語でしたがシュノーケリングツアーはあちこちで参加しているため英語は理解できなくても大丈夫でした。
シュノーケリングスポットには、モロキニ島より魚がいました。モロキニが期待はずれだったから余計にそう思えたのかな。くじらが運良ければ見れるかな？と期待しましたが残念ながらくじらには会えず。やはりくじら目的なら1月以降で2～3月狙いですね。
天気も良くとても楽しかったです。

Fabulous adventure!

Better than we imagined
Reviewed by: Bob,Rosie, Edwin,Kay, 2015/05/30Gus was our driver and we are glad. There were 4 of us and we all appreciate the safe driving because this road can be treacherous.
It was a long day and Gus kept us entertained all day with knowledge about every part of the trip. We went places where we would not have imagined there would bevsomething to see and Viola, more Paradise. We saw sea turtles sleeping on the beach, many waterfalls, an upclose tour of an area where the portuguese workers had built a giant cross in tribute to the beautiful island.
We are so glad we booked this intimate trip instead of a big bus full of people.

初体験 スヌーバ➕ イルカも鯨も大歓迎！
Reviewed by: Noel, 2015/03/268歳の娘をつれて参加です。ダイビングはまだ無理なのでスヌーバを。私たちの心配も他所に ぐんぐん海へ潜っていった娘は 大満足だったようです。水温は生憎低かったので上がった後少し寒かったのですが、寒さを忘れさせてくれるようなスタッフの優しいサービス。食事も朝、昼十分すぎるほどありましたし、また座っているだけで全て賄ってくださる行き届いたサービス
加えて、期待してなかった鯨が見られたり
イルカは数えきれないほど出逢え、かつ船の先頭をジャンプのサービス。
お天気にも恵まれ、全てが大満足でした

Fun Activity!
Reviewed by: KimberlyElFaye, 2015/02/03We wanted to do something fun and exciting in the water while visiting Maui. We chose this adventure after hearing some great things about this excursion. Let me tell you, it was really fun! Not only did we get to snorkel and relax on the boat, but we also got to whale watch. The food is okay, but you're going for the actual snorkeling! We saw many sea animals and had a great time. You can tell the people running the operation really love their jobs. They sincerely care about the passengers on board. One woman in particular was extremely inviting and personally approached me just to talk. Wonderful day!

入口の掲示には事前購入者の優先入場レーンがありましたが機能しておらず、むしろリスト照合で時間がかかるので、事前購入するメリットはないと思います。

Great Aquarium
Reviewed by: BeachBoy, 2014/06/18I didn't know what to expect before I got there, but they surprised me. The facility was very clean and organized, and the exhibitions were great. I learned so much about Hawaii's marine life, and they had a lot of unique species that only available in Hawaii.
I was impressed by the shark exhibition. I could be there all day watching these magnificent creatures. A perfect for everyone who is interested in the marine life. I went to the snorkel tour the next day, and I got to see some of the fish I saw at the Maui Ocean Center so it was very educational.

Enjoyed the experience

この日は水の透明度がやや低く、熱帯魚も少ないような感じでした。
ただし、海亀には遭遇することができました。
ウエットスーツを借りることができたので、30分くらいのシュノーケンリングは大丈夫でした。
帰りはセーリングでのんびりした雰囲気も楽しむことができ、また、シュノーケリングスポットへの行き帰りにおいては、共にクジラに遭遇することができました。
かなり近くて迫力がありました。
残念ながら、日本語クルーは在籍していませんでしたが、特に問題はありませんでした。

ウミガメとサンゴに囲まれて
Reviewed by: ソロイモンガラ, 2012/08/05家族4人で参加しました。スタッフを含め日本人はいませんでしたが、陽気なスタッフで、とくに疎外感を感じずに楽しめました。
ホノルア湾でスノーケリングをしましたが、湾にはもう一船いるだけで、広々した湾でのびのび泳ぎ回れました。
海の透明度は高く、サンゴ、魚は十分楽しめました。ウミガメの数は半端なく、6匹近くまとまって集まっているのに遭遇しました。
スポットを変えて、もう一度スノーケリングしましたが、そちらは岩場で、最初のスポットほどサンゴは見られませんでした。
行き帰りの波はそれほど荒くなく、まったく酔わずに済みました。
日本人がもっと訪れてもいいように思います。
