We were left standing at our pick-up point well past our time, finally phoned dispatcher
and the driver had to back track to pick us up. over-all 25 min. late. this was a little stressful. The driver did apologise. Otherwise every0ne was very polite nd helpful.

The staff at the desk went far beyond service. We weren't even booked with them for their shuttle service and they helped us out and made our wait for our plane so much more comfortable. I'd book with them if I needed them, just because they were so helpful and friendly.

Too long a delay

We were met at Kahului airport by a lovely guy who then asked us to sit and wait 20 minutes which turned into 40 minutes watching 6 people stand around the customer 'service' desk until an empty van turned up. From arrival to being dropped off at our destination 15 minutes away; 90 minutes. We're taking SpeediShittle back.

I would not spend my money on this again. So many fun things to do and so many opportunities to have treats on trio - just not that special. My kids did not care at all - I was suprised. Thought they would be thrilled. Very lackluster

The Lei Greeting was very nice, but was expecting a beautiful lady to do it. From the time we have done this in the past it was always a beautiful lady putting the Lei around our necks. My nephew was very disappointed, but other wise very nice. Thank you for the wonderful service. It makes the trip to paradise worth it.

事故でハイウェイ封鎖・・・

チェックアウトの際にホテルのフロントでハイウェイで事故があって空港までの道が封鎖されていると聞き、送迎が来るのかどうか不安で急いで問い合わせました。メールアドレスや滞在先を登録しているんだから、こういうトラブルがあった際には一応連絡をくれてもいいと思うのですが・・・。自分で問い合わせるまで本当に不安でした。しかも、時間通り行くと言われたにもかかわらず、結局15分以上遅れてやってきて、飛行機に間に合わないのではないかとさらに不安になりました。事故なのでしょうがないですが、そういう情報があるのならばすぐに共有してほしかったです。

I had lei's sent to my son and his girlfriend. I wanted it to be a surprise. I was a little worried they would not see you but everything went well. They were so happy with them. They told me the woman wad very very nice and answered any questions they had.

Warm Welcome

As we touched down in Maui, I turned to my husband and asked, "does everyone get a lei?" and he replied no, but assured me he'd buy me one once we got outside the airport. Little did we know, my mother had planned a warm welcome with leis for both of us upon our arrival! We were greeted by a very pleasant man who offered us assistance in finding out bags and rental car. Our leis were so beautiful, and kept several days in the fridge for repeat wear.. We could not have been more pleased with this surprise! Would recommend to everyone! Thank you!

Late Night Airport Shuttle

Due to arriving late at night, we had arranged for a Roberts Hawaii shuttle to our Condo. We were greeted by Roberts Hawaii when we arrived, and they loaded our luggage on a cart. However, rather than having us wait for the regular shuttle bus, they transferred our luggage to a waiting taxi, and we were able to leave the airport right away, with out waiting. Many thanks to Roberts Hawaii.

参加日の朝にハイウェイで事故があり、道路がクローズされてしまっていたのですが、会社からは何も連絡がなく、ホテルのコンシェルジュに確認をしてもらいました。また、時間通りに迎えに来るとのことだったのですが、15分ほど遅れての到着でした。突発的なことなので、どうしようもないとは思いますが、ハイウェイの状況などについてだけでも、せめて事前に連絡をもらえたらありがたかったです。
