Great Trip

Ferry ride was well organized, the Capitan even slowed so we could get a good look at the Dolphin, Whales on the way back to Maui!! Great ride and great experience, highly recommended. Also a great value.

Boat Trip to Lanai

I took the boat there and back from Lahaina harbor, very clean and safe. I highly reccomend taking this boat over the water to other islands. Remember to have fun and be safe. Boat went past some whales!

Started off by getting a call from captain to ensure we were in the area because we couldn’t find it initially. Get on the boat yummy bfast cinnamon rolls- beautiful ocean. We sat up front on the netting- saw flying fish dolphins and whales! The captain of the ship made sure we had a great experience by allowing us to view the dolphins and driving toward the whales to ensure we got a better look. They had lots of facts about the marine animals we saw- the island- and the history of trilogy. During the stay at lanai we enjoyed the beautiful beach and tide pooling- we did not snorkel or snuba. Before we left the island we had a yummy lunch, bbq chicken and noodles that the crew made fresh in a wok smelled so good! Then we boarded the ship and headed back- on the way back we got to see some whales and we learned about the end of whale season and the competition between male whales to get female etc. Mai tais on the way home even offered non alcoholic moctails for the kids. Plus delicious ice cream. Was by far our favorite trip adults and kids included. Thanks trilogy for the amazing experience!

Trip to Lanai island is a MUST DO in your Life!!!

Fantastic trip from beginning to end - The boat ride to the island was smooth and very enjoyable, saw tons on dolphins right up to the boat, flying next to the boat and jumping our of the water. Even saw a Mommy and Baby dolphin - so Cute!!! Then to the Lanai island for a unbelievable snorkeling experience - so many beautiful fish - schools of them - amazing. The Crew was supportive and watchful for the entire group's safety and highest level of Fun. The lunch is all you can eat freshly cooked noodles, teriyaki chicken, salad with mango dressing, refreshing drinks - the most wonderful meal. Don't miss this trip - it is 100% worth your time and the cost of the trip. We plan to go again when we return to Maui.

Wear a hat use sunglasses and sunscreen.
We will be back to Lana'i to stay overnight this time.

Really great captain and naturalist staff. The boat ride was enjoyable and we saw several whales. The snorkeling was beautiful. They have staff on surf boards setting up a safety perimeter. We really enjoyed this trip! We would definitely book again if we return to Maui.

I love the ferry

I always go back and forth on whether I want to fly or ride to ferry to Lana'i and I'm always so glad I choose the ferry when I do. Although it is a longer ride and takes a while to get to the harbor because of where I live, it's always a leisurely ride and I love watching the whales. The only downside is that if you don't get there early enough, you have to sit inside which is not as nice on a pretty day.

Careful where you park

The only issue was parking. We were told to park in the lot across from the big banyan tree so we did. We got a $60 ticket for overtime parking. Not pleased!!!!!

My fiancé and I took the ferry to get away for the day and it was so beautiful over on lanai! Ferry ride was easy and spacious. Be sure to wear sunscreen if you sit up top!

Easy ride over to Lanai

It was a great ride! If you want to sit on top of the ferry and get a good view, be sure to get there early. We saw lots of whales on our way back from Lanai! Take a Dramamine if you get a little motion sickness and you won’t have any issues. The ferry was spacious and super easy to book online. We will definitely be going back to lanai using this service!

Quicksilver Lanai Snorkeling Cruise & Dolphin Encounter with Meals [May-Oct]

The experience was fantastic! We saw dolphins and whales on our way to the snorkeling destination. We saw sea turtles, colorful coral and all types and colors of fish while snorkeling. The crew was very friendly and offered a great (optional) intro for us first timers before we got in the water. Gear was in excellent condition and wet suits, noodles and life belts were offered free of charge. The lunch was good and so were the cocktails provided after snorkeling. We even won a prize for the trivia game we played. All 3 generations in our group loved it and would do it again!

I was on a vacation to Maui with friends and we did a day trip to Lanai using this ferry service. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable during the ride. It was whale season, so we saw many whales during the crossing. The ferry left promptly on time and the captain ensured that we were well informed the entire journey. Highly recommend!

Boat was on time and boarding was easy. We went in January when their were a lot of whales in the channel. The captain slowed and drove the boat to maximized our whale viewing! Lovely day!! Get in line early for a top seat on the boat!

The crew was amazing and really entertaining. They kept everyone fed and laughing the whole time. I would highly recommend this one day trip to Lana’i over any other snorkel trip elsewhere. Lunch was amazing on the island as well as the two breakfasts they served on the way to the island. The best experience of our Maui vacation!

The ferry is clean, staff is friendly & helpful, ride is comfortable and you have a choice to be in air conditioning or open air.

We chose open air and had quite a show of whale activity.

Great experience! Steve was extremely knowledgeable and told us all about Lanai’s history. He took his time and made sure we got the best from our tour. We wanted to see the turtles and he found them for us and gave us time to explore. He is the best and I highly recommend him as a tour guide if you want to explore Lanai.

Best Way to See All of Lanai

Our tour guide, Steve, was right on time, friendly, super knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about his island home. We were able to see everything of interest on Lanai (except the resorts, which are not open to sight-seers). If you are on a one-day trip to Lanai, this is the way to go.

Wonderful time on the boat and island and in the water!

It was a great full day with my family. Captain Raquel and her team were amazing! Saw lots of whales in the morning with Haleakala in the background. Dolphins joined us on the ride back too! The entire team was fun and interacted w/ all of us. We can't recommend it enough!

The experience was good. We saw both whales and dolphins. The unfortunate thing was that they overbooked the boat and there wasn’t seats available for everyone on deck. Being forced to sit in the crew area below and not hear the captain’s commentary had a way of making you feel unwelcome. However, we did get to do the activities and saw wonderful marine life.
