I am so thrilled to post this review! I had an amazing time with Ema. She was soooo patient with me! Honestly, being a beginner, I panicked when I went underwater the first time. But Ema was super attentive, and immediately helped me out! I calmed myself, went inside, and enjoyed it thoroughly. I don't think anyone could have taught me better than her!
P.S. I don't know swimming, but I not only survived but enjoyed it!
I think everyone can, but provided you follow the instructions and let the instructor know about your discomfort at the right time.

I had a great time diving on MALA PIER and a run through with my SCUBA Skills read for diving on Molokini later in the week. Extended Horizons were fantastic and had checked my SCUBA qualification before I arrived so knew I have a 40' limit. We ran through the skills for 10 minutes and then spent 40 minutes exploring the pier. Loads of fish, turtles and pillow stars. I can't recommend this site strongly enough it was amazing.

excellent experience!

It was my first time to try scuba and i was very scared at the beginning. I don't even know how to swim and have never tried even snorkeling before and i really freaked out to be in the water. But my instructor Keith was very patient and kind to help me diving and i finally was able to have such a awesome experience down the water.

We had a fun time scuba diving. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing we didn't like, and weren't expecting, was having to suit up with all the equipment and then walk from the parking lot to the water. It was very heavy!!! You need to have a strong back!

Great Diving Experience

I went on the two-tank dive with gear. This was a really convenient way for me to dive while visiting Hawaii. Maui has some spectacular dive sites, and Mike Severns Diving takes you to some really great spots. I'm really glad that we dove into Molokini Crater. The crater has such an incredible amount of marine life. While diving I saw many different beautiful tropical fish, an octopus, an eel, a Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle, and stunningly beautiful coral reef.

Our dive with you was the best we've ever experienced. Your dive master did an excellent job. Before each dive he reviewed all of the minute details that he expected us to see. Then we saw them in the order that was described. I especially like the speed of the dive; 2 speeds: slow and stop. The field of eels at Molokini and the Devil Scorpionfish were the highlights of our dives in Hawaii. We have been all over, from Tahiti to Cozumel and the Caribbean. Each area has it's pluses and minuses, but we have never had the insight into the dive that you and Dave brought to us from the naturalist/biologist point of view. We don't dive for the parties afterward, we are there for the wildlife. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

What an incredible experience diving with all of you!!! I've never learned so much about a dive site in so little time with so much pleasure as I have with Vici, Jennifer, Andy and Pauline. The dive trip was awesome! Dove the Carthaginian wreck and got the added bonus on seeing a submarine while down there. The staff was great and very informative. Maren did an excellent job of leading and showing us many different things while down there. Thanks guys!
