My husband, Eric, and I were excited to ride in a helicotper ride while on our honeymoon. It was a first time adventure for either of us as we had never 1) been to Hawaii before and 2) ridden a helicopter before. The adventure happened early in the day, and we enjoyed some beautiful sites. I particularly enjoyed seeing the beautiful clear water of the ocean and the rust colored Waimea Canyon.

ドアなしのヘリコプター体験最高でしたが。

ヘリコプター体験は最高でしたが、催行のヘリコプター会社とベルトラは最悪でした。
予定していた時間に集合場所の１３時にヘリコプター会社に行きましたが、当日パイロットがキャンセルになっただけ伝えられて、その日催行できず、翌日たまたま、都合がついたので、参加できました。
宿泊場所から、集合場所までも小一時間かかりますし、天候も良好でしたから、パイロットがキャンセルだけでは、全く納得がいきませんでした。仮りに、天候などの都合で朝一でキャンセルになったなら、ベルトラさんを通して電話なり、メールなり、連絡いただきたかったです。高額な代金を支払ってベルトラさんを通してるのですから、その対応はしていただきたったです。日数が限られている海外旅行で、貴重な時間が無駄になりました。今までもダイビングなどオプショナルツアーに参加してアクシデントで日程の変更など経験ありますが、今回はベルトラさんの対応の悪さにはがっかりでした。知らない土地でのオプショナルツアーの申し込みですので、次回の旅行は信頼できる頼会社に依頼したいと思います。
ただし、カウアイ島では是非ドアなしのヘリコプター体験はおすすめします。大自然の壮大さを山と海から感じられる貴重で素晴らしい体験でした。
旅行中の突然のキャンセルに対応できるスケジュールをたててくださいませ。

My helicopter tour in Kauai was a truly wonderful experience! The views of the island from the air were absolutely breathtaking, and our pilot did an incredible job navigating and providing fascinating insights throughout the flight. Kauai’s natural beauty is awe-inspiring, and seeing it from above made it even more magical. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the full splendor of the island. This tour was so amazing! Our pilot was knowledgable and they played fun music during the ride. We saw all the areas of the island that you cannot access. So many waterfalls, Wamea Canyon and the NaPali coast. We plan to come back and to this again with our kids.

Very knowledgeable Pilot. The views were majestic and gave me little room for surpassing this experience in any other location. The Jurassic trail was overwhelmingly beautiful. The Napali coast line is like a dream. I would highly recommend this tour. Ask for Steven as your pilot.

5年前にクルーズでナパリコーストを見ましたが
主人のたっての希望でヘリコプターツアーに参加しました
乗る前の安全ビデオも日本語字幕で理解できました
不安な点が２つ、乗り物酔いと早口英語での解説、でしたが全く
問題無し
一応酔い止めは飲みましたが、とてもスムーズで揺れもなく快適、なにより
あまりに素晴らしい景色で酔う暇無いです
そしてさらに良かったのがパイロットの方が流暢な日本語でお話しして下さいました、日本人は私達だけて他は本土からの方々でしたが
通訳していだたき参加している皆んなフレンドリーな感じに包まれました。
お値段だけの価値はある素晴らしいツアーでした

The helicopter flight was great - one of the best so far.
The staff was professional, and the facilities were new and clean. They gave us the phone harness and the wind breaker (which was essential).
The pilot - Steve - was experienced and guided through the entire flight giving us confidence.
The fly around the volcano was the most amazing of all.
The doors-off does present windy conditions on top of already windy (in addition to the lift from blades). So if you are on the edge seats, be ready to enjoy the ride with strong winds hitting your body and the face.

Saw all parts of the island. Tons of waterfalls. Even whales in the ocean. Saw one breech. Mark did an excellent job of explaining the island past and present. I had to reschedule due to rain but the next day was fabulous weather. Building staff very helpful and pleasant to work with.
