新婚旅行で夫婦で参加しました。
当初、日本語ガイドのツアーを申し込もうと思っていたところ、既に一杯だったためこちらのツアーに申し込みました。
英語がほぼ出来ないため、多少心配していましたが、ツアーの最中はほぼ100%英語だったにもかかわらず、ツアーガイドさんのお気遣いと、偶然一緒に参加した日本人の家族の方のおかげで、とても楽しむ事ができました！
他の日本語ガイドのツアーの方々もいらっしゃって様子を拝見致しましたが、ツアーの内容や質、お客様への配慮やとても自由な感じでの進行など、このツアーに参加出来てよかったと改めて感じています。
天体観測中のホットチョコレートとブラウニー、あのおいしさはわすれられません。
本当に最高のツアーでした！ありがとうございました！

Reviewed by: Dona, 2017/09/25The trip took too long time for nothing, visiting some stores which mean wasting time & money! also you can't see that much Lava in the morning!!! only the smoke! The guide was too knowledge but talking a lot which cause me headache! Since the tour started till finished he was talking no relaxing! after we finish the park he took us to the mall for 45 min!! It's totally wasting time, I prefer to go by car alone and see a lot of sight rather than this tour!!

Mauna Kea Summit Sunset & Stargazing Tour with Dinner - Hawaii Forest & Trail
What an amazing experience!!
Reviewed by: Karen from MO, 2017/09/24This trip was the highlight of our trip to the Big Island. We had a great time and enjoyed the experience immensely. I was a little disappointed when they called me that morning and told us the road to the summit was closed and we might not be able to go to the top. Since we were on a limited time schedule we decided to go anyway. Nate was our guide and picked us up in Kona. On the ride to Mauna Kea, he explained about the different kinds of lava flows and some of the myths about Pele. When we got to the sheep station, Nate set up our meal for us and explained about life as a sheep rancher on the island. He promised that if we didn't get to go to the summit, he would make sure we at least saw the sunset from another spot. Supper was very good and it was fun getting to know the other tourists with us. After we ate, we got the good news that the road had opened and we were able to go to the top. What a gorgeous sight!! We saw the sun set on one side and turned around and saw the full moon coming up on the other. After watching the sunset, we went back down to visitor center and did some stargazing. Nate was very knowledgeable about the constellations. We were able to see the rings around Saturn and other constellations that night. The hot chocolate and warm brownies tasted good after being up on the summit where it was pretty chilly! I would definitely recommend this adventure for anyone visiting the Big Island, If we are fortunate enough to return, we will be doing this again!! Thank you Nate for a great evening.

Island Breeze Big Island Kona Luau at King Kamehameha Hotel with Open Bar

Reviewed by: Stephany, 2017/09/24It was a great snorkeling experience. They did a great job all around. Seeing Dolphins is a guarantee. They hang out just off the coast on the way to and from the snorkeling location. The food they served was great and included (breakfast/lunch). They provide some drinks for free with the food. Any smoothies or alcoholic drinks you must pay for and there is a bar on the boat for that. They provide rash gaurds, towels, fins, snorkels, various floatation devices (noodles, boards, etc...). I did start feeling a little sea sick and missed out the last 15 min of water time before we headed back. So I would recommend taking some Dramamine if you get motion sickness.

Big Island Manta Ray Night Snorkel Tour Adventure on a Hawaiian Sailing Canoe
Best Experience on Big Island

We saw 3-4 huge female manta rays that came up and brushed up against us. Not counting all the schools of fish! And hot cocoa when we were done was icing on the cake.

英語がわからないと…

プレミアム席の予約をしていましたが、クチコミをみてその中で早めに行かないといい席にならないとのことだったので17時集合でしたが16:45には集合しました。長机の一番前、ステージ真ん前へ案内してもらいました。席の案内は本当に来た順です。真ん前でみたいのであれば早めに並んだ方がいいですよ！
料理も早めに案内してくれたので、待たず食べることができました！ただ、ビュッフェですが2回目を取りにいくには他の人がまだプレミアム席ではない人がまだ1回目だと全然取りにいけないので、ものすごく食べる方は2皿持っていった方がいいと思います！
ドリンクは席での注文なので楽でした！ほとんどカクテルばかりで旦那はコロナビールオンリーでした。
ショーのナレーションは全て英語！英語がわからないと何を話しているか全くわからず。本当に鑑賞のみです。旦那は英語が全くわからなかったので、ショーのみって感じでした。

Incredible, absolutely incredible!

BH uses very high quality helicopters and our pilot was well trained and very skilled. We all agreed that at no time did we feel unsafe. Our pilot was also very well informed and told us a lot of interesting things about the volcano and the Hilo side of the island. But, the views were the most memorable part of the trip. Don't forget your camera or you'll hate yourself.

Reviewed by: 副操縦士, 2017/09/18送迎付きでお願いしました。お迎えの時間を過ぎてもずっと待っていました。ロイヤルシークリフのレセプションの方が気を利かせて問い合わせしてくださいました（日本の方でした）。あちこち廻ってるので遅れているとのことでしたが、30分遅れでやって来たのはタクシーでした。凄く申し訳なさそうに謝ってました。
そんなことも全く気にならないほどの素晴らしい遊覧飛行でした。パイロットのTOSHIさん、ありがとうございました。他の島でもまた是非お願いしたいと思います。

While we were "waiting" for the mantas to arrive, our diver went to the ocean floor to pick up some sea urchins and sea cucumbers to show us. He put them back of course, but it made the trip even more interesting. Them the mantas arrived and put on an amazing show!

Reviewed by: zenhappy, 2017/09/14息子１０歳が体験してきました．他の方の口コミにもあるように，英語と予算が問題になりますね．ドルフィン・クエストは以前から気になっていて，チャンスがあったら参加させようと思っていました．あまり英語のできない息子は，他の外人の家族のグループに入ってイルカに触れたり，それなりに楽しそうにしていました．参加しない家内と小生は，周りで見学です．イルカを飼育していくための経費とか，人件費などで料金設定されているのかもしれませんが，もう少し利用料金の割引などあると参加しやすいのかなぁ，と思いました．写真も高いです．

最高の体験でした！
Reviewed by: Hawaiiあいす, 2017/09/11素晴らしいお天気の中、スリリングなラフティングと美しい海のシュノーケルを存分に楽しみました！なんと言っても、サービス満点なキャプテン＆クルーは５つ星間違いなし！朝、ケアラケクア湾のシュノーケルスポットが船で溢れ返ってしまう前にゆっくりと泳げましたし、沢山のイルカを触れるほど間近で見ることもできました。宝石のような輝きの海にも大満足でした。子供たち（特に息子）はキャプテンは操縦がうまくてめちゃくちゃかっこいいし今回の旅で一番楽しかったと大喜びでした。次回も参加したいと大はしゃぎです！
★日焼け止めは必須です。サングラス、それからバスタオルは薄手の物でも必ず持った方が良いです。泳いでいるとだいぶ冷えます。帽子は飛ばされちゃいますのでいらないかと。ボートに大きな荷物は載せられないので、コンパクトなリュックに必要なものだけ持っていくと良いでしょう。履物はサンダルで十分です。
下の子（9）は泳げますが受付事務所でライフジャケットを借りました（もちろん無料です）上の子（13）疲れて途中でヌードル（マカロニみたいな浮くチューブ）を借りました。ヌードルがあると楽です。帰りに着替える場所は特に無いので、水着のままかレンタカーの中で着替えるかになります。下船した所にレストランとトイレがありましたよ★

Reviewed by: ほぬさま, 2017/09/08ツアー内容どうこうの話ではなく、それ以前の問題です。8月にお世話になったのですが、日本からきちんと4名の予約をしていったのに、実際予約が2名分しかとれていなく残りの2名は当日予約になってしまいました。料金の兼ね合いもありveltraさんに帰国後メールを入れましたがそれに関しては無視されています。今後この会社を使うことはありません。
この度は、ツアーにご参加いただき誠にありがとうございます。
しかしながら、せっかくのご旅行中にご不便おかけし、大変申し訳ございませんでした。
別途メールにてご連絡させていただきましたが、お客様のご予約ですは弊社のシステム上では4名様にてご予約いただいておりましたが、催行会社側にて誤って2名様で席を確保していたようでございます。当日中にスタッフがお客様のご予約が4名様でお支払されていることに気が付き、追加でご予約いただいた2名様分につきましてはその場でキャンセルしたとのことでした。
せっかく楽しみにしていただいたシュノーケリングクルーズであったにも関わらず、予約管理不備により良い旅の思い出になるべきところが苦い思い出へ変わってしまったこと大変心苦しく感じております。また体験談にご投稿いただいたにも関わらずご返信が遅くなりましたことお詫び申し上げます。催行会社にはこのような予約不備にてお客様にご迷惑をおかけすることがございませんよう厳重注意させていただきました。

Reviewed by: Marverick, 2017/09/04菅野美穂さんのテレビを見て、どうしても扉なしのヘリツアーに参加したくなりました。ツアー前に丁寧にブリーフィングしていただき、安心してヘリに乗ることができました。初めてのヘリでしたので、揺れることを予想していましたが、水面を滑るような感じで不安はありませんでした。期待していた海に溶岩が流れ込み水蒸気が立ち上るところや溶岩の流れ、その熱風を肌で感じることができました。さらに、レインボーフォールなどの滝を俯瞰することができ、人生最高の体験をできたと家族3人喜んでいます。ツアー後、妻から前の席を譲ってくれてありがとうと感謝されました。妻曰く、前の席は最高だったよとのことです。今度は娘に座らせてあげたいです。友人にも是非紹介したいツアーです。ありがとうございました。
