Excellent time for the whole family
Reviewed by: Becky , 2019/07/26My husband and I and our two kids did the kayak tour and it was a lot of fun. It was a workout but the tour guides were very helpful and friendly. My kids are 15 and 9 and they both handled it well. We would recommend and probably do it again.

Grand Circle Island Tour - Volcano, Black Sand Beach, Waipio Valley & Waterfalls
The perfect way to see the entire island!
Reviewed by: sandyc, 2019/07/24Our tour guide knew so much about the island - history, weather, plants, animals, local favorite spots for food and fun, beaches, etc. I wish we had reserved the tour earlier in our stay so that we could take advantage of the tips he gave! We had plenty of time at each stop to really experience each of them - Kona coffee, lava tubes, black sand beaches, turtles, volcanoes, waterfalls and more! We had beautiful weather everywhere except Akaka Falls and the driver was equipped with rain jackets for everyone. I highly recommend this tour!

Kona Kayaking & Snorkeling Sea Cave Adventure at Keauhou Bay - Ocean Safari's
Fantastic Adventure
Reviewed by: Ernie, 2019/07/22Our party of 7 had an absolutely fantastic adventure on our sea cave kayak and snorkeling trip. Devon, our guide, was really knowledgeable and very fun to be with. He was very helpful and made everyone feel very comfortable and at ease.
We had a great time kayaking (about 30 minutes out and 30 minutes back), swimming, snorkeling, and even jumping off of a cliff. The visit to the sea cave was also very neat.
We feel like we had 4 different excursions between the kayaking, cliff jumping, snorkeling and swimming, and the sea cave.
We would highly recommend this trip. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our 10 days in Kona.

Amazing trip

楽しかったんですが…
Reviewed by: よっしー, 2019/07/15とても楽しかったんですが、集合場所に早くに集まったのに、英語での説明はあったらしいが、英語が苦手。その為船に乗るのが遅くなり、二階の日の当たる席しか空いてなく、どうにか日差し遮る場所に座れました。
言葉が通じないってこんな感じなんだなって疎外感
周りの人の様子見ながら食事したり…
英語が全く苦手の人は周りの人の様子観察してください。
海は綺麗だしスタッフも優しいのですが、ちょっとガッカリでした。

お食事はあまり期待できません。
Reviewed by: アラモはなこ, 2019/07/15ビュッフェでしたが、あまり種類がありません。お席は先着順らしいのですが、時間ギリギリに行ったので最後列。しかも、真ん前正面は、席を取り置きしながら、誰も座っておらず空席。ショーの時間に着席していない席は開放して欲しかったです。すごく遠くから、立ち上がって見ていましたので正直、この価格でこれはないな。と思いました。

We saw wild goats (kau) climbing along the coastline, Cassie taught us some history about Queen Ka’ahumanu, and we saw several mantas up close (hit my snorkel gear close), including Amanda and Big Bertha. We booked the small group tour and it turned out we were the only two - what luck! Would love to do it again!

野生のイルカウォッチング＆シュノーケリングツアー ＜朝食・昼食付き＞
お勧めです。

海のコンディションにもよるのでしょうが、去年別のツアーに参加した際は船酔いでダウンしていた母が、今回はランチのハンバーガーを完食していました。
シュノーケルポイントではウミガメと遭遇。帰路はイルカが船を追いかけてきました。
同乗者料金の設定があるもお勧めポイント。
シュノーケルは無理でも、クルージングは同行したい家族連れに嬉しいですね。

値段ほどではない

ファイアーダンスは、福島のハワイアンズの方がすごいです。
ご飯は、美味しくはありません。
また、途中で雨が降り、びしょ濡れでした。
ホテル駐車場は三時間までしか無料ではありません。
もし5000円とかなら、それなりにオススメできる内容でした。

パートナー撃沈。（こちらの勘違い）
Reviewed by: てっちゃん, 2019/07/02船の揺れが激しく、パートナー撃沈。食事も日本人に全く合いません。強靭な体力を持った欧米人向けのツアーですね。また、ヒルトンワイコロアからは、タクシーで往復210ドルかかります。全ての責任は、オアフ島のディナークルーズと勘違いして申し込んだ当方にありますが、出来れば、それなりに揺れること、また、各リゾートからの港までの時間と交通手段を書いておいてあげると親切かと思います。

This tour came to our Hotel and picked us up as well as brought us back and gave a view of the Island most people would not be able to see. Our driver Nathan was excellent and gave us a relaxed and informed trip and even gave us some extra insights that a book would not give. The views were amazing and gave you an option if you wanted to come back and stay for more indepth viewing. I would recommend going with a tour to really get the flavor of the Island.

Airport shuttle ride to Hotel

Roberts Hawaii were there right away and took our luggage to van, had cool water waiting for us and drove us to our Hotel with ease and had a relaxing trip. I would recommend using this avenue for an amazing start to a great vacation.

Knowledgable, respectful, fun captain and crew.
Reviewed by: Fiona, 2019/06/23It is hard to know which cruise to book--well this is the one I would go with each time! The crew were knowledgable and respectful! As we came into the bay, their were a pod of spinner dolphins; we kept a respectful distance but we all got to take photos. Then when we pulled into anchor and snorkel, they made sure we knew to keep our distance from where the dolphins were swimming, since the dolphins come to the bay to rest it is even more important for people to give them their space--so impressed with the crew.
The snorkeling was beautiful. The coral was amazing and at many different levels with sooo many different species of fish!! Fabulous!

レンタカーは、受付の事務所がある、カメハメハホテルのパブリックパーキングに止めました！（受付後、駐車場のチケットを渡すと3時間以内は駐車料金が格安になる割引をしてもらえます。止める方は駐車チケット忘れずに。）
受付の人と話すのは、すべて英語でした。乗り方や安全の説明書みたいのは日本語でしたけど。受付を済ますと集合時間を教えてもらって
少し休憩。
桟橋の方へ行って船に乗り込み、出発！
パラセーリングは、高さ40メートル位まで上がります。もっと風を受けるのかと思っていたのですが、ふわふわと浮いている感じでぜんぜん怖く無かったです。
高所恐怖症の友達も、普通に乗れてましたよ。

Mauna Kea Evening Stargazing & Daytime Solar Viewing Tour with Dinner

From the coffee, to the excellent bbq picnic, the solar view of the sun setting, and of course the stars! Todd was our guide and he was so professional and was beyond knowledgeable in each area of the tour. He made everyone feel comfortable and was very engaging. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone wishing to do something that feels laid back, but covers a lot of ground.

思ったよりもたくさんいました！

Deluxe Volcano Unveiled Tour and Golden Lava Cave Expedition with Lunch & Dinner
A Dream Come True

She has always been fascinated by volcanoes and it's been her lifelong dream to come to the island and see the volcano for herself. She was incredibly excited to have this tour. However, the day before it was scheduled, she received a call and was told that there had been a mistake when recording her reservation and they no longer had room for her on her scheduled date. They offered to move her reservation to a different day or to schedule her for the same day as her initial reservation for instead for the Epic Circle Island Volcano Journey. She chose to keep her originally scheduled day and do the Epic Circle Island Volcano Journey.
The woman who called was very apologetic and kind, let's face it, humans make mistakes sometimes, we've all done it. They did their very best to make it right. In the end, my sister said her experience was incredible and she was glad there had been a little bit of a mix up, because she thought the tour she went on was better (granted, that is based purely on the description of the originally scheduled tour).
Her guide was knowledgeable and told all kinds of stories about Pele and the island and recounted the history of the volcano. The lava tube they visited was unique and interesting and fascinated her.
Overall, it was a huge win and even in spite of the little problem I would definitely book again!

気楽にクルーズ＆シュノーケル
Reviewed by: eco, 2019/06/07英語ガイドで日本人は我々だけ。ガイドのエミさんに「英語がわからないのでサポートをお願いします」とだけ英語で伝えて乗船。 全体にこまめに体調や食事の様子を伺いに声かけしてくださるので、安心して参加できました。キャプテンクックエリアのガイドなどがあったようですが、それが言葉の壁により理解できなかったのが残念。でも、シュノーケルも自分のペースで自由に楽しめるし、二箇所でさまざまな魚やサンゴを観ることができて有意義でした。食事はブッフェ形式。ハンバーガー用のハンバーグはライブグリル！ロケーションと美味しい匂いが最高！とても美味しかったです。朝食は出ますが、9時集合、出航後第1ポイントに着いてからなので、空腹で酔いそうに・・・実際、一度海に入り体調を崩して第2ポイントに向かう前に帰港し下船されたゲストが1名おられました。少しお腹に詰めてから参加される方が良いかもしれまん。
水が苦手な母はずっと船上でしたが、「こういう所で浮き具も貸してもらえるなら次は海に入ってみようと思う。」と海中を実際に見てみたいと魅了されたようです。ガイドのエミさんの声も大変耳心地よく気持ちよくクルーズできました。
シェラトンコナに宿泊していたので、徒歩で集合場所まで行けたのも良かったです。
