So I guess it depends when you do this tour, out of the whole tour we accomplished maybe 2 hours before heading back. I probably will not do this tour again..

期待どおりではなかった
Reviewed by: masa, 2015/02/26参加日前に電話で確認が必要ということですが、電話しても本当に予約されていることを確認するのみです。Ａｌａｎのツアーではしばしばこの作業が必要ですが、何か意味があるのでしょうか。現地との信頼関係が薄いのでしょうか。
レンタカーで近くの駐車場らしきところへ停めて、そこで着替えました。
参加者は、我々のみが日本からでした。ゴムボートに乗りガイド兼船長のお話を聞きながら、ひたすら海上を走ります。お話は半分くらいしか理解できませんでした。船のスピードが速く、船酔いするような揺れはありませんでした。シュノーケルポイントまで行くと途中で、イルカやクジラを見つけてそっと近くによって眺めていました。イルカ、クジラはたくさん見ることができました。シュノーケリングは、いろいろなところで経験している人にとっては、いまいちです。透明度はなく、魚の種類も少なく、1時間のシュノーケリング時間をもてあましました。入り江のようなところでのシュノーケリングなので、慣れていない人には適当かもしれません。洞窟に関しては、ただ近くに行ってみるだけで、期待外れでした。とにかく、スピードボートに乗ってイルカ・クジラを見るツアーとしてであれば、50ドルくらいだったらおすすめできると思います。

Reviewed by: ハワイ大好き, 2015/02/17初めてのハワイで日本語のガイドがいないツアーだったので初めは不安でしたが、参加者の皆さんも楽しい人たちばかりでとても楽しめました！受付からずっと日本語は通じませんでしたが、とても感じのいい女性がジェスチャーを交えて説明してくれます。受付の後はトイレを済ませ、日焼け止めを塗って、案内してもらうまで待ちます。ここで塗らないと7時間ほどかかるので真っ赤に焼けてしまいます。ゴムボートに乗り込みまずはイルカを見に行きます。この日はたくさん出会えました。ボートを追いかけてきてすごく可愛かったです！そこからシュノーケリングポイントへ行きます。シュノーケリングも初めてだったのですが、日本語の注意事項の表記で説明してもらい楽しく終えることができました。途中でソフトドリンクとお菓子やサンドイッチ、フルーツも出ました。天気も良かったので格別でした。帰り際、ラッキーなことに鯨に遭遇!!!こんなことはなかなかないみたいです！陽気な人たちと楽しく過ごした一日でした。

Reviewed by: kaori Moriya, 2015/02/16ハワイ到着当日は時差ぼけもあるため動く気にもならず宿泊がキングカメハメハホテルだったので申し込みをしました。最初は楽しかったのですが、ビーチでのショーのため夕方少し涼しいのがだんだん寒くなり、ご飯も普通だしショーも飽きてしまいました。踊りは素敵だったのですが、ダンサーが裏で着替える間の時間稼ぎに司会者がしゃべるこの時間がとてもつまらなかったです。やはり言葉の壁ですかね・・・

Stunning scenery, don't miss this
Reviewed by: Jesper, 2015/02/09Definitely do this during your holiday! The sunset and scenery at Mauna Kea is out-of-this-world and impressive. The stargazing afterwards is fun, as well as amazing to see so many stars so brightly.
The tour was excellent too, with well-informed guides and an un-rushed feel. Dinner was decent too.

お勧めです。

アクティビティーの概要。
先ずはゴムボートに乗って海に出ました。船体は軽いゴムボートなのにエンジンが二個付いてるのでスピードはかなり出ます。
当日は風が強めで波は高いので跳ねるかもと言われていましたが、想像してたよりは大丈夫でした。
船を走らせて直ぐにイルカの群れに遭遇しました。
イルカは好奇心旺盛なので船に近づいてくれて並走してくれました。
ゆっくりと写真を撮る時間を設けてもらえ沢山のイルカの写真を撮れました。
また、さらに船を走らせてると次はクジラに遭遇しました。
クジラは警戒心が強いのか近くで見ることはできませんでしたが、ブリーチを見ることができて迫力満点で興奮しました！
これの時点で、かなり満足していましたが、船はさらに走り、波の穏やかな入江に行きシュノーケリングを堪能しました。
時間も1時間以上取ってもらえたので大満足です。
水の透明度は良くて珊瑚もたくさんあるので熱帯魚も多く見れました。
その後昼食を取り港に戻ったのですが途中に岸壁にある火の女神ペレが降臨したという場所やその他沢山の海からしか見れない観光スポットを案内してくれました。
良かった点。
値段の割にアクティビティーが盛りだくさんで大満足です。
イルカウォッチング、ホエールウォッチング、シュノーケリング。
単発のツアーもありますがこの値段で全てを網羅できるのはお値打ちです！
またガイドさん、船長さんも凄く気さくな方で楽しい時間でした。また同船者もいい方ばかりでとても楽しかったです。
また、水対策として、携帯カメラは大きいタッパに入れてくれます。
必要な時に伝えれば何度でも出してくれます。バッグも水のかからない場所に置いてくれるので心配ないです。
悪かった点。
基本、英語のみのツアーです。ガイドさん、船長さんも若干日本語を話せますが同船者が皆英語なので基本英語です。片言、単語レベルで日本語を話してくれますがコミュニケーションはとれません。
私たち夫婦は留学経験もあるので英語は問題なく、ツアー自体は大満足ですが、英語が苦手な方は少し辛いかもしれません。（ホームページにも書かれてなかったと思います。書いてあったとしても全面に出てないので見逃す方が多いと思います。）
あと、船酔いをする人には向きません。ボートが10人乗りぐらいの小さなものなので走ってる間はいいのですが停泊中は大きく揺れるので船酔いのきつい人は辛いかもしれません。酔い止めは必須です。
あと、ツアータイトルに溶岩洞窟アドベンチャーとありましたが溶岩洞窟は行きませんでした。
また、船に屋根が無いので日焼け止めやサングラスセットもお忘れなく。
最初に説明はされますが英語です。
総合評価は大満足です。しかし、英語でも大丈夫（分からなくても気にしない）という方にはお勧めですが絶対日本語じゃなきゃだめという人にはお勧めできません。
それを差し引いても値段面を考慮するとお値打ちなツアーなのではないでしょうか。
私は友人に是非とも勧めたいアクティビティーです。

Kona Manta Ray Snorkel & Night Dive Tour at Keauhou Bay - Sea Paradise
Huge Manta Ray visit

The highlight of our trip. It was amazing to float on the water with those gigantic rays swimming literally inches from your body. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

よかったです。
Reviewed by: さちえ, 2015/02/02値段が高いので迷いましたが、火山活動が活発ではなければ、時間をかけて歩いて見に行っても溶岩を噴火する火山を見られないと聞いてヘリコプターを選択しました。
実際火口を上から見て、ボコボコ湧き出る溶岩が見られました。
海では、鯨の親子も見えました。
ワイピオ渓谷の渓谷の谷間をヘリで縫うように飛んでくれて、とても神秘的で素晴らしかったです。ヘリコプターならではの体験ができ、とてもよかったです。

きれいな海とたくさんの生き物に感動です！
Reviewed by: hua zi, 2015/01/24１月9日、友人と二人でキャプテンゾディアックのツアーに参加しました。外国人16人に対して日本人は私達２人で、しかも日本語ガイドはないと事前に聞いていて不安だったのですが、日本語の説明書を準備してくれていて、ゆっくりしゃべってくれたりしたので、問題なく参加できました。
ケアラケクア湾までボートで行ったのですが、すごいスピードで進むので、ボートから飛ばされそうで初めは怖かったですが、だんだん楽しくなりました。以前コメントに、ラフティングと書いてあるがそんなにスリルはなかったと書いてあったので、なめていたなと思うぐらいスリルがあり楽しかったです。しかも、途中で親子クジラの姿やその尾びれも見れてすごくラッキーでした。
シュノーケリングでは珊瑚がすごく綺麗で、魚も人に慣れているのか近くまで寄っても逃げず、じっくり観察できました。シュノーケリングの時間を多く取ってくれているので、疲れて一度ボートに上がって休憩した後、もう一度海に入ることができ、ゆっくり楽しめました。ただ私達は前日にシュノーケリングを経験していたので問題なかったですが、初めての人だと説明が全て英語なので、その点が少し不安かなと感じました。でもキャプテンがすごく優しく、色々と身振り手振りでしてくれるので、大丈夫な気もします。
洞窟体験では洞窟近くにボートに近づいて、洞窟について説明してくれるという感じだったので、洞窟探検かな？という印象でした。でも帰りにイルカの群れや海亀に会えて、大満足の内容でした。
日本では体験できないようなアクティビティだと思うので、ハワイ島に来たらぜひ参加することをお勧めします！

ホエールウォッチングクルーズ ＜12～3月／午前／軽食付き／ワイコロアまたはカワイハエ港発＞
ざとうくじらの姿に興奮

午前中にふねにのりましたが、海外からの方が多くクジラが出てくると
のりのりで『イエ〜〜〜〜〜〜イ！！」
私の行った年末年始はまだ序の口のようですがこの後３月くらいまでハワイではザトウくじらが散乱の為に南下してきますからよく見えます。
見張り役の方々とキャプテンがあの辺り！火事を進めて行くと２匹親子で、雄のみなど様々な形態で
潮を吹き尻尾を見せて潜ったり・・・・最後の方は船を追いかけてくぐって行きました。
こんな体験はなかなか出来ませんが、船酔いする方は注意してくださいね

Hawaii Lifeguard Surf Instructors - Kona Private & Semi-Private Surfing Lessons
awesome place to learn to surf!

We had a brief lesson in the classroom where the lady that checked us in gave us a brief history of their operations and then explained the does and don'ts of surfing. We practiced the three steps to stand up a few times in the classroom then sent us to the beach that's an easy 4mi straight down alii dr. Just as we left, the other couple that was supposed to be in our group arrived (a half hour late). The instructor was very friendly to them even though the girl was acting like being late was somehow the instructors fault. We went to the beach where we met the water instructors and waited for the other couple to finish the classroom session. The instructors were super friendly and answered any questions we could think to ask them. When the other couple arrived, the fun began. There was only one couple per instructor, and they had us standing within minutes! They also made sure we got a full 2 hours of water time (and maybe a smidge extra) despite the other couple's delay. Great experience, highly recomend!

Hawaii Lifeguard Surf Instructors - Kona Private & Semi-Private Surfing Lessons
TWO THUMBS UP for Lifeguard Surf Instructors
Reviewed by: Michael, 2015/01/10Our family of six (6) spent ten days on the Big Island. On Friday morning, one of our three boys told us how cool it would be to learn how to surf. That was all the incentive his mother needed to commence her Google search for the best firm to school her three sons (ages 22, 26 and 29) on surfing. She started calling on Friday morning at 8:00 o’clock with all of the places informing her that it would be Monday before they would have a spot for the three boys. The lone exception was Life Guard Surf Instructors. This family owned surf instruction firm took the information about our three (3) sons and arranged to have another instructor come in to give our sons a group lesson, which occurred within three (3) hours of when we initially called.
When we arrived they receive a thorough briefing about what was in store for everyone when they got into the water. This was extremely important since one of our sons has some learning difficulties and is very uncomfortable if there are things that he will be expected to do and he is not warned about them in advance. When we reached the place where the water instruction was to take place, to our surprise, our son who has the learning difficulty was given one on one instruction from one of the Owner family members. He thoroughly enjoyed himself. Our other sons also had a great time. We would highly recommend Life Guard Surf Instructors to everyone who wants their children to be instructed by highly trained and caring instructors.

We were looking for a more relaxed, free ride which they intimated but it was not quite what we were looking for. There were four other people, most of whom didn't know what they were doing. So maybe if it was just my daughter and I, it would have been better. The ranch is nice and if you're inexperienced and just looking for a mostly plodding experience, it's a good activity. Using VELTRA was a good experience. They have a very good system.

Hawaii Lifeguard Surf Instructors - Kona Private & Semi-Private Surfing Lessons
So much fun!
Reviewed by: Sarah and Marc, 2014/12/26Marc and I have never surfed before, so we were slightly scaptical of how much you could learn in 45min theory and one hour in the water. As it turned out, it was totally enough to get the basics and make you feel exhausted (you will be sore the next day, but it is really worth it!). The teachers are awesome, they are very encouraging and positive. It is a really great hawaiian family run company - they just have the natural aloha attitude.They help you picking the right waves and show you how to stand up on the board right away. Of course you will also fall in the water, but eveyone does, so it is just so much fun! We recommend taking a surf lesson with them 100% and would do it again immeadiatly!

Reviewed by: とぴこ, 2014/12/25１時間半みっちり乗馬ができます。見渡す限りの草原！説明は英語なので英語がわからない人は事前に壁にかけてある説明書きを読んでから参加した方がよいです。坂があったりでスリル満天。自分のお馬さんが草を食べている間に他のお馬さんがどんどん進んでいくと、その群れに追いつこうと走り出したりするので、乗馬初心者の私は終わるころにはぐったり。まだ歩くのか・・・というぐらい満喫できます！

Hawaii Zipline Tours - Big Island Waterfall & Rainforest Zip Adventure
An amazing waterfall and a day of fun!
Reviewed by: Alyssa, 2014/12/22We had a great time zip lining! This was my second time zip lining (first time in Sonoma) and my husband's first time. Our amazing guides Brian and Nainoa helped make our day memorable and zip lining easy for everyone. One recommendation for anyone prone to mosquito bites: bring mosquito gel or something for your exposed arms/legs! I sprayed two layers of OFF on my legs and came out of the first two lines with about 14 bites on my legs. The company provides OFF spray for you to use before you head up the bumpy road to the first line, but it doesn't quite work. I recommend wearing pants/long sleeve clothes that breathes as well as using bug spray as it is very humid there. If you bring your smart phone, I'd recommend bringing something to wrap around your wrist. If you have a regular camera, you can strap it around your neck or wrist. They have water to drink as you go through the course, so no need to bring a bottle along.
The course has seven lines for you to travel on, with the first two being very beginner friendly through the banana trees. As you progress throughout the zip lines, they get longer and the terrain clears up a bit. The guides find wild fruit that is growing on the course and pick it for you to eat. We had apple bananas, two types of guava (one pink and one small, sweet yellow guava), tomatoes, and a sip of white ginger flower nectar. The last two lines are by far the best. Second to last, you travel over the river before the waterfall and is the last line where you can practice your "steering". The last line you just let gravity take you down as you take a nice long ride, with an amazing view of the waterfall, to the end of the course. When you reach the bottom of the line, they have more fresh fruit and sugar cane all cut up, ready to enjoy! We would definitely go back!
One thing is the equipment can get a little smelly. Not sure how much it gets wiped down (my harness smelled sour and helmet left me sweating brown stuff).

Awesome experience
Reviewed by: Ramya, 2014/12/19This was our first time zip-lining and we were little nervous. We ended up having a blast! The 2 zip line guides were so much fun. They knew all about the environment around us. We were able to try apple bananas right from the trees. They were delicious!The view from the last 2 lines were amazing. It is the best way to see the falls. We would definitely recommend the zip lining from skyline adventures.

Reviewed by: Kurtis Pratt, 2014/12/16Absolutely fantastic experience. I would totally recommend this. Tim and Nainoa were great, they made everyone feel at ease and were really personable. The ziplines were wicked and the views were awesome. Both Tim and Nainoa provided a lot of interesting facts and information about Hawaii's history, climate, geography and botany during the tours. With seven lines, each successively bigger, you get to experience the thrill of gliding through the air at incredible speeds. The last one is the best, as you zip along a line for a km and could reach 50 miles an hour (if you weigh a little bit ;)). But as I said, it's awesome. Totally recommend this experience.

Skyline Eco Adventure was Awesome

The guides Tim and Nainoa were great... not just for the zip line but for all the extra knowledge they shared with us about the surrounding area. The first couple zips got you warmed up for the rest of them... the last one was awesome and the view of the falls was just amazing... we got lots of great pictures and really enjoyed this zipline... we have been on zip lines in New Zealand and Costa Rica and this one was really nicely set up... and was very beautiful and well maintained with neat flowers and plants to see along the way.... Highly recommend this to all who want to try a zip line and this is a great way to see some amazing sceenery and the fresh fruit after wards was just what we needed... Tks Guys for a great time

Deluxe Captain Cook Snorkeling Tour at Kealakekua Bay - Fair Wind Cruises
Snorkeling from the Fair Winds II is great!
Reviewed by: Mysti Berry, 2014/12/11The crew took very good care of us, and over two hours of snorkeling in the protected-marine-life bay was a delight!!!! Bring sunblock, your swimsuit, and your sense of adventure! Even folks with accessibility issues were able to float in the water with viewers and see the coral, fish, and other marine life.
