Reviewed by: Ming Chai, 2019/08/22I went here with my daughter because she rides and loves horses, and insists on riding horses once every trip. This time though, she wanted to canter because most trail rides are scenic and she wanted a actual ride. This place has amazing horses and the views are great, and you have a option to canter or take it slow. They assign you a horse based on what you need. Would definitely come here again, and probably will, because we visit Hawaii every once in a while .

Kohala Mountains, Sea Cliffs & Waterfalls Helicopter Tour with Landing Option
Well worth it!
Reviewed by: April, 2019/08/22We were told repeatedly that the helicopter tour was a must do on the big island and that Blue Hawaiian was top notch. They absolutely are! Friendly, helpful staff and top of the line equipment and a spotless facility! Thank you for calming a nervous first timer!! It was amazing and so worth the cost!

Reviewed by: ローズマリー, 2019/08/21まず6人乗りのボートに乗り、沖まで行きました。そこでウエットスーツとシュノーケリングの仕方の説明を聞きます。そんなに海が荒れてなくても揺れますので少し酔い始めました。その後イルカのポイントまで連れてってくれます。ポイントは色んなツアーと同じなので日本人が沢山いました(笑)
イルカは本当に沢山います、近くに来たイルカと泳ぐ事も出来ました、しかしに波に浮かんでるだけでも酔ってきて辛かったです。イルカを見た後一度元の岸に戻り15分休憩、その時に酔いはとれ熱帯魚と珊瑚を見るシュノーケリングもとても楽しめました、
勿論チップは料金の1割ちょい最後に払いました

I didn’t listen and left my Apple Watch on when cliff jumping and sure enough it came off. I was sad but it was really my own fault. Kevin took pity on me and was able to find it!! Absolutely above and beyond what I would have expected. Great excursion, lots of fish, fun facts. We felt safe and well looked after the whole time. 10/10 would recommend.

たくさんのマンタがくるくる！！

海ではずっとライトをつけてくれるのでたくさんのマンタが近くを通ってくれます。
目の前でくるくる回ってくれたりサービス精神旺盛でした。
船では飲み物やフルーツ、チップスなどの軽食サービスもあります。
英語オンリーですが、わかりやすいし楽しいです。
船酔いしやすい人は酔い止め必須です。
ケアウホウベイはかなり遠いので、シェラトンの人は隣でいいけどそれ以外の宿泊の人はレンタカーが必要ですね。

Reviewed by: ビギナーズラック, 2019/08/187:00からのフライトで朝日を見ながらの出発でした。アメリカ人のお客さんと同席の機内でしたが、日本人パイロットのトシさんが英語と日本語を使い分けながらハワイ島の自然について熱く語ってくれました。ハワイ島に着いた翌日でまだ島のことをよくわかっていない状況だったので空から全貌を見ることができてとてもよかったです！トシさんは軽妙なトークはもちろん操縦も上手くて機内はとても安定していて酔うこともなく安心して景色を楽しむことができました！ヘリコプターでしか入っていくことのできない渓谷や滝の風景もあり、大満足のフライトでした！値段は高いですが、その価値は十分にあったと思います！トシさんどうもありがとうございました！

わざわざ頼むほどでないのかなと・・
Reviewed by: のりこ, 2019/08/17集合時間の３０分前には結構多くの人が並んでいて、最終的には軽く見ても２００人以上はいたと思います。ビュッフェ会場はとても小さくて、テーブルごとに料理を取りに行かされました。味はまあまあでしたが、私はおかわりがほしいとは思いませんでした。ビールなどは飲み放題です。
ショーの内容は普通で、会場全体が盛り上がるというほどではありません。
プールサイドからも、部屋によっては会場にいるより、しっかり見ることができます。私達はこのホテルに泊まっていたので、申し訳ないですが、これならプールサイドからで十分だったなあと思いました。

英語のインストラクターしかいない事に不安を感じつつ参加しましたが、 英語を話せない日本人という事で、 参加している他のアメリカ人の参加者とインストラクターが話をして大笑いしている内容を聞いて息子がショック受けていました。 「 私は日本から来た猿ですウキウキ！」との発言をしている言葉を聞いて・・ 息子は12歳ですが英会話が少し解るのです。 女性のインストラクターが少し気を使って頂けたのが幸いでした。 非常に残念ですが 話す言葉がありません。

Big Island Manta Ray Night Snorkel Tour Adventure on a Hawaiian Sailing Canoe
Such a unique and special experience, swimming with these gentle giants. We highly recommend avoiding this event if you happen to be a piece of plankton.

マンタは観れたけど、、、

すごく冷えるので、体力が無い方や小さい子にはキツイかもしれません
マンタは観れて大迫力でしたが、45分で6匹くらい、、、海もあまり綺麗じゃありませんでした
一応マンタ観れたので、星3です
因みに、ヌードルは海に入る前に渡される棒状の浮き輪の事です笑

Kent was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, engaged, warm, and courteous - we thoroughly appreciated the positive impact he had on the day's adventures.

素晴らしい体験！
Reviewed by: 茶々ジジ, 2019/07/29始まる前に、海に生物についてレクチャーがあります。簡単な英語でインストラクターさんが説明している様子でしたが、英語にそれほどなじめていない小２と年長なので、けっこうポカンとしていました。もう少しゆっくりとした口調で、絵本とか何か見せながらの説明であれば、なお良かったと思います。なんとか、その時間をやり過ごし、いざドルフィンラグーンへ。いろいろなふれあいのパターンをしてくれて本当にお利口なイルカでした。お腹や顔、胸ヒレ、尾ビレとタッチができ、それぞれの子供のベストショットを狙って、カメラマンもスタンバイ。20分以上、十分に楽しむことができ、子供たちも大満足でした。その様子は、ビデオやカメラで自由に撮ることもできましたし、もちろん撮ってもらったスナップ写真や画像データの購入もできました。子供たちだけのグループで、子供目線でのプログラムが良かったと思います。二人の「ハワイ島旅行で１番の楽しかったこと♪」が「ドルフィン・クエスト♪」で一致！本当に素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。

始まる頃に夕日が沈み、素晴らしい景色にうっとり。
食事は座席順に取りに行く形でしたのでそれほど混むこともなかったです。
味も良かったですよ。
ナンバーワンデイオブクリスマスの歌が面白くて、耳に残り、家族で口ずさんでました。

He is extremely knowledgeable, loves what he does, and it shows. I had a great time learning so much about the islands and volcanoes from him, and he's a great storyteller too! The black sand beach is beautiful, and the sunset from the volcano house is unforgettable. Probably the highlight of the tour was stargazing at the end. We got lucky with a gorgeous clear sky! There's a lot of driving so just relaxing in the van listening to Brett tell us about the islands while staring out at the scenery made for a great and laid back day. Just what I needed to end my vacation with before getting back to school. Thanks for teaching me so much! I highly recommend this tour, and will hopefully do it again when I come back with my family!

the snorkeling itself was good but not great. not a large variety of sea life. the water was very choppy. Crew were good and helpful. Food was really bad.

We so appreciate your business! I can't imagine how BBQ cheeseburgers disappointed you this much, but we apologize nonetheless.
In terms of our snorkel site, I personally have never had a bad experience, and wish I could have been your personal guide. If anyone out there reads this review before they come out on a trip with us, just know that any crew member is happy to verbally guide you to some of the best areas to snorkel at our exclusive site.
Finally, sometimes the ocean is choppy. We couldn't run a company like ours if that were a consistent state of our shoreline waters, but it does happen, and is beyond our control. We are always ready with remedies for motion sickness though!

Excellent time for the whole family

The perfect way to see the entire island!
Reviewed by: sandyc, 2019/07/24Our tour guide knew so much about the island - history, weather, plants, animals, local favorite spots for food and fun, beaches, etc. I wish we had reserved the tour earlier in our stay so that we could take advantage of the tips he gave! We had plenty of time at each stop to really experience each of them - Kona coffee, lava tubes, black sand beaches, turtles, volcanoes, waterfalls and more! We had beautiful weather everywhere except Akaka Falls and the driver was equipped with rain jackets for everyone. I highly recommend this tour!

Kona Kayaking & Snorkeling Sea Cave Adventure at Keauhou Bay - Ocean Safari's
Fantastic Adventure
Reviewed by: Ernie, 2019/07/22Our party of 7 had an absolutely fantastic adventure on our sea cave kayak and snorkeling trip. Devon, our guide, was really knowledgeable and very fun to be with. He was very helpful and made everyone feel very comfortable and at ease.
We had a great time kayaking (about 30 minutes out and 30 minutes back), swimming, snorkeling, and even jumping off of a cliff. The visit to the sea cave was also very neat.
We feel like we had 4 different excursions between the kayaking, cliff jumping, snorkeling and swimming, and the sea cave.
We would highly recommend this trip. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our 10 days in Kona.

We were given the opportunity to cantor and gallop if we wished. The guides were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and fun! The green hills and cool breezes were lovely, did not use our jackets although the sun & wind were strong. They recommended a fun place, Fish and Hog, for lunch following the ride. I would recommend this ranch and ride.

ジップラインは9本あり、満喫できました！長い距離のものもあると更に良かったなと思います。
