Great Food and cruise on a decent boat
Reviewed by: Justin, 2014/03/01My girlfriend and I went on this cruise on Valentines Day and were very happy. We very much enjoyed the food and the cruise itself. There was a wonderful woman giving information on the history of the island and a muscian playing great music. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the boat is not ideal for a romantic cruise. Its just kinda a boat, nothing very nice about it. Overall we were satisfied and felt like we had a great valentines for the money we spent.

とにかくクルーズが気持ちよかった
Reviewed by: しんしん, 2014/02/11クジラは、思っていたより近くに現れなかったけれど、数はたくさん見ることができました。天候に恵まれて、穏やかな海の上を風をきって進む感じがなんともいえなく爽快でした。海から見える山の景色も最高です。スタッフは日本語を話せず、参加者も８割は外国の方なので、状況を理解する程度の英語力は必要です。またピックアップの際、ロビーという連絡がありましたが実際にはホテルのエントランスを出てすぐの車寄せのところで乗り合わせていたので、注意が必要です。

I thought the open sessions before dinner including temporary tattoos, hula instruction, and making fish from banana leaves were very fun. The Mai Tais were great too!

まだクジラウォッチングには時期が早いのか
遠方にちらっと現れ、船で近付くといなくなり、
離れると、また遠方に現れる の連続でした。
シーズン初めで船長がポイント慣れしていないのか
もう少し、我慢が必要かなと思いましたね。
日本語は全く通じないので説明含めほとんど理解できず
残念なツアーになりました。

伝統あるショーでした
Reviewed by: mai, 2013/12/13目だけで見て楽しめる感じだったら良かったのですが、本当伝統を劇みたいな感じでみせてくれるものだったので、日本語で説明もなくよくわからなかったです。でもショーの前にも広場でフラダンスを教えてくれたりとか、ペイントしてくれたりとか楽しませてくれたので、それは良かったです。

まずまずです
Reviewed by: ぽにょ, 2013/11/10義理のお母さんと一緒なので、このツアーに申し込みました。英語ツアーでしたが、クルーの人たちは私達を気にかけてくれて嬉しかったです。
ただ、10月の海の水は冷たいのと少し波がたかかったです。あとは、あまり魚たちがおらず、イルカもあまりいませんでした。海では泳げますが、シュノーケルはいまいちかなと思います。

It has it all: beautiful coastal views as you sail down to the Captain Cook monument, knowledgable guide who provides interesting historical information about the island (my husband and I love to learn new things), friendly/service-oriented staff, great dinner buffet, and a free premium drink! It was so relaxing and not too short of a cruise (but also not too long). We had a great time! Definitely would do it again.

良かったっす

イルカの赤ちゃんにも会えましたし、シュノーケリングも快適でした。もう、海が綺麗すぎて、楽しくて時間が過ぎるのを忘れました。
ただ、前日に眠れなかったのがきいたのか？めっちゃ船酔いしまくりでした(￣O￣;)
次回があれば、ゆっくり寝てから参加したいです(￣^￣)ゞ

Ocean Sports Kohala Coast Snorkel Cruise with Lunch and Open Bar
Great Start to a Holiday

An abundence of sea life, including a manta, a great beach and beautiful vista were all part of the experience. Followed by a smooth but good sail home, it was enough but not too much for a first morning after a late arrival. Food good, crew great and helpful, equipment good and boat comfortable - great for the activity type and well maintained. All in all, a very good experience.

Oceanfront Royal Kona Luau with Open Bar - Voyagers of the Pacific Show
Awesome Luau

A highlight of the show was the guy that juggled knives while they were on fire. After the show, the dancers came out to meet and take pictures! I would definitely recommend this show to anyone!

その上バーベキューランチ付のツアーがよかったので、
こちらのツアーに参加しました。
参加者は外国人ばかりで、スタッフも親切で明るくて
とっても楽しい方ばかりだったので、最高の半日が過ごせました。
船酔いを心配していましたが、
楽しくてあっという間で、
船酔いなんてしている暇がないくらいで
全然大丈夫でした。
集合場所の桟橋もホテルからすぐのところで、
とっても便利でした。
スタッフが焼いてくれるハンバーガーが
最高でした！

子供連れにもオススメできます

シュノーケリングする場所は結構深く（10～15ｍ以上？）、
下の子供は泳ぐことができない為、多少不安もありましたが、
子供用のライフジャケットも完備されており、持参した浮き輪を使って
ぷかぷかと浮かんで楽しんでいました。
上の２人も最初は怖がっていましたが、慣れてくるとシュノーケルを使って
透き通った海を楽しんでいました。
スタッフの方も非常に親切で、焼き立てのハンバーガも美味しかったです。
途中イルカにも会うことができ、ツアーとしては非常に満足できるものでした。
シュノーケリングする場所まで結構乗船する為、船酔いする方は
酔い止めを必ず飲んでいった方が良いです。（上の子は酔いました）
また小さな子供がいるようであれば、浮き輪も持参した方が楽しめると
思います。
いろいろとありましたが、ツアーとしては非常に楽しめるもので
家族連れの方にも十分おすすめできます。

青い海、開放感、イルカ
Reviewed by: アンジェリカ, 2013/08/1140代夫婦、子供、70代英会話できない母親と参加。船は1階と2階があり、1階は日よけスペースとテーブルつきの席がありますが、どれも「reserved」で座れず、席を確保するのが大変でした。日本人家族は私たちだけ、アナウンスは全部英語です。トイレは男性用1、女性用1、男女兼用1でした。まず最初に行くと、朝食バイキング(小規模)をやっています。マフィンのようなパン2種程とフルーツ等。水、コーヒー、ソフトドリンクは無料。アルコールはお金がかかります。
出発してすぐにドルフィンの群れを見る事ができました。かなり近くまで泳いできてくれて感激。ウミガメはいませんでした。でもトビウオが鳥みたいにスイスイ飛んでいて感激！ポイントに到着し、全員1階に集合して、シュノーケルで泳いでいいエリア、安全確認の綿密な説明を受けます。シュノーケル初めての人のための教室もあったようです。日本のシュノーケルツアーのようにフィンやゴーグルを選んでくれることもなくセルフサービスです。ほとんとの人がライフセーバーなしで泳ぐので、ライフセーバーの数も限られていますが、ライフセーバーの代わりに細長いスチロール棒があり、これにつかまって皆泳いでいたようです。
ランチは、パン、ハンバーグ、野菜、果物などがバイキング形式に並んでいて、好きな具を自分で取ってはさんで食べる方式でした。青い空の下、とてもおいしいお味でした。
12時半に港に着くのかと思っていたら、シュノーケル終了が12時半でした。水温もそれほど低くなく、海が深くてたくさんの魚を見る事ができました。港に戻る途中、またイルカの群れを見る事ができて感激しました。参加している外国の人たちも、気さくに声をかけてくださったり、特に驚いたのは、英語が全然できなくておろおろしている母に、お客さん達が優しく接してくださり順番を譲ってくださったりしたことです。こういった外国の文化は本当に素晴らしいと思いました。ちなみに高齢の母は、泳がずにずっと船の上にいましたが、気兼ねなく楽しかったと話していました。ツアーが終わって、港の停泊所にはたくさんの屋台？のような小物のお店が軒を連ねていて、以前から欲しかったコナコーヒーのバッグを思いがけず購入することができ、二度特でした。申し込む前は不安でいっぱいでしたが、また参加したいです。

Lots of fun! Teens enjoyed show.

Food was good and I would recommend paying the premium upgrade amount as it helped us skip the line and then sit up front to watch the show. My son who just turned 14 really liked the activities and the show -- he even tried poi. My daughter who is 18 enjoyed the show -- especially the fire dance. Overall, the hosts and staff were very nice and accommodating. The performers were wonderful and even funny at times. I would highly recommend this event if you have never been to a Luau.

Very enjoyable luau
Reviewed by: David, 2013/05/05We had a very nice time at this luau. The setting was beautiful, the food delicious, plenty of drink available with fast service when refilling, and friendly staff. Something we really liked about this luau compared to one we attended on Maui is that this is a much smaller crowd which was very conducive when refilling beverages and getting your food at the buffet.
We are very happy to know that you have enjoyed our luau. Thank you so much for making us part of your Hawaiian Vacation.

楽しいショーでした
Reviewed by: おけいちゃん, 2013/05/03クチコミでかなり並ぶと書いてあったので受付時間より３０分以上早く行ったけれど既にかなりの行列になっていた。少し雨がぱらついていたので心配だったけれど入場の頃にはなんとかやんでホッ。席についてからの案内は全て英語なのでよく分からないまま他の人を動きを見ながら最初は食べ物の並んだところを通り過ぎてマイタイとかフルーツポンチなどの飲み物を取りにいき、他の人は楽しくおしゃべりしたり踊ったり豚の丸焼の見学にいったり楽しんでいるけど、こちらはカタコトの英語で会話には加われず、暇を持てあましてしまった。１時間くらいしてからやっとみんなが食事を取り始めたので、私たち二人も取りにいった。アヒポキやポイなど郷土料理もあってなかなか楽しい食事だった。やっと始まったルアウショーはカメハメハ大王に扮した人の入場や各種のダンスなど評判どおりなかなかよくできていたと思う。せっかちな日本人にとってはあまりにも流れが悠長だと感じたが、それはそれでゆっくり楽しめるということでもあると納得。値段に見合ったショーだと思う。

Reviewed by: TimH, 2013/04/07初めてのハワイ島でしたので、まずはハワイアンな雰囲気に浸ろうと参加しました。ほとんど日本人はいませんでしたし、言っていることもよくわかりませんでしたが、ショー自体は楽しめました。食事はＢＢＱなのでそれなりでしたが、ボリュームは満点、飲み物も飲み放題で、マイタイがおいしかったです。着いた初日に参加したので子供は半分寝ていましたが、食事は満足したようです。ルアウショーはハワイ情緒が十分味わえますので、一度は参加をお勧めします。

Kohala Whale Watching Tour by Ocean Sports | Kids 0-5 Ride for Free [Dec - Mar]
Whale Watch!
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2013/03/02It was great. As soon as we got out to the ocean, we spotted a mother and a baby whale. We were there for a couple of hours, and we probably saw 5, 6 whales. The staff and the captain did a great job catering all the guests (maybe about 30 of them on board). The naturalist explained a lot about the humpback whales, and it was very educational.
I'd highly recommend this one. It's very family friendly also, and the little kids were very excited to see the real whales in the ocean.

ちょっとショボカッタ

以前、マウイ島で参加したルアウがすごく良かったので、そのギャップかもしれない・・・何が違うかと言うと、フラダンス等のエンタが寂しい。もっとダイナミックなものを期待していた。食事は悪くはなかったが、まあまあ。飲み物の種類が少なかった。キンカメは場所が狭いのかな。

Reviewed by: でんでん, 2012/12/17家族で参加しましたが、英語が苦手なため早口でショーが進行されたため内容がよく分からなかった。英語OKなら楽しめると思います。グアムやサイパンのショーとは一味違う感じでした。
でんでん様。 言葉の壁を感じさせてしまい、とても残念に思っています。
英語でのご案内にはなりますが、ダンサーもMCもダンスと心で言葉の壁を乗り越えられたらといつも思っております。
乗り越えたい課題として大切にいたします。
ご家族でお越しいただけたとのこと。私達も日によって変更はありますが
ミュージシャンが父、踊っているのがその娘、受付はその母だったりしています。
ご家族でハワイにまた素敵な思い出づくりになれるよう私達も努めたいと思います。

Kona Glassbottom Boat & Guided Coral Reef Tour with Marine Naturalist

Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2012/12/16Had a wonderful time. Boat was exceptional and specifically built for tour. Staff was extremely knowledgeable really great with the children as she used to be a school teacher. You couldn't have asked for a better guide for families with children!

勉強しておけば。
Reviewed by: 匿名希望, 2012/11/14家族で参加しました。すぐそばに有るビーチは素晴らしく綺麗で心が癒されました。ですが、私が甘く考えていてハワイ島はほとんど日本語が通じません。のためショーの内容はほとんど分からず、開催ホテルの駐車場を確認するのも一苦労でした。英語に自信がない方は前もって駐車場の確認などして下さい。
言葉が分からなくてもショーのダンスや音楽は楽しかったです。
ルアウショーにお越しいただきありがとうございます。
