Reviewed by: Evar, 2018/01/13My most favorite experience on Big Island with Sea Paradise! A great crew and we were taken care of from start to finish. You start by checking in at the shopping center, drive 5 minutes to Keauhou Bay to park your vehicle, get fitted for your wet suit, and get on the boat. The sunset on along the Kona Coast was beautiful. The crew were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about the history of the manta rays, humorous and went out of their way to make sure we spent the most time with the manta rays. We were one of the first boats in and last to leave. Plus, we were given fresh pineapple, juices/sodas and hot chocolate.
I do not know how to swim but the guides took extra care to make sure I made it on and off the boat with flotation devices. I would definitely recommend Sea Paradise!

Big Island Manta Ray Snorkel Cruise from Keauhou Bay - Sunset & Night Tours
Guaranteed!
Reviewed by: Jon, 2018/01/09Bambi (captain) and Steven (dive guide) both are very friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly, in case that you do not see any manta ray, they arrange you another trip for free. In our case, the giants took a day off on Sunday and then came back on Monday. So try to book it at least 2 days before the end of your trip.

迫力あるクジラに感動！

ただ英語のガイドだったので、意味がよく分からず少しだけ残念でした。
クジラはそんなにアクティブではありませんでしたが、数回ジャンプを見ることができ、それだけで満足です！
主人は少し船酔いしてしまいましたが、また来たいと思います！

ただ‥‥‥残念でした

あと、前に座った２人が、ベージュ、赤色のトップスにショートパンツの洋服を着ていたせいで、ガラスにその色が反射して、スマホで写真撮ろうとしても映り込んで、最悪でした。
参加される方は長めの、せめて膝下丈のパンツで色は黒色、そしてトップスも黒色を必ず着ていくほうがベストですよ。
この度はツアーにご参加いただき誠にありがとうございます。
しかしながら、ツアーにご満足いただくことができなかったとのこと、弊社としても大変残念に思っております。
日本語パイロットのリクエストに関しましては、ツアーページでもご案内申し上げておりますように確約ではございませんが、
せっかくご参加いただくのであれば、日本語での説明を期待されていたことと存じます。

The crew was experienced and knew what to do when didn’t find rays at the first spot. We were towed gently to where we saw two! 感動しました

Tour guide was Chris who was excellent. He has a real gift for this, and you can tell he is truly passionate and loves what he does. Makes the tour feel more real and less like show and tell or reading from a script. 10/10 highly recommended tour.
Tour provides you with all the comforts you need for the day so you're never hungry, cold, or unsure of where a clean bathroom is. Even had plugs for you to charge your phone although I had a portable charger with me that day which I recommend for any trip.

Worth it!

The customer service of the people we met at the hut left something to be desired. Aloof and not very interested in engaging. Which is fine, but they are the first people you meet when you get there—so—it made me kinda nervous, but the actual ride was fine!

Reviewed by: chippihoney, 2017/12/22受付時間ギリギリに行ったら、もうすでにかなりの列ができていました。リザーブ席などもあり、後ろの方の席になってしまったので、少しでも前のいい席で見たい方は、受付時間よりも前に並んだ方がいいです。ブッフェの食事は思ったよりは美味しかったです。前から順番に案内されます。ショーが始まる前に、席から海に沈む夕日が見れたのがとても印象的でした。ショーは現代フラや古典フラ、ポリネシアンダンスやファイヤーダンスが見れます。ショーの途中でバースデーやハネムーンの人たちをお祝いするシーンがあるので、伝えておくといいのかも？と思いました。ダンスとダンスの間のトークが長くて、ダンス時間が少ないような気がしました。他のルアウショーとくらべていないので比較はできませんが…
ダンサーさんはみなさんとてもきれいな方たちでした。ファイヤーダンスが一番の見もので大迫力でした。
5歳までの子供は無料でした。全体的には、概ね満足です。

バックが海で夕日もキレイでした

駐車場は、ホテルの山側にありました。
ホテルのロータリーのあたりに人が並んでいるので入り口はわかりやすいです。
ショーは海をバックにして、心地よい風の中行われ、とてもよかったです！
夕日もキレイでした！
かなり笑いもとても楽しい時間になりました（英語はあまりわかりませんが）。
食事は、予想通りのレベルでしたが、自分の好きなカルアピッグをたくさん食べれたのでよかったです。
キングカメハメハホテルのルアウも行ったことがありますが（ずいぶん前で記憶がはっきりしませんが）、ステージの位置や、司会者の感じがロイヤルコナの方がよかったと思います。

Only 1 manta ray spotted
Reviewed by: RMred, 2017/12/16The ride was too bumpy as there were many waves. We were able to spot only 1 manta ray. Too expensive for 45 min bumpy ride and the whole experience.
We appreciate you taking your time to review your manta snorkel and are sorry to hear you did not enjoy the tour. It is true, some nights are better than others; ocean conditions, weather and the amount of rays seen on any given night is out of our control. What we can control we aim to do our best with the conditions we are presented with.

Awesome whale watching and snorkeling cruise

We did get to see a few whales and dolphins. The crew was amazing. They were friendly and informative. They took the time to chat with us. They gave us some background on the whales and clear instructions before getting in the water for snorkeling. They were very attentive and ready to help everyone during the snorkeling. This was an awesome tour. I would definitely book this tour again and recommend it.

フラと言うよりポリネシアンショー

ポリネシアンショーとしてみれば、とても楽しく素晴らしいが、ハワイの雰囲気は薄い。
食事は美味しいし、飲み放題なのでお得感があります。
ショーとは関係ないが、金曜日はワイコロアからコナまで大渋滞で、１時間半かかりました。

いつもは午前中に参加しますが、今回は初めて午後に参加しました。
ランチはついていないので昼食食べてから行きました。
火山や星のツアーも良いけど、是非ハワイ島の海のキレイさを体感して
欲しいなぁと思います。
ハワイのどの島より、オアフのハナウマ湾よりここの
キャプテンクックのポイントが1番魚がたくさんいます。
今回も日本人は私たちだけ
高齢の父は潜りませんが、クルーズをいつも
気持ちいいね、と満足しています。
港に着くとちょうどサンセットで
船降りてから少し眺めていました。
滞在しているコナから港までレンタカーで15分くらいと
近く
天気も良くて気持ちよかった！

The tour time is perfect to catch sunset and then it gets dark so the water lights up beautifully in the dark. The waves in the ocean are a bit rough so going on an empty stomach is adviseable. We saw 5 manta rays on our expedition. Definitely an attraction to do on the Big Island!! And Kona Ocean Experience is a great company that hosts this amazing experience!!

Great start to our vacation

船長、もっと頑張れ！
Reviewed by: 家族３人, 2017/11/28天気は快晴、とてもきれいな海、野生のイルカにもたくさん会え、貴重な経験だった。ただ、ボート操縦の船長は、一人で何役もやるので大変なこともあり、我々が英語がわからないと思ったのか会話も説明もほとんどなく、例えばいきなりシュノーケルを渡され飛び込めと言われて困った。他のツアーの動きを見て、イルカはあの辺にいるんだと参加者が判断して動かないといけなかった。サービス精神に欠ける人だったのが残念だが、ツアー自体は満足した。
この度は、ツアーにご参加いただき誠にありがとうございます。
しかしながら、ご満足いただけるツアーとなりませんでしたこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。

Absolutes Highlight
Reviewed by: Paseba, 2017/11/26Diese Tour fand mit ca. 18 Personen auf einem modernen Katamaran statt. Man befindet sich ca. 45min im Wasser, wobei man neue Neoprenanzüge trägt. Der Trip wurde professionell durchgeführt, es fanden sich neben den Teilnehmern stets 2-3 Sicherheitsschwimmer im Wasser. Wir sahen 5-6 majestische Mantarochen - selten was eindrucksvolleres erlebt. Ich empfehle Mittel gegen Seekrankheit, denn die Tour findet auf offenener See (Wellengang) und bei Dunkelheit statt. Kann diese Tour auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

伝統ルアウ＆フラ・ハワイアンショー アイランド・ブリーズ・ルアウ（キングカメハメハホテル内）＜ブッフェ夕食／飲み放題／シェルレイ付＞
素敵なショーでした。
Reviewed by: M.Nakano, 2017/11/26きちんとしたフラダンスショーを見るのは初めてでしたが、踊りも素晴らしくてとても良かったです。ショーの前にはバイキングに出る豚の丸焼きのパフォーマンスや、カメハメハ大王がいかだに乗って登場したり、伝統的な遊びをしたりと楽しめました。
ただ、プランの中に写真撮影も含まれていたはずですが、お金を要求されて20ドルもしたので結局買いませんでした。レイも花ではなくて残念でした。
この度は、ツアーにご参加いただき誠にありがとうございます。
しかしながら、ご満足いただけるサービスを提供できませんでしたこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
含まれるものに記載しておりました「写真サービス」は、ショーの合間に写真の撮影をさせていただくというサービスでございましたが、
記載がわかりにくく申し訳ございませんでした。
また、会場ではシェルレイ（貝のレイ）をお渡ししておりますところ、含まれるものに「レイ」とのみ記載しておりましたために、
花のレイを期待され、結果として残念なお気持ちにさせることとなってしまいました。
ご案内に不十分な点がございましたこと、大変申し訳ございませんでした。ツアーページの記載は修正をさせていただきました。
いただいたご意見を真摯に受け止め、催行会社とともに、今後一層のサービス向上に励んでまいります。
