The pre-flight activities were well organized, and the staff was very courteous.
The actual flight was incredible, and the pilot was very knowledgeable. It was wonderful to be able to ask questions while in flight.
The weather was the only drawback. We couldn't see the crater due to rain/fog/wind. It was still an incredible trip, but it would have been even better to see the crater.
I would recommend this trip to anyone, although considering the cost, children probably wouldn't enjoy as much as adults. Seating is arranged by weight to balance the ride, so young children could be separated from Mom - might be an issue for some.
Overall, a wonderful tour conducted by a wonderful company.

Sea Quest Kealakekua Bay Snorkel Tour & Rafting Sea Cave Expedition

Reviewed by: haychefpete, 2011/03/28Our adventure on the seaquest was both unique and educational , not to mention awesome ! darren and joe were informative and profesional , fun was the order of the day and spectactular sights and sea life was seen . Whales with calfs breaching , dolphins , more fish than you can count ! thats just in the water . they told about the history and culture . educational facts about the marine life . I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS FOR ANYONE ! Its well worth the money for the experience !

Captain Cook Express 3-Hour Ocean Raft Adventure - Snorkel at Kealakekua Bay
Best activity on the Kona side

Reviewed by: 山マキFamily, 2011/03/07スタッフさんの対応は抜群です。気軽に話しかけてくれてフレンドリーです。パイロットの方は慎重な運転のかたで、まじめ、解説もわかりやすかった（ハワイのかたです）です。今まで乗ったヘリコプターのなかでいちばん安心の乗り心地でした。
延々と続く広大な火山灰と土地に半ば飽きが来てしまいましたが そのうちコハラコースト、ワイピオバレーの鳥肌ものの美しさ！！！！これはヘリの上からでないと味わえない美しさだと思いました。途中クジラの親子の遊泳を上から発見した私がパイロットに知らせると丁寧に 全員が観れる角度で見せてくれて感激しました。
広い広いハワイ島の醍醐味を短い時間で凝縮して楽しみたいというかたは、ぜひお勧めのアドベンチャーです。

たまたま列で一緒になった日本人のご夫婦と仲良くなって
一緒にショーを楽しんだり、いい思い出になりました。
ただ、時差ボケで途中ちょっとすごい眠気でつらかった時間帯が…。
せっかくのショーなので、
あまり強行スケジュールに組み込むともったいないかもしれません。

Our first time in a helicopter and we both had a few hesitations, but the ground crew was very helpful and supportive and Koji, our pilot, was wonderful. He made an effort to circle around each area so that everyone would have a great view of the area. The tour was awesome, we felt like we saw all the highlights on the island and really got a feeling of how the lava flows and how the island has changed over the years. We would definitely recommend this tour. The highlight of our trip to the Big Island.

Island Breeze Big Island Kona Luau at King Kamehameha Hotel with Open Bar
Unexpected Fun
Reviewed by: T-2, 2011/02/28This is our third trip to the Islands and our second luau. The Island Brezze Luau far surpassed our first experience. Food was great and plenty of it and the entertainment outstanding. If this is your first or last luau make sure it's the Island Breeze Luau.

Waterfalls, lava flows, flights deep into the valley are just some of the sights on this tour. The pilot/guide is extremely knowledgeable and makes the trip fun as well. Well worth the cost and would highly recommend for any individual or group. I can only imagine that each trip would be different due to environmental conditions such as lava flows and rainfall so it is perfect for first timers and repeat guests.

We had so much fun with our Friday snorkel that we booked another on the following Tuesday. The food was outstanding and the instructions were great. The fish class was lots of fun. Case is a great guy and an excellent speaker to people of all ages. We were only on the Big Island for a week and the Fairwind snorkels were the best memories.......

It was like being in another world!

A friend of mine had told me about the rays on the big island, but I totally didn't think that it was going to be that amazing. The crew members were really attentive and once we got into the water, it was like being in some alien planet with the rays around us and the plankton glowing under the lights. Doing this again if I ever get back to Hawaii!!!!

ｵｰﾅｰ兼ガイドのケビンの奥様は美人の日本人です。
ケビンは日本で英語教師をしていたので日本語が上手です。
奥様は 元教え子だそうです。
カヤック初めての方も大丈夫 親切丁寧な講習を受け
お二人に案内されていざ海へ
安定したシットオンタイプのカヤックで初めての方でも転覆する心配はありません。沖にはクジラが潮を吹いたり 尻尾を上げたりする姿が見えましたし 海がめを見ることも出来ました。またマンタが現れるポイントなので マンタが見られる事もあるようです。
黒い大きな影が通ったらマンタですよと教えて頂きましたが
この日は見られませんでした。
シュノーケリングでの海の綺麗なこと・・・・・
ハワイ島の海は 大きな船でクジラやイルカを見に行くのでは無く 安定したカヤックでのんびり クジラや海がめに会いに行きましょう 漕ぐのが上手くなれば もっとすばらしいポイントに案内してくれますので ２日間申し込みをすると良いと思います。
オアフ島では味わえない大自然を 皆さんも是非体験して下さいね
コナのホテルからタクシーで２０ドル１５分でクラブハウスへ到着です。

Be Aware!!
Reviewed by: crfolgate, 2011/02/04This would be a great trip IF you don't get stuck in the backwards seats. These seats are a total rip off since you don't get to see where you are headed and when there is something cool to see well too bad it's already past. Pilot does a good job of trying to circle around so everyone see's but there's no way for the backward seat folks to see anything really well. If you decide to go I STRONGLY recommend that you get guarantee's that you get a front seat or front looking seats only. My wife and Mom had great seats and enjoyed the views I'm happy about that but I wish I had saved the money and sent them up without me since it was two hours of flying backwards and barely seeing anything. You have been warned. :O
**** Also you should also be aware that the photo's of all the cool lava flows are really old. We saw very little lava and after the flight we found out they use old photo's for advertising. Pretty views are to be had but not much lava.

Day Trip from Kona to Oahu - Arizona Memorial & USS Missouri Pearl Harbor Tour

Our driver/guide "Gar...Garfield" did an excellent job navigating the traffic of Honolulu and providing informative insights to many of the locations we saw on the tour. He had a unique perspective of the island, city and memorials from his background growing up as a native of this beautiful state.
The planning and execution of the tour allowed flexibility and diversity for the tour group.
Thank you for a great day on Oahu.

Enjoyed all the various polynesian dances--a tour of the south pacific without the boat.
We had an excellent evening and would recommend this to anyone.

Best bang for buck of heli tours

Let alone the views and vistas you get to see - this is the best bang-for-the-buck of helicopter tours, with a full 2 hours in the air. The pilot, Koji, was very knowledgeable of the area and led an incredibly informative and fun talk over the intercom. Koji also provided a very comfortable ride that was much more mellow and safe than I was expecting (I'm afraid of heights and I LOVED IT, so don't let your fear of heights worry you, you'll be fine with these guys). Excellent work from everyone and I'll be back soon : )

We saw 9, 3 of which came right up next to the boat. The man who spoke during the boat rode (sorry I don't remember the name) was really knowledgeable and funny, too! We had a great time! Thank you for an experience we'll never forget.

酔わなかったら楽しかったはず

泳ぐのも疲れそうだったので、浮き輪を借りてシュノーケルしました。水も冷たく、波でさらに酔っていいことなしだったのですが、海の透明度はすごくて深くまで見えました。
カラフルな熱帯魚（ニモみたいな）を期待していたのですが、それとは違っていろいろな種類の中くらいの魚がいました。
朝ごはん、ランチともおいしそうなものが並んでいましたが、酔っていたため全く食べれず。飲み物も飲めず。すごく残念でした。
トイレがひろく、海からあがってすぐに着替えたため、寒くはなかったです。
帰り、クジラがみれたのがよかったです。
次に行く時、もう一度参加したいと思いました。

Several of us at the table were having difficulty hearing the varoius people on the stage talking, causing some of the dancing questionable such as the cowboy. The dance was very good but we didn't understand how it fit in until I did research.
A very good effort by all your people.
Some hard feelings by those standing for quite a while and then the prefered guest march in and are given the best seats. You need to find a better way to do that.

この日は私たちともうひと組みのカップルだけでした。
最初は事務所で簡単な説明を受けます。書類が日本語で書かれていますので、読めば注意事項はわかると思います（日本語を話せるスタッフはいませんでした）
いざ出発!!
大きなゴムボート。わくわく。
ハーバーから海に出ると、早速イルカがボートを追いかけてきました。
結構な大群で、もう触れる位の距離です。
しばらくするとボートが本気モードで突っ走ります。
ものすごいスピードで、本当に気分爽快です。
ときどきボートを止めて、各名所をキャプテンが説明をしてくれます。（英語）
最終目的地で一時間半位のシュノーケリングをします。
終了後、ドリンク、フルーツ、スナックを出してもらい、
どんな魚をみたかなどを皆でお話しました。
そしてまた猛スピードで帰ります。
復路も各名所を案内してくれます。
そしてまたイルカに迎えられ、ハーバーに帰り終了です。
なにしろボートが楽しい♪
是非お試しを!!!

Great experience with one caution

Our guide, Jesse, grew up on the island and was a wealth of information about not just what we saw on the tour, but also about other activities on the island. Word of caution: if you book through a third party like we did, after you receive confirmation, call Paradise to verify your group size. We showed up as scheduled to discover that someone (don't know if it was Paradise or Hawaii Activities) incorrectly entered the size of our group as two instead of three. We couldn't take the tour on our scheduled day because the group was overbooked. Luckily we were able to go the next day and Paradise had availability. They took great care of us once the error was discovered, but if you're on a tight schedule, don't risk missing out. Call ahead! Inconvenience aside, this is something you should do and was well worth the cost!!

Reviewed by: いときち, 2010/11/24最初は低いほうで申し込んでいたのですが、いざ浮いてみたら「もっと上に行きたい！！」って思っていしまい、結局は240フィート？？までいっちゃいました。
事務所はわかりづらいので、タクシーの運転手さんが親切で良かったけどそうでないようならちょっと奥まった所に受付があるので頑張らないと見つかりません。
景色もきれいで上にいる間はほとんど無風の状態に近くて優雅です。
でもボートに乗ってる間はかなりかっ飛ばして走行しますので揺れます。酔う感じではないけど、結構激しい感じですよー。

UFO Parasail Adventure - Best Kona Parasailing Tour

Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2010/11/10my boyfriend and me were the only two in the last trip on that day. the staff was pretty nice and asked us if want to increase 600ft to 800ft for 10 bucks each person. we decided to do so when we were in the boat and it was so awesome. it is pretty safe the whole trip and we landed on board. so relax in the air!!!
