Wherever you are, as long as you can access the internet,you will be good to go! The most current activity information is displayed on Your Account page and updates are automatically sent to your registered email.
What is a voucher and why do I need it?
A voucher is your proof of purchase and evidence of any payments already made towards your activity. Always remember to present your voucher to your activity provider upon check-in. Forgetting your voucher may lead to additional fees or not being able to participate at all.
Where do I find my voucher?
From Your Account page, click the Voucher button next to the activity for which you would like to view the voucher.
Does each participant need to bring a copy of the voucher to the activity?
No, only one copy of the voucher is required upon check-in
Why does my voucher list a "Suggested Retail Price" that doesn't match the price I paid?
The Suggested Retail Price is the face value of the activity before any discounts are applied. You can confirm the actual price of what you paid for the booking in the Amount Paid section at the top of your voucher.
