- Entree - Choice of One Selection:12 oz. cut Prime Rib (carved on-board) with Au Jus and Horseradish, Roasted Chicken, Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi Fillet With Buerre Blanc Sauce, or Vegetarian Dinner of a Mediterranean Couscous Pocket with a tomato, mushroom and herb sauce.

The Maui Princess is a high-speed 118-foot luxury touring yacht designed for maximum passenger comfort, with an air conditioned main cabin, spacious open air observation deck, cocktail lounge and snack bar. The Maui Princess is U.S. Coast Guard certified and approved for 149 passengers.

How can I find out if there are pick-up services available from the hotel where I will be planning to stay?
Pick-up and drop-off services are usually provided from major hotels within the destination city. However, pick-up schedules vary. If pick-up from your specific hotel is not included, your activity provider will select a location nearest your hotel. You can also send us an inquiry through Your Account page.
