Selection of hot & cold dishes, even vegetarian choices include the following:
- Entree: Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Breast; Island-Style Beef & Vegetable Stir Fry with Sweent Onion, Zesty Carrots, & Crisp Celery; Steamed White Rice; Vegetable Spring Rolls with Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce; Curry Tofu & Vegetable Wraps; Rotini Pasta Salad with Zesty carrots, Spiced Red Onion, & Grated Parmesan Cheese

What type of boat is used?
The Boat: A 65ft long and 32ft wide US Coast Guard Certified Sailing Catamaran that was built in St. Croix, Virgin Islands in August of 2005. Offering a capacity of 80 passengers, a covered cabin seating area, two large, freshwater restrooms, an impressive Bose surround sound system, LCD TV, sunbathing net areas, and even pilothouse seating, no expense has been spared in the making of Makani.

How can I find out if there are pick-up services available from the hotel where I will be planning to stay?
Pick-up and drop-off services are usually provided from major hotels within the destination city. However, pick-up schedules vary. If pick-up from your specific hotel is not included, your activity provider will select a location nearest your hotel. You can also send us an inquiry through Your Account page.
Where should I wait for my pick-up?
If your pick-up service is included in your booking, your pick-up location will be displayed on your voucher.
