How do I register a new account?
There are two ways to register a new account:
1. When you make a booking, a new account will instantly be created for you.
2. From the sign in screen, select the option to create a new account.
We will send you an email to confirm that Your Account has been created.
Why did I not receive an email after creating a booking or a new account?
We will send you an email within 10 minutes to verify that your account has been created or if a booking was purchased. If you have not received our email:
1. Check your Spam or Junk Mail folders as our email could have been filtered there. If so, please change your email settings to receive HawaiiActivities.com - VELTRA emails from support@veltra.com.
2. Check your email address to make sure that it was input correctly. If you are still signed in, click the Your information link located under the Overview section of Your Account page to enter the correct email address. If you have already signed out, please email us at support@veltra.com.

To change your VELTRA password follow the Your information link located under the Overview section on Your Account page to:
1. Enter your new password
2. Re-enter your new password
3. Click Update

You can change your account name, screen name, email address, phone number, year of birth, gender and password by following the Your information link located under the Overview section of Your Account page. All changes will require you to enter your password.
How do I unsubscribe from the VELTRA eNewsletter?
To unsubscribe from the VELTRA eNewsletter follow the Your information link located under the Overview section. When you are on Your Account page:
1. Enter your password
2. Re-enter your password
3. Check the box to unsubscribe
4. Click Update
Please note that depending on when you unsubscribe, you may receive one final eNewsletter.

To cancel your membership follow the Your information link located under the Overview section of Your Account page. Click the Cancel my membership link on the right side below [Update] button.
