How do I get new coupons?

VELTRA Coupons are sent directly to select members at random.
Make sure you are subscribed to receive promotional emails from VELTRA.

What happens if I completed my booking before receiving the coupon?

Unfortunately, coupons cannot be retroactively applied to bookings that have already been made.
Q.
Can I cancel a booking after I apply a coupon to it?

Yes, you can. If the coupon is still valid, you can even apply it to another booking later. However, be sure to check the activity's cancellation policy first.

If I change the details of my booking, will the coupon still apply?

That depends on the conditions of the coupon. If you're unsure, please check the booking period, participation period and other conditions of the coupon.
If your booking no longer meets the coupon's conditions after changes are made, the coupon will no longer apply.

What is a "booking period"?

"Booking period" refers to the period of time in which a booking is made. If a coupon specifies a booking period of August 3 to August 13, it means you must complete your booking (make your purchase) between August 3 and August 13.

What is a "participation period"?
A.
"Participation period" refers to the period of time in which an activity is actually scheduled. If a coupon specifies a participation period of August 15 to August 31, it means you must participate in the activity on a date that falls between August 15 and August 31.

Why doesn't my coupon show up during the booking process?

You may have forgotten to press the "Get coupon" button, or your booking may not meet one or more of the coupon's conditions.
Be sure to check the booking period, participation period and the list of activities the coupon applies to.
It's also possible that the coupon may have expired or exceeded its usage limit.
Coupons are applied on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking as early as possible.
