Good Trip Overall

Snorkeling at Hanuama Bay was beautiful! It did take us awhile to get used to our 'dry' snorkel gear and remember what we needed to do since there wasn't really a ton of instruction, but once we got the hang of it we had a lot of fun. The duck tour was really neat and the guide, Michael, was friendly and informative.

The tour was somewhat confusing for us though, because on the way there we seemed to be on a Japanese tour and we weren't even sure what we needed to do or at what time. They did help us out once we got to the snorkel shop and told us when to board the bus to get on the duck tour.

I would definitely recommend snorkeling in Hanauma Bay but I honestly don't know if you'd really need the tour since it's really not organized and you could do the same thing on your own - they did provide transportation and snorkel gear though. The duck tour afterwards was unique and interesting to do so overall, it was a good package!
