How will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be automatically credited to the original credit card used to purchase the activity as long as it has not been deleted from your account. If this is the case, please register a new card so that your refund can be processed.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed on the same day that the cancellation request has been confirmed. It will take approximately three (3) to five (5) business days for the refund to to reflect on your bank statement. Your bank statement cycles and transaction schedules may affect the timeliness of receiving your refund.
If the activity is canceled due to weather, will I still get a refund?
Most activities cancelled due to weather are fully refundable. However, there are a few activities that incur a cancellation fee and/or service charge for cancellations due to weather. Please review the Cancellation Policy and Notes sections on the activity page for more details.
